Good day all. One of the many promises that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century kept was appointing Constitutional Constructionists. These are people who ready the Constitution and understand that it means what it says. They also understand that the Constitution was meant to restrict the power of the Federal Government.<\/p>\n

This differs from the Progressive judges that the CommuNazis stick on the bench, They have a tendency to ignore the plain language of the Constitution if it goes against their political views. They also have a tendency to \u201cFind things\u201d that are not in the constitution that usually take rights away from then individual and increases the power of the federal government.<\/p>\n

President Trump was able to appoint three new associate justices to the Supreme Court, which solidly flipped the court away from the Statest Progressive justices. This has driven the CommuNazis\u2019s absolutely insane with rage. For decades they have relied on the courts to override the wishes of the states and the individuals.<\/p>\n

When President Trump replaced the now safely dead Ruth Bader-Ginsberg, the Progressive Liberal Moonbats went bonkers. One of their \u201cBrilliant\u201d ideas was to add more justices to the Supreme Court, all good, solid CommuNazis who would rule in favor of the progressive positions. This is called \u201cCourt Packing\u201d and the last time anyone looked at it in a serious manner was President, (For life), Franklin Delano Roosevelt.<\/p>\n

At the time of his dictatorship, he had pushed through the New Deal. The problem with the New Deal was that much of what he wanted to do was flat out unconstitutional, (Not to mention an economic disaster). Every time some New Deal program came out, it was challenged in the court and the Supreme Court would rule against FDR.<\/p>\n

This so annoyed him, they he came up with idea of adding more justices to the bench, all of them personally selected by him who would rule the way he wanted them to. This went over like a lead balloon and was literally dead before arrival in Congress. It didn\u2019t matter in the end since the justices were terrified at what FDR tried to do and started agreeing with his instructions.<\/p>\n

Well, it looks like the Fake President, who said while hiding in his basement bunker during the campaign, would not pack the court, has once again, changed his mind. (Probably after being told to by his handlers). He is setting up a \u201cCommission\u201d to look into \u201cReforming\u201d the supreme court. Here are the details from the whiny progressive crybabies at Politico<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden administration is moving forward with the creation of a bipartisan commission to study reforms to the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary. <\/b><\/p>\n

Bipartisan huh? So, which never Trump RINO\u2019s from the GOPe are going to sign up for this, Mittens Romney?<\/p>\n

The commission will be housed under the purview of the White House Counsel\u2019s office and filled out with the behind-the-scenes help of the Biden campaign\u2019s lawyer Bob Bauer, who will co-chair the commission. Its specific mandate is still being decided. But, in a signal that the commission is indeed moving ahead, some members have already been selected, according to multiple people familiar with the discussions. <\/b><\/p>\n

So they\u2019re creating and staffing the commission, but it doesn\u2019t yet have an actual, official, goal? Color me surprised. However, from the list of people they are putting on the commission, court packing is what they have in mind. How do I know? Here is what one of the members has to say on the subject.<\/p>\n

Caroline Fredrickson has hinted that she is intellectually supportive of ideas like court expansion. In 2019, she said in an interview with Eric Lesh, the executive director of the LGBT Bar Association and Foundation of Greater New York: \u201cI often point out to people who aren’t lawyers that the Supreme Court is not defined as \u2018nine person body\u2019 in the Constitution, and it has changed size many times.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The court has fluctuated in size, but has been stabilized at 9 members since 1869. There hasn\u2019t been any serious talk of increasing the numbers since FDR tried to do it to ram through his New Deal actions. The only reason they are looking to do it now is due to the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump who put true scholars of the Constitution on the bench. This negated the effect of Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s (Who did not kill himself), pal, John Roberts. Roberts is compromised which is the only explanation for some of his decisions. Someone has something on him.<\/p>\n

The idea for a commission came together amid the push by Republican senators to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court in the weeks before the November election. Under intense pressure to consider reforms to the Supreme Court\u2019s composition \u2014 including court expansion \u2014 Biden performed a classic Washington, D.C., punt. He announced in October that if he was elected, he would form such a commission to study structural changes. But Biden also conceded he is \u201cnot a fan of court packing.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Pull the other finger, it has a bell on it.<\/p>\n

Progressive groups pushing for court expansion responded with skepticism to Biden\u2019s announcement at the time. And they\u2019ve remained skeptical to this day. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cCommissions are often places where ideas go to die and there is no time on the clock to reform the court,\u201d said Aaron Belkin, the director of Take Back the Court, a progressive group advocating for adding seats to the Supreme Court. \u201cThe entire agenda of what needs to get done is in jeopardy thanks to stolen federal courts.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And that Progressive agenda can be summed up very simply. Progressively turn the American people into slaves ruled by the Progressive Elite.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know,\u201d he added, \u201cthat court expansion is the only strategy to allow the administration to solve the problems facing the country.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words. \u201cWe have to put more judges on the bench who will ignore the Constitution and issue ruling that will cement our power forever.\u201d Yeah, I don\u2019t think so Tim…Aaron.<\/p>\n

Progressives\u2019 push to expand the Supreme Court was reenergized after Democrats won both Georgia Senate runoff races in January, giving them control of the White House and Congress for the first time since 2010.<\/b><\/p>\n

And many people are wondering if those elections weren\u2019t rigged as well. The fact of the matter is, the Democratic CommuNazi Party is flat out calling anyone who supports President Trump and voted for him to be \u201cEnemies of the State.\u201d If they manage to actually pack the court, it will be the final nail in the Republic, and almost a guarantee of \u201cBad things happening.<\/p>\n

Almost immediately you will see ruling that basically erase the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment, the 1st<\/sup> Amendment\u2019s speech and religious liberty sections, the ending of States Rights, and moves to secure the Rule of the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazi elites. Next will come the stripping away of the 10th<\/sup> Amendment and states rights. The end game will be a pure totalitarian fascist state not unlike Nazi Germany or Fascist Italy. Think it can\u2019t happen here? We\u2019ve had a few close calls as it is.<\/p>\n

I am of the opinion, and I hope I am dead wrong, that we are looking at the end of the United States as we know it. The CommuNazis are dead set on going full totalitarian as fast as they can, and you have 80 million people who are just as dead set at making sure it doesn\u2019t happen. The CommuNazis and GOPe of the Uniparty like to claim that January 6th<\/sup> was an insurrection, but it wasn\u2019t. How can I say that? Simple really. No one brought the one tool that is needed to have a successful insurrection. That would be guns.<\/p>\n

150K+ people attended the protest rally and a few hundred, (with many false flag agitators as it\u2019s now turning out), stormed into the Capitol building. There was lots of yelling, but no one actually made any attempt to find the congress critters. (They were bravely running away and courageously hiding)<\/p>\n

Any attempt to pack the court, especially with the Progressive vermin they would select, would be seen by the people as the Ruling elite finally moving towards their end game. Then you would see a real insurrection, and this time the people would be bringing guns. Lots and lots of guns. And rope. Possibly some tar and fathers, just to keep things traditional. Hopefully, this stupid idea dies a quick death and we can just move on with our plans to vote the commie bastards out and get back on track to Making America Great Again.<\/p>\n
