Good day all. Oregon is one of the states being ruled by a power mad tyrant pretending to be the governor. Her name is Kate Brown, and she is down there with Wretched Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Numbnuts Newsom and Andrew Flaming Cuomo in her contempt for the Constitution of either her state or the United States.<\/p>\n

Comrade Dictator Brown has been abusing her office since last March, and has all but crushed her state\u2019s economy. Small business owners were seeing years, in some cases decades of work being destroyed by he edicts. One such business owner finally had enough and decided to reopen her doors. Brown\u2019s response was right out of any police state. She threatened the children of the woman who reopened her business. Now Brown is being sued for $100,000 dollars. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/i>:<\/p>\n

An Oregon salon owner who opened her business in defiance of the state’s lockdown orders accused Gov. Kate Brown of “retaliating” against her family in a $100,000 lawsuit, which details the damages she sustained due to extended closures and exorbitant fines issued against her. <\/b><\/p>\n

Glamour Salon owner Lindsey Graham reopened her salon in May and received a fine of $14,000 from the state. Graham claimed that Brown began to personally “terrorize” her family, and threatened to place her children under the care of Child Protective Services to “intimidate” her into closing her salon doors. <\/b><\/p>\n

“As soon as I tried to open my doors against the governor’s mandate back in May, she came at me with the full weight of the state,” Graham told “The Ingraham Angle” on Monday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“She terrorized myself, she terrorized my stylists, and she terrorized my family. She took every government agency she could, and she put her full weight into intimidating me into closing, including sending Child Protective Services to my home and threatening the removal of my children.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I think that Ms. Graham should be suing for significantly more then $100,000. I also think that if this happened at the direction of Brown, then she should be personally liable. As to the CPS? They were their usual goon squad selves.<\/p>\n

Three days after publically opening her salon, Child Protective Services showed up at Graham’s home and “interviewed my children without my presence,” she explained. <\/b><\/p>\n

They “opened a full-blown case against me which was completely bogus and unwarranted, and it didn’t come until I shot back at them with a threat of the lawsuit,” that they backed down, Graham said.<\/b><\/p>\n

The various Child Protective Services around the country have a long history of incompetence and abuse. They are also supposed to get children out of real, truly bad and dangerous situations. To allow themselves to be used for a political statement, (and I hope they were ordered to do this rather then come up with it themselves), is a good way to have things go very bad…for the CPS people.<\/p>\n

Parents who are good parents, and that is most of them, tend to be very protective of their children and will put them first. That was probably the idea with regards to the threats towards Ms. Graham. The problem is that there have been cases where things have gone sideways, guns have been drawn and shots have been fired.<\/p>\n

That didn\u2019t happen here thankfully, and since Ms. Graham threatened to sue them, the CPS twerp backed off. Now why did they back off? For a very simple reason. It would have come out that they had no reason to visit the family and that they were acting in an unlawful manner. Any court action might have quickly become a federal civil rights issue and the last thing these thugs wanted was to bring in the DoJ.<\/p>\n

With this lawsuit, there will come discovery. With discovery, will come either evidence of abuse by the agency, or a complete lack of any information since everything was deleted, shredded and erased. That would indicate that there is actually a conspiracy, which could lead to either a settlement, a judgment or even better, a few arrests and convictions starting with the Governor herself.<\/p>\n
