Good day all. Andrew \u201cFlaming\u201d Cuomo, the Govno of New York, is currently in a competition to be named the \u201cWorst Governor in America.\u201d His incompetence and stupidity directly led to the mass deaths of thousands of elderly and sick people in nursing homes, (Leading to the coining of the word \u201cEldercide\u201d)<\/p>\n

He\u2019s never had any issue with ethics. (He has none), and now he\u2019s calling the state\u2019s ethics commission \u201cMeaningless.\u201d Here are the details from the National Review<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo has joined some state lawmakers in advocating an overhaul of the New York Joint Commission on Public Ethics<\/a> (J-COPE), calling it \u201cmeaningless\u201d while addressing reporters Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe fundamental flaw is a constitutional barrier,\u201d Cuomo said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cBecause the fundamental flaw is it can\u2019t enforce anything; it\u2019s nonbinding. It\u2019s essentially advisory. If the legislature takes the position that its findings are not binding because there is no outside agency that has any authority for any sanction,\u201d Cuomo continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

And who created this commission?<\/p>\n

The governor established the ethics commission, which the legislature approved, in 2011, after vowing to lead the \u201cmost transparent administration in history.\u201d The intended mission for the agency was to discover and stamp out ethical violations in the executive and legislative branches of the New York state government. <\/b><\/p>\n
