Interesting title, don’t you think? The Obama Crime family. I can see his believers up in arms over that title, after all, how dare I compare Obama with the Gambino family?<\/p>\n

I agree. Comparing the two would be a deadly insult…To the Gambino family. The Gambino Family, or any of the other old time Mafia crime families have nothing on the Obama clan.<\/p>\n

So what has happened lately with The Obamafather? Well, his pride and joy, Obamacare has been declared unconstitutional. The presiding judge didn’t issue an injunction, for the simple reason that he assumed it wasn’t needed. After all, you can’t enforce a law that has been determined to be in violation of the constitution, and the President of the United States is the senior constitutional officer. He is obliged to enforce the laws of the land.<\/p>\n

What a silly judge. The Obama crime family has said they’re going to proceed and that the ruling was just an anomaly. In other words, Obama and the Democrats don’t give a damn about the rule of law or the constitution. It’s \u201cDAMN THE LAW, THE VOTERS, AND THE CONSTITUTION, FULL SPEED INTO TOTALITARIANISM!\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn’t the only bit of contempt for the rule of law of course. The latest ruling was in regards to the oil drilling ban Obama’s lieutenant, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar ordered after the BP Deep Horizon oil well blowout last summer. The original ban was ruled illegal and ordered lifted by Judge Martin Feldman. Salazar siad he didn’t care and reimposed it. Judge Feldman on Wednesday held the Interior Department in contempt<\/strong> for re-imposing a deepwater oil-drilling ban last year after he had struck down an earlier version of the moratorium.<\/p>\n

In case you don’t understand what this means, the Obama administration has been informed that they have broken the law and have been ordered to pay legal fees to the companies that challenged the original ban.<\/p>\n

Judge Martin Feldman\u2019s ruling \u2014 which is stuffed with harsh words for Interior \u2014 orders the department to pay attorneys’ fees in the case against last year\u2019s drilling ban brought by several offshore oil services companies.\u00a0 ddddd Feldman is the judge who last June struck down Interior\u2019s initial drilling ban, issued in the wake of the BP oil spill. Interior issued a new version of the deepwater ban in July that it eventually lifted in October, but permitting for deepwater projects has not yet resumed.<\/p>\n

Feldman\u2019s order Wednesday takes Interior to task for the way it went about issuing a new, but very similar, version of the ban after he granted an injunction against the first one<\/p>\n

\u201cSuch dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the reimposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this Court with clear and convincing evidence of the government\u2019s contempt of this Court\u2019s preliminary injunction Order,\u201d Fedman wrote in Wednesday\u2019s ruling. Feldman is with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Court of Louisiana.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The following is the original ruling against a moratorium which leaves no doubt as to the judge\u2019s intentions:<\/p>\n

[Defendants] are hereby immediately prohibited from enforcing the Moratorium<\/strong>, entitled \u2018Susension of Outer Continental Shelf )OCS) Drilling of New Deepwater Wells,\u2019 dated May 28, 2010, and NTL No. 2010-N04 seeking implementation of the Moratorium, as applied to all drilling on the OCS in water at depths greater than 500 feet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ouch! This one will leave marks!<\/p>\n

Of course, Obama and his cronies don’t give a damn what some judge says. They’re on a \u201cMission from God\u201d who in this case is named Marx, to impose their rule on the American People.<\/p>\n

If this were Bush or any other Republican president who was doing this there would already be a bill of impeachment being drawn up in Congress. There would also be a fair chance of it passing too ending with the removal of \u201cThe One!\u201d<\/p>\n

This all pales into insignificance with the revelation that Obama and his consiglieres ((Consigliere defined<\/a>)) had sold out the British nuclear deterrent to the Russians to get that flawed START treaty signed. Thanks to Wikileaks, (And I use that thanks advisedly since I still think Assange should be hunted down and shot), it’s come out that the Obama administration has agreed to provide information about every Trident missile the US supplies to Britain will be given to Russia<\/a> <\/strong>as part of an arms control deal signed by President Barack Obama. ((The Telegraph<\/a>))<\/p>\n

Obama has shown his utter contempt for the British and has, with this secret deal, probably destroyed it forever. This alone should cause the Congress to begin hearings into the criminal behaviors of the Obama Crime Family. He has basically sold out his country and our best ally to a nation that was, for all intents and purposes, our enemy for 70 years.<\/p>\n

Could there be anything else?<\/p>\n

But of course!<\/p>\n

The Justice Department, under what has to be the most corrupt Attorney General in generations, Eric Holder, has so wrecked the department that the next president is probably going to have to fire the entire staff. The civil rights division has basically decided that only people of recent African decent have rights. Anyone else, including and especially those of European decent, have no rights. They have lied, stonewalled and basically completely perverted the laws and the Constitution. This department is beyond reforming, thanks to the Obama Crime Family.<\/p>\n

Just like Ron Popeil’s ((Ron Popeil<\/a>)) Veg-o-Matic<\/a>\"\", the Obama Crime Family slices, dices and makes Julian Fries out of the rule of law and the United States Constitution.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, the new House of Representatives will start cleaning up the mess. It’s to much to hope they will be able to impeach and remove Obama, (Not with the Senate still in control of the Dingy Harry Reid and the rest of the Democrats), but hopefully they can get a few of his fellow Obamafioso and put them in jail.<\/p>\n

I’ve been involved with a few discussions on Baen’s Bar<\/a> regarding trying Obama for any crimes he committed while in office. Col. Thomas Kratman<\/a>, (US Army Ret.), believes that it would be a bad idea. He thinks that if a president is afraid he will be criminally tried for his actions in office, then he won’t leave. I disagree with his argument. ((Col. Kratman is also a retired lawyer)) That basically puts the President above the law. The last president who would have been at risk of prosecution, (And deservedly so), was Richard Nixon. Only the pardon issued by Gerald Ford prevented his indictment. It will be up to others to decide if this was a good idea or not, but I believe if it hadn’t been for the pardon, Nixon would have been put on trial and probably convicted.<\/p>\n

When Obama is finally crowbar’d from the Oval Office, the next president may find that the corruption was so bad that he won’t have any choice but to proceed with a trial. Only time will tell.<\/p>\n

So, what’s your opinion? Should Obama be tried for any crimes he’s found to have committed while holding the office of President? Or should be be allowed to skate? I’m not talking about what other countries my want to do, I’m only concerned with American Law. Let me know what you think.<\/p>\n
