Good day all. During the final months before the Great Election theft of 2020, President Trump was presented with the opportunity to replace Associate Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg when she finally kicked the bucket.<\/p>\n

When the old moonbat, who\u2019s contempt for the Constitution is well documented, finally croaked, there was tremendous anguish. Not at her death, but at the fact that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, now had the chance to flip the Supreme court away from the Democrats for decades.<\/p>\n

People weren\u2019t so much mourning the passing of a great jurist, (I was doing a happy dance myself), as to being angry that Bader-Ginsburg, who hadn\u2019t been in the best of health for a decade, refused to step down and let the Der Fubar, Barack Obama appoint her replacement. They accused her of being selfish and risking \u201cTheir seat\u201d on the court.<\/p>\n

Now they see the same possibility happening again, only this time with Justice Stephen Breyer. They are demanding that he be forced to retire. The Progressive Liberal Moonbats have been demanding that the Fake President force Breyer to step down. Dementia Joe has heard their calls, but has decided that Justice Breyer may remain on the bench as long as he likes. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/a>:<\/b><\/p>\n

President Joe Biden will leave the decision of when U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer should retire to the 82-year-old liberal jurist,\u00a0White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“He believes that’s a decision Justice Breyer will make when he decides it’s time to no longer serve on the Supreme Court,” Psaki said during her daily media briefing. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, how nice of the Fake President to allow a supreme court justice to decide when he or she will retire. Never mind the little detail that this idiot has no say in the matter at all. Judges are appointed for life, and the only way they are removed from the bench is if they step down, are impeached and removed, arrested for actual criminal activities, (Taking a bribe for instance), or are carried out in a body bag.<\/p>\n

The statement comes on the same day Biden announced he was creating a commission<\/a> to study expanding the number of seats on the court, a tactic Republicans have likened to a threat to “packing” the court to intimidate its conservative members.<\/b><\/p>\n

This should surprise no one. The CommuNazis have always looked at the courts as \u201cTheir property\u201d and made sure that \u201cTheir sort of judges\u201d were put on the bench. The 9th<\/sup> Circus Court of Appeals is a case in point. They constantly issue rulings that fly in the face of the plain language of the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Under Der Fubar, the 4th<\/sup> Circuit Court based in Washington was stacked by Obama and Dingy Harry Reid for the sole purpose of suppressing challenges to the regulations being promulgated by all the agencies. Alan Dershowitz, who is certainly not a member of the Deplorables, recently commented on what truly bad idea<\/a> it is to start packing the courts.<\/p>\n

It also comes as liberal advocacy groups have begun to pressure Breyer<\/a>, who has been on the court since being appointed in 1994 by then-President Bill Clinton, to step down now while Democrats control not only the presidency but the Senate.<\/b><\/p>\n

This should show you the problem with the types of judges the Democrats generally put on the bench. They have little regard for the Constitution and many consider it simply an obsolete document that is no longer relevant in today\u2019s world. This is the group that refers to the Constitution as a \u201cLiving document.\u201d It\u2019s these judges that rule in favor of the State, (Federal government and in many cases the state governments as well), and refuse to actually read the document they are sworn to uphold.<\/p>\n

The Constitution does\u00a0not specify the number of justices who serve on the Supreme Court, but Breyer himself on Tuesday told a Harvard Law School<\/a> audience that adding justices would undermine the court’s credibility. <\/b><\/p>\n

‘If the public sees justices as ‘politicians in robes,’ its confidence in the courts, and in the rule of law itself, can only diminish, diminishing the court’s power, including its power to act as a ‘check’ on the other branches,” he said. <\/b><\/p>\n

The last time there was a serious attempt to pack the supreme court, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was president and was watching the court blow his New Deal out of the water. He decided to add justices who would ignore the constitution and uphold the New Deal. There was massive blow back at this in congress, and the idea sank beneath the waves. However, the threat served it\u2019s purpose and the court suddenly started upholding all of the power grabs by Roosevelt. We\u2019re still suffering under those rulings.<\/p>\n

According to The Washington Post<\/a>, the White House released a statement explaining the motives of the commission. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The topics it will examine include the genesis of the reform debate; the Court’s role in the Constitutional system; the length of service and turnover of justices on the Court; the membership and size of the Court; and the Court’s case selection, rules, and practice,” it said<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Correct me if I\u2019m wrong, but other then the number of justices on the bench, neither the President or the Congress have any say into what cases are taken, how long a justice may serve or the courts rules. The court handles most of that themselves, and if they want to change how long a judge sits on the bench, they will need to pass an amendment to the Constitution.<\/p>\n

No, this is just cover for adding 3 to 5 more hard left justices to the bench and making sure they rule the way the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis want them to. For starters, kiss the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment goodbye. They will rule that people have no right to keep and bear arms. They will also kick the 4th<\/sup> Amendment to the curb to allow Federal Storm troopers to crash doors and confiscate people’s guns. States rights under the 10th<\/sup>? Bubye!<\/p>\n

Basically, and we\u2019ve been seeing this happen with the Obama Judges, the Constitution will only apply to those the Deep State permits it to apply to. The Democrat\u2019s goal of turning the United States from a Republic into a Fascist totalitarian state will be approved by the packed courts. Needless to say, there would be a reaction and it wouldn\u2019t be one that involves elections, and since the courts would be considered corrupted, wouldn\u2019t include them.<\/p>\n

The Democrats have never been noted for long term thinking or considering that people might object to their ideas. They will do whatever it takes to gain and hold onto power, the more power, centralized into the fewest hands, the better. Trashing the courts is nothing more then a means to that end, and it needs to be stopped asap. I hope Breyer stays on the bench until President Harris<\/i><\/span> Biden is booted out in 2024.<\/p>\n
