Last month was no exception. Sales of firearms climbed yet again, with over 4\u00bd background checks made. That means that over 4 million guns were sold last month. Here are the details from American Military News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n March 2021 marked a new single-month record for the number of National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), which also marked the 15th consecutive month of record-breaking background checks. <\/b><\/p>\n According<\/a> to FBI statistics released Thursday, 4,691,738 background checks were performed in March this year, crushing the previous single-month record by more than 300,000. <\/b>The jump in background checks could be a result of gun buyers using their stimulus checks to purchase firearms.<\/b><\/p>\n Somehow, I don\u2019t think that was quite what the Fake President and the Democratic CommuNazis had in mind when they sent out those checks.<\/p>\n \u201cHonestly, last March was absolutely\u00a0insane,\u201d said Tiffany Teasdale, owner of Lynnwood Gun in Lynnwood, Wash told <\/a>Forbes. \u201cWe had a two-hour wait almost daily to just get into our store.\u201d\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cOnce the stimulus\u00a0money came out, people were buying again,\u201d said Teasdale.\u00a0\u201cCustomers would come in ranting and raving about their stimulus money they just got and how Uncle Sam is helping them to buy more guns. <\/b><\/p>\n As to why people are buying more guns, the answer is simple. The Fake President and the Democratic CommuNazi Party have flat out stated they intend to take people\u2019s guns from them. They use terms like \u201cBans\u201d and \u201cBuy backs\u201d but the end result will be to confiscate all privately owned firearms and end the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment of the United State by fiat.<\/p>\n While the number of background checks performed does not necessarily equal the number of firearms purchased, on March 31 the National Rifle Association tweeted that President Joe Biden was \u201cgood at two things: selling guns and driving up NRA membership.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n The background check system is not used on a per gun basis, but on a per purchase basis. Basically you go into a gun store, and you decide to pick up not a single gun, but several. Say a bolt action rifle, a shotgun, a pistol or two and the traditional EBR. (Evil Black Rifle, generally an AR-15) All of those would be put on a single background check. Now the reality is that when most people buy a gun, they are buying a single firearm. These things aren\u2019t cheap, and, depending on what you are looking for, can run several thousand dollars.<\/p>\n On March 11, the House of Representatives passed two gun-control bills expanding federal background checks. The Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021<\/a> (H.R. 8) would criminalize private gun sales conducted without a background check and the Enhanced Backgrounds Checks Act<\/a> (H.R. 1446) would allow the FBI to put a hold on transferring a firearm for a minimum of 10 days and up to 30 days, rather than the three days currently allowed by law. <\/b><\/p>\n These bills have nothing to do with stopping criminals from getting guns. They have everything to do with stopping law abiding Americans from exercising their rights. It\u2019s obvious that the moonbats, RINO\u2019s and Deep Staters aren\u2019t paying any attention to the sales numbers. The American People have made their decision regarding gun control, and are announcing that decision in the marketplace.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0Biden\u2019s administration is \u201cworking on a couple of levers\u201d to implement new gun control policy either through Congress or by executive action<\/b>.<\/p>\n Dementia Joe has always hated the fact that his slaves<\/i><\/span> serfs<\/i><\/span> constituents had the means to remove him and all the other Progressive elites who see it as their duty and right to rule over America. They especially hate the fact that their former slaves have been really loading up their home stockpiles. (The first gun control laws were designed to keep guns out of the hands of the Democrats former slaves. Those would be Americans of African descent. An armed slave is no one\u2019s slave!)<\/p>\n Last week, President Joe Biden addressed<\/a> the mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado, that left 10 people dead and called for harsher gun-control policy. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t need to wait another minute, let alone an hour, to take common-sense steps that will save the lives in the future, and to urge my colleagues in the House and Senate to act,\u201d Biden said. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country once again. I got that done when I was a senator. It passed. It was the law for the longest time. And it brought down these mass killings. We should do it again.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n How about No. That attack is already being pushed down the DPC\u2019s memory hole. The criminal may have been indulging in flat out Islamic Terrorism. He was also a coward. The information that came out showed that he was actually being watched by the FBI, and it seems that those background checks so beloved by the Progressive Totalitarian Left failed utterly. The Colorado Red Flag law, (We will discuss the constitutionality of that another day), failed because the terrorist\u2019s family, who could see he was going off his nut, didn\u2019t make a call. Since it looks like an Islamic Jihad terrorist attack and not the DPC’s beloved white supremacist Trump supporting deplorable, they are making it go away.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
