Good day all. The United States is now in the hands of a genuine tyrant. Dementia Joe has once again broken out Obama\u2019s refurbished Pen & Phone to revoke the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. This afternoon, the Fake President began the process of ending the private ownership of firearms.<\/p>\n

The Fake President, and now tyrant, stated that he was going to do an \u201cEnd Run\u201d around the Congress. The reason is simple. He knows that the American People have decided that the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment means what it says, that \u201cWe, The People,” have the right to keep and bear arms. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Biden on Thursday announced a set of executive actions and legislative proposals on gun control, saying that gun violence is “a public health crisis” and the administration’s actions do not contravene\u00a0Second Amendment<\/a> rights.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh it most certainly does, but then Dementia Joe has never been one to care anything about the Constitution of the United States.<\/p>\n

The administration aims to “confront not just the gun crisis but what is actually a public health crisis,” Biden said in his remarks in the Rose Garden. He was joined by Vice President Harris. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Nothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment,” Biden said. “These are phony arguments suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake from what we’re talking about.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Dementia Joe then doubles down on his epic stupidity.<\/p>\n

Continuing, Biden said: “But no amendment to the Constitution is absolute … From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning\u00a0the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons. So the idea is just bizarre to suggest that some of the things we’re recommending are contrary to the Constitution.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That remark right there is all you need to know that this imbecile has to be removed from offices ASAP. He is making millions of Americans felons. He might want to review what recently happened with regards to one of President Trump\u2019s few mistakes, the ban on bump stocks. The 6th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled against the BATFE.<\/p>\n

An administration official detailed the actions to reporters on Wednesday. Among them, Biden is asking the Justice Department (DOJ) to propose\u00a0within a month\u00a0a rule to stop “ghost guns,” which are “kits” people can buy legally to\u00a0assemble\u00a0a functioning firearm that does not have a serial number.<\/b><\/p>\n

Good luck with that. Anyone with a modicum of knowledge, skills and some tools can make a gun. There are guns being smuggled into the United States that are hand made in places like the Philippines that have fake serial numbers and are actually better made then the factory versions. These are the ones that criminals get, they don\u2019t build their own.<\/p>\n

Biden is also asking the DOJ to propose\u00a0within 60 days a rule on braces used for handguns, which make them more accurate; to propose\u00a0action on “community violence intervention”;\u00a0to publish suggestions for\u00a0“red flag” legislation; and is asking\u00a0his administration to issue a report on gun trafficking.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

And there goes most of the Bill of Rights. The Red Flag laws are currently undergoing court challenges. They violate the 2nd<\/sup>, 4th<\/sup>, 5th<\/sup> and I believe the 6th<\/sup> Amendment of the Constitution. As for the wrist brace, I have used a firearm with one and all it does is what it says. It allows you to handle a pistol if you have a problem with your arm.<\/p>\n

Biden also formally announced David Chipman as the director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I read a few things about this goon earlier today, (March 8th<\/sup>). I haven\u2019t had a chance to really dig into it, but what I read tells me this guy is all set to do repeats of the Waco, Texas fiasco. He despises the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment and doesn\u2019t believe people have the right to keep and bear arms. In other words, he is just what the Democratic CommuNazis are looking for in a police state thug.<\/p>\n

A senior administration official Wednesday said that Chipman will respect the Second Amendment while he enforces gun laws.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n
