Good day all. No sooner had I put the finishing touches on my post regarding the latest diktats from Kalifornistan Fuhrer Gavin Newsom, then a new story popped up from the county sheriffs. It seems they aren\u2019t to happy with Der Fuhrer\u2019s orders and are taking exception to them.<\/p>\n

That is a nice way of saying \u201cHell No! We will not enforce these orders you fascist, totalitarian pig! Here are the details from Fox News<\/b>:<\/p>\n

A California sheriff says she will not enforce Gov. Gavin Newsom\u2019s new coronavirus curfew, according to reports. Fresno Sheriff Margaret Mims said she wouldn’t be penalizing residents who didn’t follow the curfew, FOX 26 reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

“We’ve got a lot of things to do, including taking guns away from gang members, stopping narcotic trafficking, and saving children from internet predators,”Mims said during a video briefing Thursday afternoon. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re not gonna make criminals of normally law-abiding citizens.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Her department is not going to be setting up checkpoints and saying \u201cYour Papers Please!\u201d Sheriff Mims isn\u2019t alone in this either.<\/p>\n

Other law enforcement agencies plan to take a similarly hands-off approach to the curfew. Merced County sheriff’s deputies, Madera police, Visalia police and Kings County deputies all plan to continue business as usual rather than refocus on the curfew. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re gonna continue to do our law enforcement responsibilities to protect the community. We\u2019re enforcing it through education and try to encourage compliance,\u201d Madera Police Chief Dino Lawson said. <\/b><\/p>\n

“We’re not going to enforce any of those orders,\u201d Kings County Sheriff’s Commander David Dodd said. “The Kings County Board of Supervisors has asked us to take an educational approach. We’re going to refer people to the written guidelines to prevent the spread.”<\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019re starting to see a lot of this happening in states ruled by the Democratic CommuNazis. Local police and sheriff departments, which have enough problems already, are flat out refusing to follow the orders of the governors when they conflict with the Constitution of the their states and the United States Constitution. Even the city of Fresno has asked that people voluntarily comply with the curfew. If they don\u2019t, oh well, have a nice day. It\u2019s time for Numbnuts Newsom to be removed from office, wither through recall or impeachment. Since I doubt that the Kalifornistan Supreme Soviet, (Formally the legislature), will do any such thing, it\u2019s time for the proles, serfs and peons to do it themselves.<\/p>\n
