Good day all. During the January 6th<\/sup> protest, someone stole San Fran Nan\u2019s office laptop. Regardless of everything else, this is an actual crime and should be dealt with by the appropriate legal measures. It would be nice if someone would explain this to the FBI.<\/p>\n

Recently, the Agents from the Gestapo<\/i><\/span> Federal Bureau of Incompetence<\/i><\/span> Investigation raided the home of a couple in Alaska alleging that they had Pelosi\u2019s laptop. However, it seems that their investigative techniques have become seriously degraded over the years and they appear to have hit the wrong people. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Alaska\u00a0owner of a boutique hotel in Homer said federal agents searched her home this week, after having mistaken her for another woman in an effort to recover Nancy Pelosi\u2019s stolen laptop. <\/b><\/p>\n

Marilyn Hueper, who with her husband owns the Homer Inn & Spa in Homer, Alaska,\u00a0said federal agents broke down the door of their home and confiscated laptop computers and a cellphone and handcuffed them and their guests during the search, according to the Anchorage Daily News. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I\u00a0think almost right off the bat, they said, \u2018Well, you probably know why we\u2019re here,\u2019 or something like that. It\u2019s like, yeah, no, not really. And they said, \u2018Well, we\u2019re here for Nancy Pelosi\u2019s laptop.\u2019 And I said, \u2018Oh,\u2019 ” Hueper told local radio station KSRM-AM. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, as usual, the Fu***ng Bunch of Incompetence couldn\u2019t be bothered to consider people\u2019s civil and constitutional rights, or that perhaps there were people who were totally innocent of anything and just happened to be there. Handcuffing people who were not resisting or in any way a threat is the mark of a secret police force and not officers sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States.<\/p>\n

Apparently, the agents couldn\u2019t be bothered to actually produce the search warrant they were acting on. In an article on the National Pulse<\/b><\/a>, the Huepers never say or even heard a reference to a search warrant.<\/p>\n

The Huepers joined<\/a> Editor-In-Chief Raheem Kassam on The National Pulse podcast to discuss the early morning raid, which, as Paul Hueper recalls, didn\u2019t include Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) authorities even \u201cpresent[ing] a search warrant.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey don\u2019t even imply a search warrant for the first hour while we\u2019re sitting there with handcuffs on,\u201d he reiterated. <\/b><\/p>\n

Once upon a time, the FBI was actually considered one of the premier law enforcement and investigative services on the planet. These days? They are seen as an actual threat to the civil rights of the people. The agents took the family\u2019s electronics and confiscated a copy of the Declaration of Independence.<\/p>\n

The Hueper\u2019s account of their interactions with federal authorities \u2013 which Marilyn insists the agents \u201cdidn\u2019t even let me look at their [badges] long enough\u201d to verify \u2013 tells a different story. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cTHE FBI BROKE INTO MY HOUSE TODAY\u2026 12 AGENTS!\u00a0 Handcuffed me and Paul.\u00a0 Interrogated us, searched the house, and left with my phones and laptops,\u201d she wrote<\/a> in an April 29th post. \u201cThe FBI said they were looking for Nancy Pelosi\u2019s laptop!! So I guess that answers one question\u2026 It really did get stolen and is still at large. [\u2026] They tried to get me to admit that I had been in the Capital building on Jan 6th\u2026 which I hadn\u2019t\u2026 and threatened to arrest me for obstruction of justice if I didn\u2019t give them the answers they wanted,\u201d she added.<\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if the idiots have ever heard of the 5th<\/sup> Amendment? They certainly don\u2019t appear to be to concerned with the 4th<\/sup> these days. Flat out threatening people with prosecution if they don\u2019t answer questions is not the mark of an officer of the law, but a thug with a badge. What\u2019s worse, this appears to have been a case of mistaken identity. Returning to the Fox News story<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Hueper told the radio station that agents showed her a photo of a woman that looked remarkably like her and had clothes like\u00a0hers who they said had been part of the Capitol invasion. Other photos that the agents had made it more clear that Hueper was not the woman they were looking for, she said, according to the Daily News. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I\u2019m like, \u2018Wait a minute. Is that her? That\u2019s clearly not me. Why did you not show me this to start with?\u2019” Hueper said, according to the newspaper. <\/b><\/p>\n

The answer to that question is simple. They didn\u2019t care. They decided you were guilty and that was that. Any further investigation into other possible suspect ended. Now it was simply making the suspect fit the evidence. (Probably why they were threatening them if they didn\u2019t confess) As to how they decided to try and pin the \u201cLaptop caper\u201d on the Huepers, well they were in Washington at the time.<\/p>\n

Hueper said she and her husband were in Washington, D.C., on a vacation that day and while they decided on a whim to attend the pro-Trump rally on Jan. 6 that preceded the riot, she claims they did not participate in the riot. <\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s it! They\u2019re guilty! Execute them!<\/p>\n

She added that she didn\u2019t know Pelosi\u2019s laptop had been stolen until agents told her they were looking for it. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I said, \u2018Oh, so it was stolen and it\u2019s at large, good to know. I thought maybe it was just conspiracy theory, so thanks for the intel,\u2019” she told the radio station. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now I did know that the San Fran Nan\u2019s laptop had been stolen, however the last I heard, they thought it was the \u201cRUSSIANS!! RUSSIANS!! RUSSIANS!!\u201d who did it. (Possibly the Chinese) The thinking being it was taken by an operative in case there was something interesting and useful on it. However, considering how thoroughly the Democrats have allowed the capitol hill networks to be penetrated, I can\u2019t see why they needed to grab a laptop. Probably a spur of the moment and considering how sloppy the Democrats are with classified materials, the operative might have thought that something had been downloaded to the machine that might be interesting.<\/p>\n

Around a dozen agents searched the home for about four hours and left the Huepers a copy of the search warrant, she said. Hueper said she laughed when an agent asked who she was working with, then apologized, saying “I don\u2019t mean to be disrespectful and laughing, but this is really surreal and strange,” she told the radio station.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I still think it\u2019s funny that they want to take me as someone who was actually there [at the Capitol riot], instead of lost, eating hot dogs at the other end of the Mall,” she said, according to the Daily News<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think this could have been cleared up with a 10 minute conversation with the Huepers and access to Google Maps. Most people don\u2019t bother turning off the geolocation features in their phones, and that information can show an investigator where the \u201csuspects\u201d were on a given day. Any real investigator worth his or her paycheck could have used that data to put together a timeline on where their \u201ctargets” were. If they were at the opposite end of the Capitol, guess what? YOU HAVE THE WRONG PEOPLE DUMBASS! The complete incompetence of the \u201cinvestigators is further demonstrated by uploaded videos. Returning to the National Pulse story<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The couple \u2013 which has donated<\/a> to several Republican candidates including Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and Kelly Loeffler \u2013 has never denied attending the January 6th \u201cStop The Steal\u201d rally in Washington D.C. Paul Hueper\u2019s Instagram page contains<\/a> an image of his wife at the Capitol Complex. <\/b><\/p>\n

But the pair never entered the building, indeed only attending for part of the day before leaving the city to return home. The closest they got was outside the Capitol, hours after the original breach, where they say they stayed for around 30 minutes before leaving. <\/b><\/p>\n

Again, the geolocation systems in their phones could easily show where they were at a given time, something that any competent investigator could have found out with a lot less idiocy. Of course, the response would be that the agents had to \u201cSurprise the criminals\u201d to keep them from deleting the data, but come on. The biggest problem these days is that Big Tech doesn\u2019t delete the data even when told to by the data\u2019s owner.<\/p>\n

Paul Hueper\u2019s Instagram also contains a video<\/a> of Donald Trump\u2019s speech. The video, which includes an excerpt of the speech from 12:08 pm, places the Huepers at the ellipse roughly 30 minutes before the Capitol breach began. <\/b><\/p>\n

According to official reports<\/a>, \u201cwhen the mob reached the Capitol complex at about 12:40 p.m. ET on Wednesday, it took about 15 minutes for the west side perimeter of the building to be breached.\u201d And the walk<\/a> to the Capitol grounds from the Ellipse is at least a 45-minute walk \u2013 excluding the massive crowd-induced delays. <\/b><\/p>\n

All of this was easily available to the Foolish Bunch of Idiots. What appears to have happened was they fixated on the Huepers and ignored any and all exculpatory information. They had a picture from the internal security cameras that showed someone who looked a little like Mrs. Hueper and that was enough. Con a friendly judge and get a search warrant and release their inner KGB.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m of the opinion that the FBI should be disbanded. They continue to willfully violate the constitution, lie to judges to get their warrants and abuse their authority. Are their good agents who act under the Law and Constitution? Sure there are. However this is the very same agency that tried to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States of American, lied on to FISA judges to get wiretap warrants, manufactured evidence to railroad innocent people into prison with the goal of putting the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century behind bars. They can not be saved. They can not be reformed, they can only be disbanded and all agents terminated from government service.<\/p>\n

Oh, in a totally unsurprising turn of events, they didn\u2019t find San Fran Nan\u2019s laptop in the Huepers home either.<\/p>\n
