Good day all. Last month, San Fran Nan Pelosi decided to once again ram through a bogus impeachment of President Donald Trump, even though he only had a week left in office. There was no way that the senate could hold a trial until after the Fake President, Dementia Joe, had been sworn in.<\/p>\n

This didn\u2019t stop the Democratic CommuNazis. They were bound and determined to \u201cGET TRUMP!!\u201d by any means they could. Their plan was to prevent him from running again in 2024 by getting him convicted in the Senate and banned from holding office.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The major problem with this was that pesky constitution, and the section on impeaching a president. Basically it refers to the current office holder, not the former office holder. The whole thing stank so badly that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, who constitutionally is the one to preside over a senate trial, flat out refused. Instead it was left to Patrick \u201cLeaky\u201d Leahy (DC-VT) to be the judge. (Nope, no conflict of interest here)<\/p>\n

Well, the senate just voted and surprising only the Moonbats, the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century has once again been acquitted on the bogus charges. Here are the details of this breaking story from Fox News<\/b>:<\/p>\n

Former President Trump<\/a> was acquitted in an unprecedented second impeachment<\/a> trial on the charge of inciting an insurrection for the Jan. 6 Capitol riot<\/a>, making him the first and only president to be impeached and acquitted twice in history. <\/b><\/p>\n

A majority of senators found Trump guilty on Saturday in a 57-43 vote,\u00a0but the number fell short of the supermajority needed to convict the president. Had Trump been convicted, the Senate would have moved to bar the 45th president\u00a0from holding federal office ever again. <\/b><\/p>\n

And that move to bar President Trump from running again would have instantly triggered a court case, along with the entire trial in the Senate. This is the reason Chief Justice Roberts, no friend of President Trump\u2019s, to refuse to preside over this kangaroo court. If they had gone full stupid, he would have been ruling on the constitutionality of the entire process, and we know how much Roberts loves to handle cases that the Deep State wants buried.<\/p>\n

As expected, most of the Republicans stood with President Trump. There were seven disloyal TransRepublican RINO\u2019s who have pretty much sealed their fate as members of the United States Senate. They\u2019re now in their final terms, whether that was their intention or not.<\/p>\n

The seven GOP senators who joined with all Democrats in finding\u00a0Trump guilty were:\u00a0Sens. Richard Burr of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. <\/b><\/p>\n

Toomey has announced he won\u2019t seek reelection, which explains that Never Trumper\u2019s vote. The same for Richard Burr. The rest? Stick the fork in, they\u2019re all done. Sleazeball Sasse just won reelection after lying through his teeth to the voters, and the state GOP is moving to squash him like the cockroach he is. Romney is also finished in the Senate even if he didn\u2019t intend this to be another \u201cOne and Done\u201d term as an elected official.<\/p>\n

The acquittal means that as of\u00a0now Trump can leave the door open to another White House bid in 2024, though senators have hinted they may still try to bar him from office in a separate 14th Amendment measure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that. The section they\u2019re thinking of using is Section 3, which reads:<\/p>\n

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. <\/b><\/p>\n

President Trump did NOT engage in insurrection or rebellion, nor has he given aid and comfort to our enemies. On the other hand, most of the Democrat Party, now known as the Democratic CommuNazi Party have met this criteria. If they try to pull this, it won\u2019t end well for any of them. Besides, the Supreme Court will take one look at what actually happened and rule against the CommuNazis.<\/p>\n

The former president, who has largely stayed silent since his impeachment, took aim at his opponents. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This has been yet another phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our country,” Trump said. “No president has ever gone through anything like it, and it continues because our opponents cannot forget the almost 75 million people, the highest number ever for a sitting president, who voted for us just a few short months ago.” <\/b><\/p>\n

House impeachment managers accused Trump of inciting the insurrection by spreading a “big lie” the election was stolen from him, summoning his supporters to Washington on Jan. 6, telling them to “fight like hell” and then refusing to call off the attack once the mob violently took over the Capitol.<\/p>\n

These morons were also caught tampering with the so called evidence. They also neglected to mention the part where President Trump told his supporters to \u201cPeacefully and Patriotically march to the Capitol. They also didn\u2019t bother with the evidence that has since come out that this was all planned before President Trump spoke and that the protesters had already entered the capitol before President Trump began his speech. There was also the constitutional issues regarding the proceedings.<\/p>\n

Trump legal’s team denounced the proceedings as an unconstitutional “sham impeachment” against a private citizen, driven by Democrats’\u00a0“hatred” for Trump and desire to silence a political opponent.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Trump lawyers also argued the\u00a0former president’s political speech is protected by the First Amendment and\u00a0his words on Jan. 6 to his supporters to “fight like hell” were not meant\u00a0literally. To drive home that point during the trial, Trump’s defense played an 11-minute video of nearly every Democrat in the chamber using the words “fight” in their past speeches and interviews. <\/b><\/p>\n

President Trump\u2019s lawyers got off to a rocky start, but quickly regained their stride, and the videos of all the Democratic CommuNazis flat out calling for violent attacks against Trump supporters show what a pack of lying hypocrites they truly are. Now that this sham has been completed, President Trump can begin working to crush his enemies in both parties. As to whether or not he wants to run again in 2024, I can\u2019t say. Personally, I think that he should carefully look to a successor who, like him, will keep his or her promises to the best of their ability and put the United States of America and the American People first. Congratulations again Mr. President.<\/p>\n
