Good day all. We are now seeing a full court press to end the 1st<\/sup> Amendment rights to free speech by the Democrats, or as I call them, the Democratic CommuNazi party. They are being aided in their quest to destroy all that we hold dear by the Big Tech platforms.<\/p>\n

Now we have a couple of scumbags<\/i><\/span> Progressive Liberal Democrats who are contacting cable providers and telling them they want networks that don\u2019t toe the Progressive line shut down. Here are the details from one of their targets, Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Democrats are waging an assault on the First Amendment, with two Democrat House lawmakers demanding answers from cable television providers on the role they play in the “spread of dangerous misinformation.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The letter, signed by Reps. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., and Jerry McNerney, D-Calif., and released to the press Monday, targets only conservative-leaning outlets, including Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

So who are these two Kaifornistan Fascists? First we have Anna Eshoo<\/a> of Kalifornistan\u2019s 18th<\/sup> District. This dried up totalitarian hag has been in office, since 1988 and working in politics since 1978. As far as I can tell, she has never held a real job in her life.<\/p>\n

The other totalitarian dirtbag is Jerry McNerney<\/a>, who is currently misrepresenting Kalifornistan\u2019s 9th<\/sup> District. Unlike Eshoo, he\u2019s actually done real work, but mostly pushing windmills and other crap. He has been in office since 2012. From his biography, I would hazard a guess that putting America first is not on his list of priorities.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, February 24th<\/sup>, the House subcommittee on Communications and Technology of the Committee on Energy and Commerce is scheduled to hold a hearing on disinformation and extremism in media. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

That this hearing is even being held should anger people. They are putting the country on notice that they want to censor any ideas that they, the Progressive Elite, determine should be banned and suppressed.<\/p>\n

Cable service companies such as Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Dish, Verizon, Cox, and Altice all received the same letter on Monday pressing for answers on policies related to the spread of disinformation, rumors, and conspiracy theories on networks they carry. <\/b><\/p>\n

The letter directly only assails conservative news networks Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN and accuses them of airing misinformation on various topics \u2013 among them, the coronavirus, the 2020 election, and the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

An interesting side note here, none of the hard left cable propaganda networks, such as CNN, MSNBC, or the over the air networks have been contacted by these fascist pigs. Newmax, of course, had a response.<\/p>\n

Newsmax issued a statement Monday decrying what the company said was an attack on the First Amendment. The Newsmax statement read: <\/b><\/p>\n

“The House Democrats’ attack on free speech and basic First Amendment rights should send chills down the spines of all Americans. Newsmax reported fairly and accurately on allegations and claims made by both sides during the recent election contest. We did not see that same balanced coverage when CNN and MSNBC pushed for years the Russian collusion hoax, airing numerous claims and interviews with Democrat leaders that turned out to be patently false.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

For the last 4\u00bd years, we watched the so called Main Stream Media flat out lie about President Trump and actively cover-up the crimes of Barack Obama, Joseph Biden and Felonia von Pantsuit. (aka Hillary Clinton) No one has called for them to be shut down by order of the government. (Yes, I\u2019ve called for the holding companies to do something about the liars they employ, but I have no ability to force the issue)<\/p>\n

Newsmax noted that the Eschoo-McNerney letter makes several false or misleading characterizations of its coverage.<\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m shocked that these two CommuNazis lied. Shocked I tell you, shocked! NOT!!<\/p>\n

While Newsmax reported on President Trump’s contest of the 2020 elections, covering the claims he and his attorneys made, the Democrats said such reporting was “incendiary.” <\/b><\/p>\n

In what passes for the minds of Democrats, anything that gave credence to the idea that the election was stolen was incendiary. And if you actually provided evidence that the election was tainted? The CommuNazi response was \u201cCrush! Kill! Destroy!\u201d<\/p>\n

The letter also states, “As a violent mob was breaching the doors of the Capitol, Newsmax’s coverage called the scene a \u2018sort of a romantic idea.'” <\/b><\/p>\n

The claim was made on Newsmax by a Touro College law professor and prominent liberal, Thane Rosenbaum, who was describing the rally before any violence or illegal activity had taken place at the Capitol. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oops! Someone forgot about timing and how important it is. You can\u2019t accuse someone of something that hadn\u2019t happened yet. Worse, they hit one of their own. I don\u2019t know anything about this Thane Rosenbaum, but he was probably fine with the Progressives storming into the Kavanaugh hearings, and flat out threatening Republican senators after cornering them. Funny, I don\u2019t recall any member of the house or senate being cornered or threatened last January 6th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

In fact, Newsmax hosts began condemning the illegal activity that took place at the Capitol in real time, and did so repeatedly throughout the day.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Next, Newsmax commented on the accusation that the China Virus was a bio-weapon made by the Chinese Government. (FYI, I don\u2019t think it was)<\/p>\n

The Democratic letter also alleges that Newsmax “amplified allegations that members of the Chinese Communist Party helped to develop the COVID-19 vaccine.” Newsmax stated it has no idea what House Democrats are alleging here, as Newsmax did not report anything unusual about China and the COVID-19 vaccine. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now we come to the meat of the threat by the Fascist Totalitarians of the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazi Party. They want to know when the carriers are going to shut down the networks they don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n

In their letter the lawmakers also questioned what the cable providers will do, if anything, to combat the spread of such alleged falsehoods.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Democrats even goes as far to ask whether the outlets will continue to be carried by the providers and questions their “ethical principles.” Tellingly, the Democrats are not targeting any leftwing media like CNN and MSNBC. <\/b><\/p>\n

There are a couple of scumbags from CNN who are actively trying to get Fox, OAN and Newsmax shut down. One of them is Brian Stelter<\/a> who is a hard left propagandist for the CommuNazi Party. He is working to have any dissent to \u201cThe Party Line\u201d shut down. Interesting since his very job relies on the existence of the 1st<\/sup> Amendment.<\/p>\n

“It’s cancel culture coming to our news media and our sources of information,” said David Johnson, CEO of Strategic Vision PR Group. “It’s an orchestrated attack, not just by Democrats, but also by other left-wing networks to silence conservative voices completely. It’s an attempt at almost outright censorship.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Almost outright censorship? No, it is censorship.<\/p>\n

“To our knowledge, the cable, satellite and over-the-top companies that disseminate these media outlets to American viewers have done nothing in response to the misinformation aired by these outlets,” Eshoo and McNerney wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

The letter continues: “Are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, OANN, and Newsmax on your platform both now and beyond the renewal date? “If so, why?” <\/b><\/p>\n

How about this for an answer? \u201cWhy don\u2019t you go commit an aerobatic maneuver upon a rapidly rotating breakfast pastry!\u201d These thugs don\u2019t seem to have any concern about free speech and the 1st<\/sup> Amendment, other then they want to do away with it. Step one would be reintroducing and expanding the Fairness Doctrine.<\/p>\n

Eshoo has previously advocated for the return of the Fairness Doctrine for both radio and television. She has gone on the record backing the doctrine to apply to both cable and satellite programming. <\/b><\/p>\n

Under the Fairness Doctrine, TV and radio stations were required to balance opposing viewpoints on a topic. Many conservatives are opposed to the doctrine, which they say impedes on First Amendment rights. <\/b><\/p>\n

The original Fairness Doctrine<\/a> was imposed back in the 30\u2019s by the Roosevelt Administration. Ostensibly, it was meant to ensure that all sides of an argument were available on a limited, at the time, resource. (Radio and later television). This idiocy was upheld by the Supreme Court, which at that point was thoroughly controlled by the Roosevelt Administration. (The Supreme Court has long had an issue with actually upholding the obvious wording of the Constitution) In point of fact, all it did was shut down any point of view that wasn\u2019t in support of the government.<\/p>\n

The doctrine was repealed by the Reagan administration’s Federal Communications Commission in 1987.<\/b><\/p>\n

Almost before the ink was dry on the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine, talk radio exploded and led to the rise of Conservative commentators with the late Rush Limbaugh leading the charge. Once the Progressive Liberal Democrats of the time saw what was happening, they started calling for the return of the Fairness Doctrine so they could once again control the narrative and continue moving the United States into a Socialist Totalitarian Utopia controlled by them. Sadly, the fall of the Soviet Union knocked their plans backwards for a while.<\/p>\n

Eshoo and McNerney, who have districts that represent Silicon Valley, don’t mention social media companies like Facebook and Twitter in their letter, nor do they raise questions about the disinformation these platforms may have helped spread.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course not! First, these platforms, Faceplant, Twitler, Googlag and the others all have the same goal. Destruction of the United States as a free, independent nation. It was for this reason that these scum started deplatforming anyone they disagreed with. Now they want their servants to move forward and take the gloves off.<\/p>\n

Outrage over the demands of these two tyrant wannabes is exploding all over the web. However, I haven\u2019t seen to much, (or anything), from the Democratic CommuNazi Propaganda Corps. (That would be CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, Etc) I suspect that this is due to their both agreeing with their masters and also wanting the competition destroyed. 30 years ago, thanks to the limited sources, the MSM could control what people would see. Now, with cable and the Internet, they\u2019ve lost this control and are working hard to get it back.<\/p>\n

As for Reps. Anna Eshoo and Jerry McNerney? Here is their contact information. Let them know that you are 100% opposed to what they are trying to do, the destruction of the 1st<\/sup> Amendment and the freedom of the American People to speak their minds without fear of retaliation.<\/p>\n
