Good day all. The assault on the Constitution by left wing judges continues with an order by judge William Orrick for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California forbidding someone from publishing recordings that apparently make the Planned Parenthood look bad.<\/p>\n

Orrick has a history of tearing up the Constitution and protecting every left wing group that comes along, so this ruling isn\u2019t a surprise as to what this is all about, here are the details from the Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A judge permanently banned the release of undercover videos that show Planned Parenthood employees discussed the alleged sale of fetal body parts. <\/b><\/p>\n

William Orrick, a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, ruled Wednesday that pro-life videographer David Daleiden was in breach of contract when he secretly recorded videos of the National Abortion Federation’s conferences. The ruling bars Daleiden from ever releasing the videos he recorded at the conference, meaning hundreds of hours of footage will never see the light of day. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The defendants’ First Amendment arguments do not defeat preclusion or otherwise weigh against entry of judgment on the breach of contract claim,” Orrick wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

That order is so full of manure that it can\u2019t be obeyed, and I fully expect that it will be overturned on appeal.<\/p>\n

Attorneys for the Thomas More Society, the law firm representing Daleiden, said they plan on appealing the ruling. Firm vice president and senior counsel Peter Breen said the court’s ruling violated journalistic freedom. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This permanent injunction covering up the release of incriminating video from a large abortion trade show strikes at the heart of the First Amendment,” Breen said. “The American people deserve to see and hear what the abortion providers of this country are willing to say and do to skirt and even violate the law.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Obviously, I have seen this video in question, however, if it\u2019s typical of other videos that indicate what really goes on inside Planned Parenthood, it doesn\u2019t make them look good.<\/p>\n

Daleiden’s videos purportedly show Planned Parenthood employees discussing the sale of aborted fetal tissue. Daleiden’s legal representation has argued that he used tactics similar to other undercover journalists. A coalition of groups including PETA and free speech organizations filed<\/a> briefs on behalf of Daleiden, arguing that his tactics echoed those of whistleblowers in the past. <\/b><\/p>\n

I can see why PETA would come down on this guy\u2019s side. They\u2019ve used the exact same tactics. Of course, they also have been known to selectively edit their \u201cGotcha!\u201d videos, but that\u2019s another matter for a different day.<\/p>\n

The ruling is the latest in a long line of developments in the legal conflicts surrounding Daleiden’s work as an undercover journalist. Last year, Orrick ruled that Daleiden had to pay more than $13 million to cover Planned Parenthood’s legal fees. Daleiden filed<\/a> a defamation suit against Planned Parenthood in September alleging the organization launched a smear campaign against him to distract from the content of Daleiden’s videos. <\/b><\/p>\n

Orrick’s role in the legal proceedings has also come under scrutiny due to his past financial support of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Northern California. Daleiden’s attorneys unsuccessfully attempted<\/a> to get Orrick removed from the case. <\/b><\/p>\n

Orrick is a disgrace the judicial branch. He is also a typical Obama judge. He will move to protect the Progressive\u2019s ideals at the expense of the Constitution. I recently posted an entry on the CommuNazis plan to pack the Supreme Court<\/a> to make sure that the Constitution will be a dead letter. Orrick is exactly the kind of \u201cjudge\u201d they would put on the bench.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald J. Trump, we now have a court that may roll back some of the worst rulings of the last hundred years. Obviously, the Progressives, Liberals and Democrats, (But I repeat myself) will do whatever it takes, as they demonstrated with the Great Election Theft of 2020, to gain absolute power and put an end to freedom once and for all.<\/p>\n

As for the order that Orrick issued? I\u2019m of the opinion that Daleiden should just flat out ignore it and post the videos. Of course, YouTurd, Twitler and Faceplant will pull them down as soon as they find them, but that is why we have Parler, Gabe, Mewe and Rumble.<\/p>\n
