Good day all. With all the other stuff going on in Michigan, this one may have escaped people\u2019s notice. A bill of impeachment has been filed against the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen \u201cWretched Gretchen\u201d Whitmer.<\/p>\n

There are many reasons to remove this evil tyrannical and not to competent cow, however the articles of impeachment are very specific. Here are the details from WMMT<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Three Republican representatives introduced impeachment articles against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Thursday, claiming she violated the Michigan Constitution. In the resolution Nov. 19, 2020, Reps. Beau LaFave, Matt Maddock and Daire Rendon claimed Whitmer conducted crimes and misdemeanors by exceeding her authority. <\/b><\/p>\n

“She has exceeded her constitutional authority, violated the constitutional rights of the people of Michigan, issued orders that are not in the best interests of the people of this state, and used the Pandemic as an opportunity to reward political allies,” the resolution stated.<\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, like many squishy Republicans, not all are on board with remove the Empress Whitmer.<\/p>\n

Michigan House Speak Lee Chatfield shut down calls to impeach Whitmer Wednesday<\/a>, the day before three Republicans introduced the impeachment articles. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s no secret that I disagree with a lot of what this governor has done,\u201d Chatfield told News Channel 3 Wednesday. \u201cI\u2019ve even taken the governor to court and won, because of how she dealt with COVID-19, but Republicans are not the party that impeach someone because we disagree with them,” Chatfield said.<\/b><\/p>\n

From what I have been reading and writing about, as well as talking with a couple of people \u201con the ground\u201d in Michigan, what Wretched Gretchen has been doing is not a \u201cdisagreement\u201d but probably felonies. (Starting with criminal civil rights violations) Since the Great Panicdemic of 2020 began, Wretched Gretchen, like all the Democratic CommuNazis as well as a few Uniparty RINOS, have used it to essentially take on powers they aren\u2019t entitled to. There has been some push back from the courts.<\/p>\n

In April 2020, Whitmer extended the state of emergency without Legislature approval, sparking a lawsuit filed by Republican leaders<\/a>, who claimed she overstepped her authority. The Michigan Court of Claimed ruled in favor of Whitmer. <\/b><\/p>\n

Whitmer also used her once-executive powers to ban medical, dental, and veterinarian procedures that she deemed “non-essential.”<\/a> The three Republican representatives said in the impeachment articles that although the ban did not serve as an immediate health risk to patients, the “non-essential” procedures were “still needed to preserve patients\u2019 quality of life and long-term well-being.”<\/b><\/p>\n

That order, along with her orders forbidding the use of the antimalarial drugs that were found early on to help China Flu patients, probably killed quite a few people who otherwise would have lived. As mentioned, the courts finally stepped in and took action.<\/p>\n

Whitmer’s emergency powers were stripped away after Michigan Supreme Court declared<\/a> the 1945 law as unconstitutional. The decision revoked Whitmer’s emergency declaration and related orders within 21 days.<\/b><\/p>\n

And that barely slowed the tyrannical cow down at all.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 9, 2020, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services issued an epidemic order <\/a>to replace Whitmer’s executive orders. <\/b>The order limited the amount of people in stores, bars and public venues, and required face masks in gatherings. As of Nov. 19, another order by the state health department was in place to close down indoor dining among other restrictions.<\/b><\/p>\n

As shown by these orders, Wretched Gretchen flat out will not obey any orders from the courts. Instead, she will find other ways to impose her totalitarian ideas on the State of Michigan. If you needed a reason to remove her from office, there is plenty of cause in my humble opinion. Of course, since the Republicans, while in the majority in both houses, don\u2019t have the Democrats on board, (With one or two exceptions. They were nearly killed by Wretched Gretchen\u2019s policies), there is little chance they can remove her, sadly. If anyone needs to be removed, it\u2019s Wretched Gretchen Whitmer\u2026And Gavin Newsom…Phil Murphy…Tom Wolf\u2026<\/p>\n
