Last February, I <a href=\"http:\/\/angry.net\/blog2\/?p=33727\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote about some interesting things<\/a> that happened during the 2020 election in Windham, New Hampshire. The short version is that the voting machines were caught flipping votes from the Republican candidates to the Democrat candidates. From what I have been seeing, there are even more questions being raised. Here are <a href=\"https:\/\/uncoverdc.com\/2021\/05\/14\/windham-nh-audit-update-observers-question-why-dominion-rep-spends-day-at-facility\/?fbclid=IwAR2_qi5NeK5z60MbDMEnz1jeRrjAya06UgtTbD4VC_DA8__iYfpS7yCuwAs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>the details from Uncoveredc<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Friday, <\/b><b>(May 14<\/b><sup><b>th<\/b><\/sup><b>),<\/b><b> marks day four of the forensic audit in Windham, NH. Day three came to a close, leaving election integrity advocates, once again, with mounting concerns over the \u201cchaotic\u201d process and with a burgeoning list of unanswered questions, including why a representative from Dominion Voting Systems was at the audit facility. As previously <a href=\"https:\/\/uncoverdc.com\/2021\/05\/13\/windham-nh-forensic-audit-update-significant-concerns-over-transparency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>, Senate Bill 43 (<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210523025746\/http:\/\/gencourt.state.nh.us\/bill_status\/billText.aspx?sy=2021&amp;id=396&amp;txtFormat=pdf&amp;v=current\">SB43)<\/a>\u00a0gives the team of three auditors until May 27 to complete the investigation of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/uncoverdc.com\/2021\/04\/21\/n-h-election-integrity-update-windham-audit-moves-forward-sos-gardner-slams-h-r-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2020 election results<\/a>\u00a0for four state House seats after discovering a significant and unexplainable discrepancy during a Nov. 12 recount.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Disturbed over learning the 24-hour live stream video of the audit was turned off for two hours Wednesday night, Thursday got started with Harri Hursti, the auditor selected by Secretary of State <a href=\"https:\/\/nextcloud.dyni.net\/index.php\/s\/4BJBp5MMBZcMsn3?fbclid=IwAR2Q8TW4JVVTVvdfXPXISrLbDzR_bo9zfPQauU9DjJiVNeQZE4NIej4b7y0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bill Gardner<\/a> and Attorney General John M. Formella, attempting to explain, unsuccessfully, what happened. At the suggestion of Senator Bob Giuda, concerned resident <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/OM8l9fNrHQM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lisa Mazur<\/a> spent the day in Pembroke, NH, at the Edward Cross Training Center audit location and shared a video of Hursti\u2019s hard-to-follow explanation. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1GdDcc5ciCk?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=1&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As I mentioned above, I wasn\u2019t aware that they were doing a full forensic audit into the 2020 election results in Windham. It certainly hasn\u2019t been covered by the so called \u201cMain Stream Media\u201d and I don\u2019t recall seeing anything mentioned in the local news either. (Of course, I stopped paying attention to the local news rags long ago when they got really stupid) Apparently, one of the issues was the number of ballot boxes returned to Windham by the Secretary of State\u2019s office. (New Hampshire still uses paper ballots) It looks like they got two more then they sent in, and that the chain of custody has been broken.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8876\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm-300x240.jpg?resize=300%2C240\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm.jpg?resize=300%2C240&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm.jpg?resize=150%2C120&amp;ssl=1 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm.jpg?resize=400%2C320&amp;ssl=1 400w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/double-facepalm.jpg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>In a state that is no stranger to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.projectveritas.com\/search\/?query=new%20hampshire&amp;page=1&amp;indices%5Bprod_videos%5D%5Bconfigure%5D%5BhitsPerPage%5D=2&amp;indices%5Bprod_posts%5D%5Bconfigure%5D%5BhitsPerPage%5D=2&amp;indices%5Bprod_investigations%5D%5Bconfigure%5D%5BhitsPerPage%5D=2\">voter fraud<\/a>, uncertainty over ballot boxes received from the SoS\u2019s office for the audit also led to skepticism on Thursday. Mazur questioned Phillip Stark, the third auditor chosen jointly by the <a href=\"https:\/\/uncoverdc.com\/2021\/05\/04\/windham-nh-board-of-selectmen-ignore-concerns-surrounding-audit-integrity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Board of Selectmen<\/a> and the SoS and AG, about the broken chain of custody with the ballot boxes. After the November recount in Windham, twenty-two boxes of ballots were sent back to the SoS. For the current forensic audit, 26 boxes were received from the SoS, leaving four boxes with <\/b><em><b>\u201cunknown materials.\u201d<\/b><\/em><b>\u00a0Mazur spoke with the town clerk, who indicated she \u201c<\/b><em><b>wasn\u2019t super concerned about two of the boxes, but she would like to know what is in the other two.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/em><b>One of the boxes allegedly contains absentee ballot envelopes.\u00a0Stark explained the dilemma further,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/DuNtWSR-Eaw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stating<\/a>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201c<b>We have the log, the custody log for all of the materials and inventory, and probably after we do the seals check, we will turn to doing that with the Windham boxes. There are two containers that, in some sense, we shouldn\u2019t have received as part of this process, and we don\u2019t know what\u2019s in them yet. We do know that it\u2019s not the ballots; those are all separate and accounted for.\u201d<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/nothing-to-see-here.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-15908\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/nothing-to-see-here-300x191.jpg?resize=300%2C191\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/nothing-to-see-here.jpg?resize=300%2C191&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/nothing-to-see-here.jpg?w=500&amp;ssl=1 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The New Hampshire Secretary of State, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bill_Gardner_(politician)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bill Gardner<\/a>, has been in office since 1976. Yes, he is a Democrat, however he is an old school democrat, not one of the modern Democratic CommuNazis now running the party. He was also part of the voter fraud commission set up under President Trump to look into issues that occurred in the 2016 election. That was shut down when they actually started finding things. (See Michigan)<\/p>\n<p>However, if his office screwed up the chain of custody on the ballot boxes, it may be time for him to step aside. He has one job, and that is to insure the security and validity of New Hampshire\u2019s elections. Because of this and other issues occurring during the audit, people are starting to question the process and integrity of the audit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Towards the end of the day, Mazur and Ken Eyring, who said he has zero confidence in the process right now, <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/vRZ40uukk3M\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">commented<\/a>\u00a0that the live stream cameras are still a problem, prohibiting any transparent and integrity-driven assurances in the audit process. Because of the inadequate cameras, <a href=\"https:\/\/uncoverdc.com\/2020\/12\/07\/audit-the-paper-ballots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ballots<\/a> are being handled off-camera, and Eyring expressed concern over\u00a0<\/b><em><b>\u201ccomments that are made to provide plausible deniability, but we\u2019re not buying any of it.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/em><b>Offering a further explanation of his disappointment in the audit so far, Erying added:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201c<b>The proceedings so far go against the intent of the bill, which is to have full transparency, and to assure people that the process is being handled with due diligence. And none of that seems to be happening. This is about a verifiable process and we don\u2019t have that right now. With the way this whole process is being handled, it is impossible to ensure that no human error has taken place.\u201d<\/b><\/em><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p>There has been a lot of \u201cWTF, Over?\u201d things about the audit, one of them is a representative of the company who\u2019s systems are being audited was on site most of the day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>In perhaps the most startling discovery of the day, Thursday also exposed that a representative from <\/b><b><a href=\"https:\/\/sos.nh.gov\/media\/axmbg0lv\/lhs-response-to-nh-questionnaire.pdf\">LHS Associates<\/a> was present in the audit room all day, often conversing with Assistant AG Anne Edwards, who previously stated her office does not have the technical capabilities to live stream with any more transparency than its doing now, which is lacking and insufficient. LHS, led by Jeff <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210111004919\/https:\/\/blackboxvoting.org\/new-hampshire-election-credibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Silvestro<\/a> (son of LHS founder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opednews.com\/articles\/genera_bev_harr_080109_criminal_record_of_k.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">John Silvestro<\/a>), represents Dominion Voting Systems and has had for decades an exclusive contract to supply and program all <a href=\"https:\/\/ymlp.com\/zbRmcV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dominion Accu-Vote machines<\/a> used in New Hampshire\u2019s elections, as well as elections across New England.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/24\/06\/27\/240627cc0e92dfd23f8e1161d04a29a1.png?resize=450%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wherever we have seen problems with vote tallies, we\u2019ve also seen the find hand of Dominion Voting Systems. It was their machines in Windham that were found to be flipping votes, and they have been shown to do this across the country. Interestingly, when these \u201cerror\u2019s\u201d occur, they almost always benefit the Democrat candidate at the expense of the Republican candidate.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m of the opinion that the Dominion machines should be flat out scrapped, after being examined in detail, and Dominion needs to be banned from anything to do with American elections. Any other countries will need to make their own decisions of course, but they should throw Dominion and anyone associated with them out.<\/p>\n<p>I think we\u2019re going to see a major uproar in the next 6 months as these audits continue. If, as many suspect, there was not just technical errors, but a dedicated move to rig the election, then the affected states will need to take action against those involved. Sadly, I do not see the Department of Justice doing anything other then obstructing these investigations. Of course, the up side will be that the next election will be watched like a hungry hawk looking at a tasty mouse.
