Now they are banning Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

The Great Panicdemic of 2020 is going to go down in history as the greatest seizure of power in the hands of a few in American history. One political party in particular has really put the screws to liberty, freedom and the Constitution of both their states and the United States. Now they have decided that people going to friends and families homes for Thanksgiving shall be outlawed. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/b>:<\/p>\n
Washington Gov. Jay Inslee will implement new sweeping restrictions on businesses and activities as the state reported over 2,000 cases a day over the weekend and average coronavirus cases in the state have doubled in the past two weeks. <\/b><\/p>\n
\u201cThis spike puts us in a more dangerous a position as we were in March,\u201d Inslee said during a press conference Sunday. \u201cAnd it means, unfortunately, the time has come to reinstate restrictions on activities statewide to preserve the public\u2019s well-being, and to save lives. These were very difficult decisions that have very real consequences to people\u2019s livelihoods. I recognize that and don\u2019t take those impacts lightly, but we must act now and act quickly to slow the spread of this disease.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n
I\u2019m not at all surprised that Inslee is turning the state of Washington into a giant prison. He managed to win reelection. (Whether or not it was an honest election, I can\u2019t say) However, I think it may be time for people to tell him to shove his orders where the sun doesn\u2019t shine, sit on them and rotate. In other words, flat out ignore him.<\/p>\n Next we have Michigan and Wretched Gretchen Whitmer. She\u2019s already been slammed by the courts, but appears to be ignoring them. She too has issued a diktat that Thanksgiving is to be essentially rendered illegal. Here are those details from the Detroit Metro Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Thanksgiving is canceled \u2014 if your plans included a gathering of more than two households, that is. As coronavirus cases surge in Michigan and much of the rest of the United States, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced new epidemic orders, including a ban on gatherings of more than two households, and urged families to limit interactions with only one other household for the next three weeks. <\/b><\/p>\n “If you are considering spending Thanksgiving with people outside of your household, I urge you to reconsider,” Whitmer said during a Sunday press conference. “As you consider your options for next week, I urge you to make the difficult, but right choice, because it’s ultimately going to be in the long-term benefit of everyone that you love,” she added. <\/b><\/p>\n The order goes into effect at midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 18. <\/b><\/p>\n The problem with Wretched Gretchen\u2019s diktats is that they are now being routinely ignored. The local police and sheriff\u2019s departments have said they will not enforce her orders. Considering that she\u2019s lost pretty much every case brought against her, you would think it would sink into her thick head that maybe she\u2019s gone to far? You would think incorrectly.<\/p>\n Next we have the People\u2019s Republic of Vermontistan. The governor of Vermont is a Republican, allegedly, however he rules just like any other Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazi. He too has decreed that there will be no Thanksgiving this year. Here are those details from WCAX 3<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Some Vermonters are quickly changing their Thanksgiving Day plans after Governor Phil Scott\u2019s new ban on multi-household gatherings. Governor Scott says since October, 71 percent of the cases associated with an outbreak are linked to a private party or social gathering. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI know it\u2019s difficult, but we need Vermonters to avoid getting together socially with those outside their households so we can slow the record growth we\u2019re seeing and keep each other safe,” said Scott in a social media post.<\/b><\/p>\n Of course, since Vermont is populated by moonbats, they are all just fine with surrendering their rights. He too has decreed that none shall have fun or be with friends and family. In addition, all singing is hereby forbidden. The California Department of Public Health released its new guidelines for Turkey Day, and each rule is more insane than the last. See below for some of the more outlandish guidelines that Californians will have to comply with next month as they try to kick off the holiday season. <\/b><\/p>\n All gatherings must include no more than three households, including hosts and guests, and must be held outdoors, lasting for two hours of less.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe longer the duration [of the gathering], the risk of transmission increases,\u201d the statement noted.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cGatherings that occur outdoors are significantly safer than indoor gatherings. All gatherings must be held outside. Attendees may go inside to use restrooms as long as the restrooms are frequently sanitized,\u201d the statement added.
