Good day all. After the debacle of the 2020 election, many states no looking to tighten up and make the next election as secure as possible. This includes things like purging the voter rolls, required ID to vote and a few other things dealing with mail in ballots.<\/p>\n

This is directly opposite of what the Democrat party wants. Right after the new congress was sworn in, the CommuNazi party promptly shoved through HR1, a bill that basically takes control of elections from the states, who are constitutionally in charge of them, and putting it into the hands of the Federal government. Further, they intend to not secure the vote, but make it even easier for the Democrat party to steal elections and turn America into a single party banana republic. Now the Senate is going to ram it through on their side. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Senate Democrats are plowing forward with their sweeping election reform bill they argue is necessary to safeguard\u00a0voting rights that are\u00a0“under attack<\/a>,”\u00a0but Republicans have pledged to fight the legislation they’ve dubbed a Democratic\u00a0“power grab<\/a>” to federalize local elections. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this is absolutely a blatant and flat out unconstitutional power grab by the CommuNazis. The Constitution is very specific in that the elections are the purview of the states NOT the federal government. Considering what\u2019s in the bill, you can forget about another honest election in this country.<\/p>\n

If the last hearing on the S.1 was any indication, tensions will be high as Democrats try to pass the bill out of committee and send it to a showdown vote on the Senate floor. During the March 24 hearing on the bill, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.,\u00a0and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.,\u00a0launched heated broadsides against each other.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Shame, shame, shame,” Schumer\u00a0said while referring to GOP efforts to tighten voting rules on the state level after Democrats won the 2020 election. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Instead of doing what you should be doing when you lose an election in a democracy, attempting to win over those voters in the next election, Republicans instead are trying to disenfranchise those voters,” Schumer said. “Shame on them.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Upchuck Schumer, of course, is a flat out liar and a totalitarian thug. His only interest is in power and absolute rule over the American people. Recently, Georgia made some changes to their election laws and UpChuck was out through lying through his teeth about them. Then people started pointing out that the new law in Georgia was no more restrictive then the ones in Delaware and New York, and probably less restrictive. (Notice how the demands to change the law have slide down the memory hole as these little facts came out?)<\/p>\n

McConnell, however, said Democrats were trying to “forcibly rewrite” election laws in all 50 states and turn the Federal Election Commission into a partisan body to enforce campaign laws. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Talk\u00a0about shame. If anybody ought to be feeling any shame around here, it’s turning the FEC into a partisan prosecutor, the majority controlled by the president’s party, to harass and intimidate the other side,” McConnell said during the March 24 hearing. “That’s what you ought to be ashamed about.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Something that McConnell probably sees that Schumer and the CommuNazis don\u2019t, besides the unconstitutionality of S1 and HR1 is that the states might flat out reject the commands coming from Washington. This time, unlike with the governors who refused to follow the court and federal government\u2019s orders back in the civil rights days, when federal agents come in to \u201cEnforce\u201d the orders, they might be met with actual armed resistance. All it will take is one shot in those circumstances and it\u2019s all over for everyone.<\/p>\n

The backdrop for the legislation is the fate of the Senate’s legislative filibuster, which requires 60 votes to advance most legislation. With the Senate split 50-50, Democrats would have to win over 10 Republicans to pass the bill, which seems impossible given the\u00a0fierce GOP opposition.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Typical of the CommuNazis. In order to attain absolute power, you must make sure the opposition is utterly suppressed. They also learned nothing when they killed the filibuster on judge confirmations under Dingy Harry Reid. They assumed that they would never be in the minority. That worked out real well once President Trump took officer and began filling every opening out there.<\/p>\n

So progressives argue that voting\u00a0rights legislation should be the landmark bill to abolish the filibuster and pass the legislation\u00a0with a simple majority. Schumer has vowed to bring S.1 up for a vote and signaled this legislation may change the rules.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“The process that I outlined for S.1 is a process that, I think, could very well cause the Senate to evolve,”\u00a0Schumer told\u00a0The New York Times<\/a>‘\u00a0Ezra Klein in April in reference to the filibuster. <\/b><\/p>\n

As you can see, UpChuck doesn\u2019t think that the Republicans will ever be in the majority again, and if the CommuNazis get there way, the United States will soon be under single party rule. As for the bills that they want to shove down America\u2019s throats? Yeah, they are really bad.<\/p>\n

First, they will put in place a \u201cMotor Voter\u201d on steroids. We already have problems with this. Since it\u2019s automatic registration, there are no checks on eligibility. We\u2019ve already seen how lawful resident aliens have ended up on the roles, and with a few states also handing out licenses to criminal aliens, it will make verifying the vote that much harder. It would also give back voting rights to convicted felons who have completed their sentences. (This one, I\u2019m not to sure is a bad idea, but it should be by request) The big one though is preventing the clean up of the voter roles.<\/p>\n

It also prohibits voter roll purges and\u00a0partisan gerrymandering of congressional districts, imposes new campaign finance rules and\u00a0requires presidential nominees to release 10 years of tax returns.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not one part of that is constitutional. The requirements to run and hold the office of President and Vice President are spelled out in the Constitution of the United States. Forcing a candidate to hand over their tax returns in order to seek the office is flat out unconstitutional.<\/p>\n

Preventing the states from purging the voter roles has only one purpose, to allow the CommuNazis to stuff the ballot boxes and rig elections. Purging the roles of people who haven\u2019t voted in a few election cycles, who have passed away or moved out of the district helps maintain the integrity of the election process.<\/p>\n

Republicans said the new federal rules would force all state and local election officials to change their voting procedures to fit Democrats’ demands and create more distrust in doing so. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This bill would require all of these changes to be made very quickly \u2014 so quickly that should this legislation be enacted, chaos will reign in the next election and voters will have even less faith in the integrity of their elections than they currently do,” said Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo. <\/b><\/p>\n

Frankly, I think states will refuse to comply. I mentioned what might happen earlier in the worst case scenario. What will happen if this load of crap is signed into law are immediate court challenges. That might prove interesting on how certain judges would rule. Honest ones will quickly throw out the law. Ones who are politically motivated, *cough Obama judges cough* would ignore the constitution and order the states to comply. And, as I mentioned before, that\u2019s when things get rather…sticky.<\/p>\n

We are at a crossroads in this country. We are politically split in ways not seen since the 1850\u2019s, and that led to a full on Civil War that killed over 620,000 people, or 2% of the population. I really don\u2019t want to see a second American Civil war for a number of reasons. Right off the bat, the casualties will be in the millions. The economy will be trashed, not just in the United States, but globally as well. You would see major cities destroyed, and I wouldn\u2019t put it past foreign nations to try and come in to \u201cKeep the peace.\u201d<\/p>\n

In that circumstance, it would probably be the United Nations deciding they could come in and take over. It would also probably cause the military, who many think would try and stay out of this for the most part, to flat out nuke any country that tried to send in \u201cPeacekeepers.\u201d (Say goodbye to Europe for a start along with most of the middle east)<\/p>\n

The Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis have a long history of being both short sighted and flat out delusional. The current crop of idiots are no longer trying to hide their goals, and are showing the structural differences between the two parties. The Republicans generally want to follow the Constitution and let people live and let live. The Democrats want only power.<\/p>\n

They have no interest in the will of the people or the Constitution of the United States. They truly want to return to the days of the Old South and the Plantation system. (They\u2019re just not stupid enough…yet, to admit that part, that they want a return to slavery) Call your reps and senators and tell them to put a stop to this blatant power grab, or we can forget about having a fair, honest election again.<\/p>\n
