Good day all. It\u2019s not much of a secret that Big Tech helped to rig the election in 2020 to get rid of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald J. Trump, and install the Fake President, Dementia Joe. Now it seems that the Kalifornistan State Government was working with Big Tech to censor Trump supporters posts and videos.<\/p>\n

Judicial Watch, the arch nemesis of Progressives everywhere has been doing a little digging and it looks like they may have found the \u201cSmoking Gun\u201d that proves that the Kalifornistan State Government was actively working with Big Tech to suppress the free speech of anyone connected to or supporting President Trump. Here are the details from Judicial Watch<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 540 pages<\/a> and a supplemental four pages<\/a> of documents from the office of the Secretary of State of California revealing how state officials pressured social media companies (Twitter, Facebook, Google (YouTube)) to censor posts about the 2020 election.<\/b><\/p>\n

Included in these documents were \u201cmisinformation briefings\u201d emails that were compiled by communications firm SKDK, that lists<\/a> Biden for President as their top client<\/a> of 2020. The documents show how the state agency successfully pressured YouTube to censor a Judicial Watch video concerning the vote by mail and a Judicial Watch lawsuit settlement about California voter roll clean up. <\/b><\/p>\n

If this all holds up, I think YouTube and Kalifornistan are going to be hit and hit hard in court. While I am not families with the video in question, it\u2019s well known that YouTube will censor any content that doesn\u2019t meet their definition of \u201cCommunity Standards.\u201d (Those standards generally are opposed to anything Trump or that involves people talking about anything that goes against what YouTube has decided is the truth.<\/p>\n

The records were obtained in response to Judicial Watch\u2019s California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests to the Office of the California Secretary of State for records related to the Office of Election Cybersecurity\u2019s database of social media posts; communications with social media companies; and other social media related records regarding the 2020 elections. Judicial Watch filed the requests after a December 2020 report<\/a> surfaced that the state agency was surveilling, tracking, and seeking to censor the speech of Americans:<\/b><\/p>\n

The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State\u2019s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed. In 24 cases, the social media companies agreed and either took down the posts or flagged them as misinformation, according to Jenna Dresner, senior public information officer for the Office of Election Cybersecurity. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t take down posts, that is not our role to play,\u201d Dresner said. \u201cWe alert potential sources of misinformation to the social media companies and we let them make that call based on community standards they created.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually you have zero right to make ANY judgment on whether or not something was misinformation or not. Your actions violated the 1st<\/sup> Amendment rights of dozens of people to post something and who knows how many people who might have wanted to see it. Considering that you are a governmental agency, at best you are looking at massive payouts for civil rights violations and potentially criminal charges. (Ok, not with the corrupt DoJ, but in a couple of years?)<\/p>\n

As to what started all this, it appears that these totalitarian scum decided they didn\u2019t like something that Judicial Watch had posted and told YouTube to take it down. This annoyed Judicial Watch and they started digging.<\/p>\n

On September 24, 2020, a California Secretary of State chart<\/a>lists a video<\/a> from Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and falsely alleges<\/a>:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Head of conservative group Judicial Watch Hosts video alleging Democrats benefit from incorrect voter rolls and ballot collection. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, they do, but that isn\u2019t something that the serfs and peons are supposed to know about, hence the notice to YouTube that Kalisfornistan wanted the video removed.<\/p>\n

The Secretary of State\u2019s office details its communication with YouTube: \u201cWe wanted to flag this YouTube video because it misleads community members about elections or other civic processes and misrepresents the safety and security of mail-in ballots.\u201d The chart quotes Fitton describing Judicial Watch\u2019s statement about its federal lawsuit settlement with Los Angeles County that will require it to clean up voter rolls and how a Michigan court \u201cchanged the rules\u201d on ballot deadlines and ballot harvesting. (The controversial decision was overturned<\/a> in October 2020.)<\/b><\/p>\n

The document shows that California state officials contacted YouTube directly to remove the video on September 24, 2020, and that YouTube seemed to respond by deleting the video on September 27, 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Judicial Watch post goes on to detail what happened and their demands for information from the Kalifornistan Ministry Of Truth<\/i><\/span> Office of Election Cybersecurity. It\u2019s rather lengthy but I do recommend reviewing it<\/a>. It turns out it wasn\u2019t just YouTube that the Ministry of Truth<\/i><\/span> Office of Election Cybersecurity was working with to suppress anything negative about Dementia Joe or positive about President Trump.<\/p>\n

The Secretary of State\u2019s Office emails Facebook and Twitter on April 25, 2019, with requests from the Office to remove tweets and posts<\/a> for what they have labeled \u201cmisinformation.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The office emails Facebook, attempting to set up a call to discuss removing future posts. This 15-minute call is with \u201cnew Facebook contact for social media reporting: Javier Hernandez, Politics & Government Outreach\u201d in order to discuss how the office will report posts to Facebook. In the email, Facebook outlines its goals to directly work with \u201celectoral authorities in every state\u201d so that they can \u201creport instances of voter suppression on Facebook directly to our team, so [Facebook] can look at them quickly and remove them from the site.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Well now, that looks an awful lot like Conspiracy to violate the civil rights of American Citizens to me. I wonder what criminal charges could be brought against the people involved? It didn\u2019t end with Faceplant. They also colluded with Twitler as well.<\/p>\n

On December 31, 2019, after the Secretary of State\u2019s office reports a tweet to Support@Twitter.com, Kevin Kane, a Twitter representative, replies<\/a> and offers his direct contact for the Office\u2019s future needs in removing posts.<\/b><\/p>\n

In a September 21, 2020, email chain<\/a> with the subject line \u201celections issue,\u201d Jenna Dresner<\/a> in the Secretary of State\u2019s Office of Cybersecurity writes to \u201cCristina and team\u201d at Facebook at 11:43 a.m.: \u201cWe want to flag this Instagram post.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The reply comes from Facebook Community Operations: \u201cThank you for your report. We have reviewed the \u2026 content and can confirm that the content has been removed \u2026\u201d At 12:53 pm. Dresner writes to Press Secretary Sam Mahood, Social Media Coordinator Akilah Jones<\/a> and others, \u201cPost from this morning was removed (and fast!) Akilah we can update tracker.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The list of violations goes on and on. Judicial Watch goes on to to say that this appears to be a conspiracy between the Kalifornistan Secretary of State, Big Tech and others.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese new documents suggest a conspiracy against the First Amendment rights of Americans by the California Secretary of State, the Biden campaign operation, and Big Tech,\u201d said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. \u201cThese documents blow up the big lie that Big Tech censorship is \u2018private\u2019 \u2013 as the documents show collusion between a whole group of government officials in multiple states to suppress speech about election controversies.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The arrogance and stupidity of the Secretary of State\u2019s office should get everyone involved fired at the very least. As for the Big Tech tyrants, I think that if this goes to court and holds up, they are going to see their Section 230 protections go bye bye. When that happens, you can bet that the legal summons will descend like a typhoon on Twitler, Goolag, Faceplant and the other Big Tech companies that were a party to this. Perhaps a few dozen multi-billion dollar judgments will force the shareholders to clean out the moonbats, progressives and CommuNazis that infest the Socialist Media platforms.<\/p>\n
