Good day all. One of the rumors going around is that the Covid-19 virus, aka the Wuhan Flu, was actually a man made virus. Further, that the United States National Institutes of Health helped fund the development of the China Virus.<\/p>\n

Now I am leaning towards the virus being studied in that lab in Wuhan, but that it escaped due to typical Communist incompetence. I\u2019ve heard all the conspiracy theories that this was actually a man made bio-weapon and was deliberately released by the Chinese Government with the intent of hurting President Trump and the United States. I have not put much stock into either this being an engineered virus or that it was deliberately released\u2026until now. Here are the details from <\/b>Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Republicans on the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees on Friday launched an investigation into a National Institutes of Health grant awarded to EcoHealth Alliance, which they say awarded taxpayer funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China to study the risk that bat coronaviruses could infect humans, Fox News has learned. <\/b><\/p>\n

House Oversight Committee Ranking Member James Comer, R-Ky., and Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, wrote that there has been “mounting evidence the COVID-19 pandemic started in the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Chinese Communist Party covered it up.”<\/b><\/p>\n

There is little question that the CCP has been covering up any real information into the origins of the Wuhan Flu. Most people who understand these things believed that it was a matter of \u201cFace\u201d and that the truth, while basically harmless, was embarrassing. Apparently there may be more to this.<\/p>\n

In a letter, exclusively obtained by Fox News, written to Dr. Francis Collins, the director of the NIH, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Comer and Jordan raised concerns that EcoHealth Alliance knew of the Chinese Communist Party\u2019s attempts to cover-up the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and failed to act or to inform the U.S. government.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

If they expect Fearless Fauci<\/a> to actually tell the truth, I have some swamp land you might be interested in.<\/p>\n

“If U.S. taxpayer money was used to develop COVID-19, conduct gain of function research, or assist in any sort of cover-up, EcoHealth Alliance must be held accountable,” Comer and Jordan wrote. “It is incumbent upon grant recipients to ensure their work is performed within the scope of the grant, advances our national interest, and protects our national security.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Gain of function” research typically involves modifying a virus to make it more infectious among humans. <\/b><\/p>\n

This last sentence, referring to Gain of Function research<\/a> is the biggie. Until a few weeks ago, I had never heard of this process, at least under this phrase. What most people would think, once they heard what this process does, is that the Chinese Communist Party was weaponizing the virus and turning it into a biological warfare agent. Apparently, this process was suspended in the United States until 2017 when the National Institutes of Health lifted the restrictions. Now members of Congress want to know if the China Virus was one of these \u201cGain of function\u201d projects and if the American taxpayers footed the bill.<\/p>\n

Comer and Jordan called for all documents and communications between the NIH, the Wuhan Institute of Virology and EcoHealth Alliance regarding the grant, as well as those resulting from any U.S. government-led\u00a0inspection of the WIV arranged by EcoHealth Alliance. Comer and Jordan also called for a staff-level briefing no later than June 4. <\/b><\/p>\n

I wouldn\u2019t count on that briefing being on the date specified Representative Jordan. They will come up with some sort of lame ass excuse and not show up. Bureaucrats don\u2019t you know.<\/p>\n

Last summer, the NIH sent a letter to EcoHealth Alliance expressing concern over its relationship with the WIV and suspended its grant, pending answers to several questions, including about the disappearance of a scientist who worked at the lab, a disclosure of “out-of-ordinary restrictions” placed on the lab in October 2019, and allow a U.S. government-led inspection of the lab.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I can provide an answer or two. The missing scientist is probably dead or in a reeducation came somewhere. As for inspection of the facility by the United States? Here is he response from the Chinese Communist Party:<\/p>\n
