Good day all. Fresh of his \u201cLet them eat cake\u201d party, Kalifornistan Dictator, Fuehrer Gavin Newsom, is ordering a fresh lockdown and suspension of the constitutional rights of the people in the formally golden state of what was once known as California.<\/p>\n

Numbnuts Newsom, who is already being hit with abuse of office complaints has decided that the best way to bury his own display of \u201cI can do whatever I want\u201d is to lock everyone into their cells<\/i><\/span> homes and finally kill off what remains of the Kalifornistan economy. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b>:<\/p>\n

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday imposed an overnight curfew through December to stave off the state\u2019s resurgent coronavirus cases. The limited stay-at-home order applies to 41 counties that account for nearly the entire state population of just under 40 million people. <\/b><\/p>\n

Beginning Saturday, \u201cnon-essential work, movement and gatherings\u201d in purple tier counties must stop between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.<\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder when the first civil rights suit will be brought? There have already been some cases in Federal Court that have shut down governors who have been doing this sort of thing. Considering that people are already in a virtual state of rebellion over these lock-downs, I fully expect these orders to be ignored. There are also many small businesses on the cusp of failure. They may decide that the time to fight back is now and will not shut down.<\/p>\n

The \u201cPurple Tier\u201d refers to the Golden State\u2019s color-coded system that is based on the number of coronavirus cases in each county. Purple, or Tier 1, is the most severe level, indicating that the virus is widespread in the county, with more than seven cases per 100,000 residents. <\/b><\/p>\n

And how many of those people are in the hospital? How many are actually showing any symptom? You will notice that this information isn\u2019t being made available, probably because it would show that this isn\u2019t as serious as Numbnuts and his cronies are saying it is.<\/p>\n

Newsom\u2019s latest stay-at-home order will last one month, until Dec. 21, but could be extended if infection rates and disease trends don’t improve. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The virus is spreading at a pace we haven’t seen since the start of this pandemic and the next several days and weeks will be critical to stop the surge. We are sounding the alarm,” Newsom said in a statement. \u201cIt is crucial that we act to decrease transmission and slow hospitalizations before the death count surges. We\u2019ve done it before and we must do it again.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

He has no interest in letting people live their lives, certainly doesn\u2019t care about the Constitution. The only problem is that the people left in the People\u2019s Democratik Repulik of Kalifornistan have surrendered to tyranny and or just fine not thinking for themselves.
