Former Chicago mayor and all around scumbag, Rahm Emanuel<\/span> once said, \u201cNever let a good crises go to waste.\u201d By that, he meant that the ruling elite should use a crises to increase their power and take the rights away from the people. It looks like New York is taking that to heart.<\/p>\n

Recently a bill was put forward in the State Legislature, bill A416<\/a> that would allow the state to lock up anyone they wanted with no recourse if they even suspected you might have an illness of some sort. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/i>:<\/p>\n

A New York Democrat’s bill that would allow the governor or his surrogates to detain individuals who pose a threat to public health “by a single order \u2026 in a medical facility or other appropriate facility” sparked fierce backlash online. <\/b><\/p>\n

New York State Assemblyman N. Nick Perry is sponsoring Bill A416<\/a>, which will be referred to the Assembly’s Health Committee on Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“So disturbing. NY bill allows for the *removal and detention* of anyone who ‘may be a danger to public health.’ Yes, that\u2019s purposely undefined,” conservative podcast host Allie Beth Stuckey wrote on Twitter<\/a>. “Yes, it will be used, at least one day, to forcibly remove you or your children from your home for whatever reason the state sees fit.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“[T]his bill was initially introduced to address public health concerns related to the containment of the Ebola virus after it was discovered that Ebola-infected persons had entered the United States,” Perry told Fox News in a statement. “I am an American who understands our Constitution is sacred, and provides us with the right to agree or disagree, and hold different positions on issues that may relate to our civil and constitutional rights.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“There is no intent, no plan, or provisions in my bill to take away, or violate any rights, or liberties that all Americans are entitled to under our Constitution, either state or federal,” Perry continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Perry is not being entirely honest with regards to this bill. Of course, he claims to have put safeguards in, but we all know how those work. Just look at the Red Flag laws where you lose your 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights if someone decides they don\u2019t like you.<\/p>\n

The bill requires the governor “or his or her delegee” to apply for a court order authorizing a detention within three business days. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The provisions of this section shall be utilized in the event that the governor declares a state of health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease,” the bill reads. <\/b><\/p>\n

“[T]he governor or his or her delegee may, in his or her discretion, issue and seek enforcement of any other orders that he or she determines are necessary or appropriate to prevent dissemination or transmission of contagious diseases … to require an individual who has been exposed to or infected by a contagious disease to complete an appropriate, prescribed course of treatment, preventive medication or vaccination,” the bill continues. “Such person or persons shall, upon request, be afforded an opportunity to be heard[.]” <\/b><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what really happens. Someone is sitting in their house with his or her family, and a swat team caves in the door, slams everyone to the floor, cuffs them and throws them into a paddy wagon. They are then hauled away to a prison camp with no way to communicate with the outside world. In effect, they will be \u201cdisappeared.\u201d<\/p>\n

“This is straight up detention camp stuff in NY! A Bill giving [New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo], Health Commissioner or any ‘designated’ official full ‘power’ to remove any person\/group of people from their home if deemed contagious. It\u2019s horrifying. Wake up NY [and] Fight!” Liz Joy, who unsuccessfully ran for Congress in New York in 2020, wrote on Twitter<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is no way this would stand constitutional muster, however this was before the Stolen Election of 2020. Now the congress is infested with like minded little Nazis who have no problem with this bill. The current court make up will put this in the trash where it belongs of course, however the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis will add new justices to the court who will not pay one wit of attention to the document they are sworn to uphold.<\/p>\n

Have no doubt that if this piece of crap does end up on Flaming Cuomo\u2019s desk, he will sign it and the first arrests will take place within 24 hours. My guess? It\u2019s going to be members of the Jewish community…again, who have stood up to both Flaming Cuomo and Dim Bulb de Blasio, along with some business owners and regular people who will be rounded up and sent to the camps.<\/p>\n

And these idiots wonder why people are growing angrier by the day? It\u2019s stupidity like this that is causing people to start thinking that the Tree of Liberty may be in need of a little fertilizer. Stay alert, people of New York and make sure this disaster in the making is short circuited, and strangled before it sees the light of day. As for the moonbat who proposed it? New York State Assemblyman N. Nick Perry should be dragged out of office and booted out of the country. I would suggest he would be more at home in North Korea, so that is where he should emigrate to.<\/p>\n
