Subpoint C notes that \u201cExecutive Order 13920<\/a> of May 1, 2020 (Securing the United States Bulk-Power System), is hereby suspended for 90 days.\u201d <\/b>The Trump-era order<\/a> sought to ban, replace, and set new criteria on bulk-power system (BPS) electric equipment coming from a foreign country or national that poses a national security threat. <\/b><\/p>\n

Basically, the United States needs to be able to manufacture everything our grid needs internally, especially the computer chips that run everything. There is a real fear that the chips will have a hard coded instruction set that a foreign enemy could access and shut down the entire electrical grid of the United States. Below is President Trump\u2019s original order:<\/p>\n

\u201cForeign adversaries are increasingly creating and exploiting vulnerabilities in the United States bulk-power system, which provides the electricity that supports our national defense, vital emergency services, critical infrastructure, economy, and way of life. The bulk-power system is a target of those seeking to commit malicious acts against the United States and its people, including malicious cyber activities, because a successful attack on our bulk-power system would present significant risks to our economy, human health and safety, and would render the United States less capable of acting in defense of itself and its allies,\u201d the introduction to the executive order read<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now, according to Biden\u2019s executive order, the fate of the executive order and America\u2019s BPS rests in the hands of Biden\u2019s Secretary of Energy and Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Secretary of Energy and the Director of OMB shall jointly consider whether to recommend that a replacement order be issued.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh I think we can be safe in assuming that this corrupt Communist already has te new orders written.<\/p>\n

The National Pulse exposed<\/a> Biden\u2019s OMB Head as formerly serving as the president of the Center for American Progress (CAP), an establishment think tank that has taken trips to China and co-authored reports alongside a Chinese Communist Party-backed influence operation. <\/b><\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, Biden\u2019s son Hunter was previously involved in several business relationships with CEFC China Energy Chairman Ye Jianming. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter his father left office in 2017, Hunter Biden worked on securing a deal with CEFC China Energy to invest in US energy projects, according to documents released by Republicans,\u201d CNN noted<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Similarly, an investment firm headed by Hunter Biden funneled millions into China General Nuclear Power Corp, a state-owned power company guilty of stealing American nuclear technology for use by the Chinese Communist Party for decades<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n
