Good day all. I\u2019ve written about Govno Numbnuts Newsom and the recall effort now underway to kick his commie ass out of the governors office. A week or so ago, the recall committee announced that had achieved the minimum number of signatures to get the recall on the Ballot.<\/p>\n

The committee isn\u2019t stopping with the 1.5 million signatures they needed to gather, they announced they were going to keep collecting until the last minute and they had 2 million signatures. The reason they intend to keep going is that they expect a number of the signatures to be declared invalid. (All of them if the Govno has anything to say about it)<\/p>\n

The recall committee has turned in what they have to date, and the good news is that over 80% of the signatures have been declared valid. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b>:<\/p>\n

Nearly 1.1 million signatures have been submitted in the Newsom recall effort, and 670,000 have been verified.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

If the effort collects 1.5 million verified signatures by March 17, there will be a gubernatorial recall and Gov. Gavin Newsom will be forced to run again midterm. Californians have tried to recall their governor 55 times, but only one was successful– that of Gray Davis in 2003, who was replaced Arnold Schwarzenegger.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The \u201cGovernator\u201d wasn\u2019t all that great, but he was far superior to the current meathead currently in office.<\/p>\n

An update from the Secretary of State\u2019s office revealed 668,902 valid signatures of the 798,310 that have been reviewed. There have been 1,094,457 signatures submitted and recall campaign organizers say they still have many more to submit.\u00a0Officials still have to review roughly 300,000 signatures, and at the reported validity rate that would bring the total up to around 900,000, or 60 percent of the total needed by next month.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

While that may seem to be bad, the recall organizers are still out there and have about 3 more weeks to get the signatures they need.<\/p>\n

Anne Dunsmore, who manages one of the two recall efforts, \u2018Rescue California,\u2019 said the group has submitted around 1.2 million of the 1.7 million signatures they\u2019ve collected.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“We\u2019re doing great,” Dunsmore told Politico<\/a>. “We\u2019re right on track.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The recall effort has gained national attention amid frustrations with Newsom\u2019s handling of the coronavirus pandemic, with a rocky start to the vaccination campaign and continued school closures. The Republican National Committee donated $250,000 to the effort earlier this month.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

A few months back, when the recall committees showed just how far they had gone in the signature collections the money tapes suddenly opened up. That money has allowed them to hire more collectors and to publicize the recall effort. It helps that Govno Newsom\u2019s about as popular as Syphilis.<\/p>\n

The next and final official update is due March 18, when county election officials will submit results to the secretary of state\u2019s office, who will verify and announce if the measure has made the ballot, according to Politico.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

If that happens the election will likely occur in the fall. Voters will answer two questions: whether Newsom should stay in office and if not, who should succeed him. The candidate with the highest number of votes will be the next governor, regardless of party. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m certainly not up on the recall law in Kalifornistan, but I believe that if the first question, Should Govno Numbnuts Newsom remain in offices, is voted in the negative, he\u2019s done. He can\u2019t run in this election to regain his seat. After that, it\u2019s whoever the Progtards in Kalifornistan select to continue their ruination. I don\u2019t see the Republicans winning the seat. Of course, it is possible. The Progressives have pretty thoroughly wrecked the economy and more people have left the disaster area<\/i><\/span> state then have come in. We will find out in a month. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n
