Good day all. The CommuNazis have been talking about packing the Supreme Court since The Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, replaced the finally dead communist, Ruth Bader-Ginsberg with the Constitutionalist justice, Amy Coney Barrett.<\/p>\n

However, it wasn\u2019t just the Supreme Court that President Trump changed from a super legislature into an actual court, he also filled every vacancy in the lower courts as well, much to the consternation of the Progressive Liberal Elite.<\/p>\n

The changes were so extensive that the 9th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals, considered one of the worst and most overturned courts in the country, has become actually respected to some extent by conservatives. This fact has driven the Democratic CommuNazis to consider packing the lower courts with judges who use the Constitution for toilet paper. Here are the details from Town Hall<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Trump administration and the Republican Senate moved at a record pace to fill vacancies on the federal judiciary over the past four years. The courts are one of two obstacles currently preventing Democrats from going full-throttle on their radical agenda. As luck would have it, Biden is beginning<\/a> his presidency with the fewest number of judicial vacancies since George H.W. Bush.<\/b><\/p>\n

With Biden in the Oval office, a tie in the Senate, and a reduced majority in the House, Democrats are plotting ways to work around the conservative composition of the courts. While packing the Supreme Court may be a bridge too far, Democrats are floating the idea when it comes to the lower courts, where there may be some Republican senators open to the idea.<\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, Democrats are open to it. They’re anxious to mitigate the judicial legacy of the Trump years.<\/b><\/p>\n

We saw how the Obama judges handled things, issuing rulings that were blatantly unconstitutional and illegal. They were eventually overturned and in a few cases, slapped down hard by the Supreme Court, but they did an enormous amount of damage, including getting people killed.<\/p>\n

According to The Hill<\/a>, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), the incoming Senate Judiciary Committee chairman and Senate Majority Whip, said he’s been approached by a Republican colleague who expressed a need for additional judgeships in his state.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Interestingly enough, I had a Republican senator who approached me about expanding the number of federal judges in his state so there seems to be some sentiment that there [are] backlogs in the dockets of federal judges,” Durbin recalled.<\/b><\/p>\n

And who was this moron who didn\u2019t bother speaking to President Trump about the issue?<\/p>\n

Texas GOP Senator John Cornyn has said that he is willing to have a conversation about adding judges to the lower courts.<\/b><\/p>\n

Does Cornyn think that the Fake President and UpChuck Schumer have any intention of putting constitutional constructionists on the bench? That is the last thing they will do. They will make sure that the only judges that get appointed will be those who will rule in favor of the CommuNazis totalitarian agenda, starting with repealing the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment by judicial fiat. Shortly after that, the 1st<\/sup> Amendment will be revoked to stop \u201cHate Speech,\u201d and on and on it will go until the Constitution is a dead letter.<\/p>\n

As far as I\u2019m concerned, don\u2019t add a single judge nominated by the senile pedophile. We saw how badly the Obama judges acted, and the judges Dementia Joe is told to appoint will be even worse. I wish someone would get in the face of these morons, starting with Schumer and ask them if they are actually trying to trigger a civil war with their actions, because things like appointing activists judges who spit on the constitution is a great way to start one.<\/p>\n
