Good day all. One of the things that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century did, was appoint judges to the various courts who actually follow the Constitution of the United States. These judges are called \u201cConstructionists\u201d and believe that the written words in the Constitution means just what they say.<\/p>\n

This differs from the judges that the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis generally appoint. They believe that the written words in the constitution do not mean what they say and are constantly \u201cFinding\u201d thing in the Constitution that flat out aren\u2019t there. These judges basically act like a super legislature.<\/p>\n

For decades the Republic has been dealing with the latter type of judges and supreme court justices who have consistently issued ruling that were directly opposite of the written word, and ignored what the founders wrote in their personal papers on what their intent was. Finally, We, The People, elected President Trump, who had a long list of nominees who are constructionist judges and justices. In one of the few points of agreement with Mitch McConnell, they filled almost all the federal court openings that Obama couldn\u2019t be bothered with.<\/p>\n

With the death of Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, President Trump was able to put the Supreme Court firmly in the hands of Constructionist justices, neutralizing the Deep State squish, John Roberts. The appointment of Amy Barrett to replace Bader-Ginsburg, the Progressives went insane. They demanded that President Trump wait until the election was stolen so that Dementia Joe could put a \u201cProper\u201d replacement on the bench.<\/p>\n

They used the failed nomination of Merrick Garland who King Putt wanted to appoint to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia. Since the Republicans controlled the Senate, and Obama was on his way out, McConnell stalled the process until President Trump took office. Now with the Supreme Court solidly in the hands of Constitutionalists, the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis have decided the time has come to \u201cFix the court.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Several Democratic lawmakers are set to\u00a0unveil legislation Thursday to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court. Supporters of the proposal plan to hold a news conference\u00a0on the steps of the Supreme Court building. They include U.S.\u00a0Sen. Ed Markey of Massachusetts and U.S. Reps. Jerry Nadler and Mondaire Jones, both of New York, and\u00a0\u00a0Hank Johnson of Georgia.<\/b><\/p>\n

Well, I see that we have the most brilliant members of congress pushing this nonsense, not one of whom has worked in the Dreaded Private Sector. They are all Swamp dwelling Deep State hacks who hold the people of the United States in utter and complete contempt. Nadler is known for his failed attempts to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d through the impeachment process. Markey? He should stick to what he knows, driving an ice cream truck.<\/p>\n

Given Democrats’ control of the White House and \u00a0Senate, the legislation could allow the party to supersede the court’s current conservative majority by “packing” the Court with liberal justices. <\/b><\/p>\n

The CommuNazis have always seen the courts as their final means of controlling the masses. One of their pet courts, the 9th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals, also known as the 9th<\/sup> Circus, has regularly had their rulings overturned by the Supreme Court, and on rare occasions, the rulings were either unanimous or near unanimous. Packing the Supreme Court with hard left wing justices will ensure the absolute end of the Bill of Rights and the Republic.<\/p>\n

One of the reasons the CommuNazis are now looking to pack the supreme court is that they are now pushing forward bills that are so obviously unconstitutional, that the current court will laugh them right out. One of these is the Democrats H.R. 1, which is designed to end any form of election security, thus allowing the Democrats to lock into place all the tools they used to steal the 2020 presidential election.<\/p>\n

They will also move to end the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment outright. The Heller Decision<\/a> finally stated the obvious, that the \u201cPeople\u201d meant the individual, thus the individual has the right to keep and bear arms. The Democratic CommuNazi hate people having guns in their hands for one simple reason. They know that eventually the people will have had enough and use them on the political class. There are several cases now moving up the chain that could spell the death knell of the National Firearms Act.<\/p>\n

With absolute control of the court, the progressives could reverse the Heller decision and rule that the people do NOT have the right to keep and bear arms, and that the Federal Government can order them turned in.<\/p>\n

Next on their plate, since it would tie into their destruction of the 2nd<\/sup>, would be the 4th<\/sup> Amendment. The Federal Government would need to be able to search people\u2019s homes and property at will looking for the now outlawed guns and ammunition. Since it would be to time consuming to get warrants, Federal Agents would simple crash in to people\u2019s homes, terrorize them, kill a few and tear the places apart looking for contraband. Without question this would be challenged, and the courts, now controlled completely by the left, would end that protection. You could also say goodbye to due process as well.<\/p>\n

The next target would be the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. They would start with Freedom of Speech, finding that \u201cHate Speech\u201d was not protected, and then move on to flat out censorship of the News, claiming that so called \u201cFake News\u201d was not protected. Interestingly, I suspect that only those sites that don\u2019t toe the Government Line, will be the ones affected.<\/p>\n

Is this all just tin foil hat territory? Oh I so hope it is, but the past history of how the Democrats handle things when they don\u2019t get their way tells me that this is their intent. The last time they tried to pack the court was under Franklin Delano Roosevelt when the court routinely ruled against his New Deal programs.<\/p>\n

He came up with the idea to \u201cPack the court\u201d with people who would rule in his favor. FDR was not one to let the constitution stand in his way. Back then both sides of the aisle were aghast at his presumption and shot down his plan, but the damage was done. After that, the supreme court almost always ruled in favor of big government, and it\u2019s generally been that way ever since.<\/p>\n

President Trump came in and took the opportunity presented to him to drain the swamp. He did his best and the most notable success was the courts. Now the Obama judges along with the Deep State Uniparty judges are being overruled and the Progressives flat out refuse to allow this to happen. They intend to do what FDR failed to do and if they succeed, well, it\u2019s the end of the United States as a free Republic.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve already seen just how devastating the policies of the Fake President and his handlers have been in just 4 months. Dementia Joe\u2019s Executive Orders are now being challenged in court, and in due time they will end up in front of the Supreme Court. If the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis succeed in packing it with their like minded justices, the Constitution and the Rule of law is over. What happens next won\u2019t be good.<\/p>\n
