Good day all. Recently the United States Post Office was caught spying on American\u2019s<\/a> social(ist) Media posts. While they claimed they were justified, they have been rightfully ripped to shreds. However, the Maladministration of the Fake President still wants to continue spying on Americans.<\/p>\n

Since using the normal tools for spying would require Congressional Oversight, and that the primary targets of this plan are anyone who supports President Trump, Believe in America and Americans First, and that there are some serious questions regarding the 2020 election, Dementia Joe\u2019s handlers are looking for other ways to spy on the Deplorables. This means the Private Sector. Here are the details from <\/b><\/a>CNN<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden administration is considering using outside firms to track extremist chatter by Americans online, an effort that would expand the government’s ability to gather intelligence but could draw criticism over surveillance of US citizens. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Department of Homeland Security is limited in how it can monitor citizens online without justification and is banned from activities like assuming false identities to gain access to private messaging apps used by extremist groups<\/a> such as the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers. <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, in what passes for CNN\u2019s collective brain, anyone who doesn\u2019t support the Fake President and considers CNN to be nothing more then a propaganda tool for the Progressive Liberal Moonbat elites, is an extremest. The Proud Boys and Oath Keepers have been forced to ramp up a bit thanks to the activities of the terrorist organizations, supported by CNN, such as Antifa and Black Communist Lives Only Matter. Unlike Antifa and others, they don\u2019t burn, loot, pillage or murder. This makes them a threat to the Deep State and the Progressive Liberal elites.<\/p>\n

Instead, federal authorities can only browse through unprotected information on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook and other open online platforms. A source familiar with the effort said it is not about decrypting data but rather using outside entities who can legally access these private groups to gather large amounts of information that could help DHS identify key narratives as they emerge. <\/b><\/p>\n

Would you care to wager that they won\u2019t be looking at Antifa or BCLOM, (Formally BLM)? Don\u2019t bother, it\u2019s a suckers bet. Of course they won\u2019t. Their primary target will be Trump\u2019s Deplorables.<\/p>\n

The plan being discussed inside DHS, according to multiple sources, would, in effect, allow the department to circumvent those limits. In response to CNN’s story, DHS said it “is not partnering with private firms to surveil suspected domestic terrorists online” and “it is blatantly false” to suggest that the department is using outside firms to circumvent its legal limits. <\/b><\/p>\n

“All of our work to address the threat of domestic terrorism is done consistent with the Constitution and other applicable law, and in close coordination with our privacy and civil liberties experts,” the DHS statement added. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

But the department has considered partnering with research firms who have more visibility in this space, though it has not done so to this point, the sources said. If that ultimately happens, DHS could produce information that would likely be beneficial to both it and the FBI, which can’t monitor US citizens in this way without first getting a warrant or having the pretext of an ongoing investigation. The CIA and NSA are also limited on collecting intelligence domestically. <\/b><\/p>\n

The CIA is flat out forbidden from operating inside the United States. The NSA isn\u2019t supposed to either, but that doesn\u2019t stop them. The problem is using any information they get. If this is presented in a court room, the judge will toss it. (Maybe not a FISA judge. They have rather questionable judgment of late) CNN goes into further details about the back and forth, but they are leaning towards \u201cHey, it\u2019s those damn Trump Deplorables. Go ahead and do whatever you want.\u201d On the other side is a commentary by the Political Insider<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Biden turning to private firms to surveil Americans is a bit of a surprise especially when you consider the fact he has argued to abolish private detention centers for illegal immigrants in part because they<\/a> \u201cconsistently underperform Federal facilities.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThere should be no private prisons, period. None, period,\u201d he told a band of hecklers at a recent speech<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s what they\u2019re talking about, private detention centers. They should not exist, and we\u2019re working to close all of them.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

And that means releasing convicts, especially dangerous ones, back into the cities to rape, plunder and murder.<\/p>\n

What <\/b>isn\u2019t<\/b><\/em> a surprise is the President\u2019s reported eagerness to try and circumvent the rules so they can spy on American citizens. Biden is, after all, the man who liked to brag that he practically wrote the Patriot Act.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Patriot Act was written after the 9\/11 attack. The idea was to clean up issues that allowed the terrorists to infiltrate the country and prepare for their terrorist attack. The problem is, as usual, they went way to far.<\/p>\n

The ACLU describes<\/a> the Patriot Act as \u201cthe first of many changes to surveillance laws that made it easier for the government to spy on ordinary Americans.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

It did so \u201cby expanding the authority to monitor phone and email communications, collect bank and credit reporting records, and track the activity of innocent Americans on the Internet.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cCivil libertarians were opposed to it,\u201d Biden said. \u201cRight after 1994 \u2013 and you can ask the attorney general this \u2013 because I got a call when he introduced the Patriot Act. He said, \u2018Joe, I\u2019m introducing the act basically as you wrote it in 1994.’\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

This was John Ashcroft who was the AG under George W. Bush, another president who had issues with individual rights and the supremacy of the people over the One World <\/i><\/span>Government. He was able to push it through thanks to bin Laden and the 9\/11 terrorist attack.<\/p>\n

The report that the Biden administration is seeking ways to circumvent laws as a means to surveil Americans comes as they ramp up their rhetorical attacks aimed at alleged \u201cwhite supremacy.\u201d\u00a0 White supremacy is code in Biden-land for anyone who supports Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

The sad thing is, they aren\u2019t making any secret of their intention to punish the 75 million+ people who support President Trump. Whether or not Dementia Joe is aware of any of this, (or what day it is), is anyone\u2019s guess. Vice President Blow Job is definitely on board with suppressing \u201cThe Deplorables.\u201d<\/p>\n

It also comes as Bloomberg News reports that<\/a> the Justice Department is pursuing new laws to address domestic terrorism.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Justice Department is \u2018actively considering\u2019 whether to seek a new law that would let prosecutors bring specific charges for plotting and carrying out acts of domestic terrorism,\u201d they write.<\/b><\/p>\n

Bloomberg breathlessly reports on the riot at the Capitol being \u201ccarried out by extremist supporters of then-President Donald Trump\u201d and immediately equates it to white supremacy.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe FBI has warned that domestic violent extremists pose a heightened threat for carrying out attacks in the U.S. in the near future, with white supremacists being the most lethal threat,\u201d they write. <\/b><\/p>\n

The progressive Liberals love to accuse anyone who stands in their way of being \u201cWhite Supremacists\u201d or, and I love this one, \u201cWhite Nationalist Supremacists\u201d if they support the basic idea of America being the priority and that America is a great nation. (It must be. The rest of the world wants to come here) The simple fact is, there really aren\u2019t all that many white supremacists out there, and no one puts up with them. They are no real threat to anyone, unlike the FBI.<\/p>\n

The most lethal threat to America is an incompetent FBI that has become politically motivated rather than <\/b>criminally<\/b><\/em> motivated over the last several years. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are exploring with our lawyers, civil rights, civil liberties and privacy colleagues, how we can make use of outside expertise,\u201d one DHS official told CNN. <\/b><\/p>\n

Such actions, the network admits, \u201cwould be operating in a space that would likely make civil liberties advocates, not to mention conservatives, hair stand on end.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

It could and probably will backfire very badly. The worst case scenario is the FBI and DHS decide to go after people who are not a threat to anyone, just very loud and utilizing the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. They start rounding up people and then run into some who are ready and able to resist very violently. The results could be another Lexington and Concord which set off the American Revolution.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t the militias in those two towns that did any real damage to the British troops, it was all the others that showed up as the British started withdrawing back to Boston. They shot the British troops to pieces<\/a>.\u00a0 The estimate was something on the order of 20% casualties. Now, think back to the two Islamic idiots who set off a bomb at the Boston Marathon.<\/p>\n

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts basically declared martial law and sent in police and federal agents door to door. There were people who were concerned about this, especially since there were reports of police pushing their way into people\u2019s homes in violation of the pretty much the entire Bill of Rights<\/a>. However, most people were ok with the stormtrooper tactics since they were hunting a pair of terrorists. (And Massachusetts doesn\u2019t believe in the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment, generally leaving people defenseless)<\/p>\n

Now change things up a bit and consider the Harris\/Soros\/Biden Maladministration\u2019s desire for absolute total power. The first step is to suppress any dissent, and to be honest, when it comes to making a lot of useful noise, (as opposed to what passes for dissent by Antifa and BCLOM), the \u201cDeplorables\u201d are quite proficient and making themselves heard and their demands fulfilled.<\/p>\n

Under the Harris\/Soros\/Biden maladministration, these people will be declared terrorists and out comes the DHS to round them up. The information isn\u2019t gathered through the normal, lawful means, it\u2019s generated by these private entities. Out comes the swat teams to round up all these \u201cWhite Supremacist Nationalists.\u201d The first few \u201carrests\u201d will probably be successful since people will be caught by surprise. After that, it\u2019s the Bundy Ranch writ large. All it will take is one small group firing on the Federal Agents from prepared positions, and calling out for help. If people respond, well, those agents won\u2019t be able to run away as they did at the end of the Bundy incident. It\u2019s entirely possible that the agents could be surrounded, cut off and wiped out.<\/p>\n

We are a very long way from this scenario, and frankly I want to continue increasing the distance. Step one is to make sure that the Fake President is not allowed to institute this really stupid idea. If that means shutting down the government, then so be it. If, as is the senile Pedophile\u2019s predilection, (Besides sniffing little girls hair and pawing them), he ignores congress and issues another Executive Order, then take it to court. Of course, they will want this heard by the Obama judges, but it will end up in front of the Supreme Court. Even Roberts might gag over this one.<\/p>\n

In 2022, we have the midterm elections. Currently, it\u2019s looking like a massive slaughter of the genus Progressivis Liberalis Horribiles, with the house flipping back the GOP, and a number of RINO\u2019s also shown the door. Then the investigations can begin, and this time, since it won\u2019t be Adam Schifthead running things, there will be actual evidence and proof. I do see impeachment as a possibility, although I don\u2019t know that there would be enough senate votes to remove that incompetent idiot or the Blow Job Queen. It will lay the ground work needed to boot them from office in 2024 and we can then return to Making America Great Again.<\/p>\n
