While the Democrat Propaganda Corps has decreed that Dementia Joe Biden is the President-Elect, none of the votes have been certified as of the writing of this post, and evidence that the Democrats stole the election is growing by leaps and bounds. This hasn\u2019t stopped the senile pedophile from working on his goals of confiscating guns from the American people. He has selected a notorious gun grabber as his deputy chief of staff.<\/p>\n

The person in question is one Jennifer O\u2019Malley Dillon, and she has announced that the Biden Regime will order the confiscation of firearms. Here are the details from The Western Journal<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Since the day major media outlets projected former Vice President Joe Biden as the winner of the election, the Biden transition team has been busy making personnel decisions for their new administration. Jennifer O\u2019Malley Dillon, who managed the Biden campaign, has been selected to serve as the White House deputy chief of staff. <\/b><\/p>\n

Second Amendment<\/a> advocates are understandably worried about this choice because O\u2019Malley Dillon has been a vocal supporter of mandatory gun buybacks. Prior to joining Team Biden, O\u2019Malley Dillon managed the campaign of gun control zealot Beto (Hell yes, we\u2019re going to take your AR-15<\/a>) O\u2019Rourke. And, according to Fox News<\/a>, she shares her former boss\u2019 radical views. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are actually the only campaign with a plan \u2026 that supports mandatory buybacks of weapons of war. An assault weapon ban is very, very important, and we need to have it. But that only takes weapons of war off the streets in the future. It does nothing for weapons of war that are currently out there. And I think there\u2019s 15 or 16 million.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

This bitch, and frankly the entire planned regime have no idea what they are doing. Right off the bat, there are serious constitutional issues with their plan to confiscate guns. To start with, there is the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. Then there is the 4th<\/sup> Amendment, 5th<\/sup> Amendment, and the 9th<\/sup> Amendment. We also have the problem of a \u201cbuyback.<\/p>\n

To begin with, the United States Government did not sell a single one of these rifles. There is nothing for them to \u201cBuy Back.\u201d Second, is the money. That would need to be appropriated by Congress and that will not happen. These rifles start at $500-$600 and only increase in price. Some high end models can go for $2-$3,000 dollars.<\/p>\n

Then there are the magazines. There must be tens of millions out there. This doesn\u2019t even begin to cover the problem of 3D printers. These magazines have only one metal part in them, the springs. Those can be made fairly easily. Finally there is the problem of people flat out refusing to comply.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Malley Dillon\u2019s views on mandatory buybacks of assault weapons are hardly unique among members of Biden\u2019s inner circle, or for that matter, among many members of the Democratic Party. <\/b><\/p>\n

During the 2020 Democratic primaries, California Sen. Kamala Harris advocated for a mandatory buyback<\/a> of \u201cassault weapons,\u201d albeit a lesser version of it. Fox News<\/a> wrote that Harris \u201cestimated her version of such a program would impact only about 2 million weapons.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Which goes to show just how ignorant that prostitute is. The AR-15 platform has become the most popular rifle in the United States. There are probably 10-20+ million of them. If Heels Up thinks that people are going to turn in their rifles, then she may as well move to Australia or New Zealand. That is the land where the sheep live.<\/p>\n

The Fox article reminded us that \u201cBiden\u2019s campaign has called for giving owners of \u2018assault weapons or high-capacity magazines\u2019 the option to either sell their weapons to the government or register them with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives under an expansion of the National Firearms Act<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

I believe adding these rifles to the NFA would require legislation. I think we can count on a lawsuit that will reach the Supreme Court that actually challenges the constitutionality of the National Firearms Act, something that I don\u2019t believe has been done. With the current makeup of the supreme court, (Thanks be to Trump, the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century!), the odds of the NFA being upheld are low. Even on the Left, there isn\u2019t the usual \u201cGroupthink support\u201d of the plans to confiscate firearms.<\/p>\n

Remarkably, Fox even pointed out that progressive Sen. Bernie Sanders has \u201ccriticized the idea of mandatory buybacks \u2026 calling them \u2018unconstitutional.’\u201d I am amazed Sanders possesses the clarity to realize that. It\u2019s unfortunate that so many Democrats miss it. <\/b><\/p>\n

Since the Constitution means nothing to Dementia Joe and the totalitarian Left, excepting Comrade Bernie apparently, we\u2019re already seeing the full court press by the Minions of Harris<\/i><\/span> Biden pushing to force people to either hand in their guns or register them as machine guns. I can tell you that won\u2019t happen.<\/p>\n

People have already decided that the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment means what it says. With the Democratic CommuNazis support for the BCLOM and Antifa, not to mention gutting law enforcement, there is no way people will comply with these thieves orders. They may think that we\u2019re like the Australians or the New Zealanders, who gave up their guns and are now suffering for it, but we are not. We are Americans. Dementia Joe, Heels Up Harris and all of the other moonbats have forgotten how this country came into being.<\/p>\n

It was the British army moving on Lexington and Concord Massachusetts in 1775 to confiscate guns, powder and shot. The colonists suffered initially, but the British troops were shot to pieces on their march back to Boston. If they think that sending out federal agents to force compliance to their totalitarian rule will work, they need to rethink that.<\/p>\n

Many federal agents will flat out refuse the order. Those that do accept the order and start crashing doors are going to be engaged. Yes, they will kill many citizens, but they will also suffer as well. Eventually, entire raid teams will be taken out. This doesn\u2019t even begin to cover local law enforcement, not to mention governors, telling the Progressives that \u201cHell NO! We will not comply!\u201d and then arresting those agents attempting to seize people’s property.<\/p>\n

We have a long way to go and hopefully we will never get there. First, the Democrats have to successfully complete The Great Election Theft of 2020. Then, the Pedophile in Chief would have to get legislation through, and that won\u2019t happen. Executive orders in this case would be flat out unconstitutional and would be challenged in court. With the current supreme court, his orders would be ruled unconstitutional. After that, who knows what may happen. Hopefully, these morons will come to their senses.<\/p>\n
