Good day all. Alexandria Occasional-Cortex is rightly considered to be one of the dumber members of the House of Representatives. Besides being a typical Limousine Progressive, she is big on virtue signaling and not on actually accomplishing anything.<\/p>\n

In this case, she is blaming President Trump for her abuela\u2019s (Grandmother), living conditions. Her grandmother\u2019s home in Puerto Rico was heavily damaged during Hurricane Maria. Rather then helping her poor abuela out with repairs, AOC decided to try and abuse President Trump\u2019s handling of the storm and it\u2019s aftermath. As you might expect, it blew up in her face. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was slammed on Twitter after posting a picture of her grandmother\u2019s Hurricane Maria-damaged home in Puerto Rico and appearing to blame former President Donald Trump for the disrepair.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cJust over a week ago, my abuela fell ill,\u201d the New York Democrat tweeted Wednesday. \u201cI went to Puerto Rico to see her \u2014 my 1st time in a year+ bc of COVID. This is her home. Hurricane Mar\u00eda relief hasn\u2019t arrived. Trump blocked relief $ for PR. People are being forced to flee ancestral homes, & developers are taking them.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

AOC posted pictures of the damage to the house. This is where things get interesting. Instead of gaining any sympathy, AOC was slammed for not helping out her Granny and expecting others, basically the taxpayers, to fix up her home.<\/p>\n

In the photo, her grandmother\u2019s roof clearly needs repair work and appears to be partially caving in. Many Twitter users responded by criticizing Ocasio-Cortez for not paying to fix the roof herself, citing her $174,000-a-year salary and recent purchase of a Tesla.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cHoney, you drive a Tesla and have two apartments,\u201d Republican congressional candidate Lavern Spicer tweeted. \u201cIf your grandmother is living poor that\u2019s because you don\u2019t help her out. I\u2019m surprised that a socialist wouldn\u2019t redistribute that wealth to their grandma. Sad!\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Begging your pardon Representative Spicer, but Alexandria Occasional-Cortex is acting like a typical Socialist\/Communist. She loves spending other people\u2019s money, not her own. AOC\u2019s apparent lack of concern for her poor old grandmother struck a nerve with the Daily Wire host, Matt Walsh. He did something that never crossed what passes for a mind in AOC, and decided to do what he could to help out. Here are the details on this from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

In response to a recent tweet from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez showcasing the squalid conditions<\/a> her abuela lives in to “score political points,” <\/b>Daily Wire<\/b><\/em> host Matt Walsh has set up a GoFundMe to “save her home.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“As you’ve heard, @AOC’s abuela is living in a dilapidated home that was ravaged by Hurricane Maria. AOC is unable to help her own grandma for whatever reason, so I have set up this Go Fund Me campaign to save her home. Please give if you can. #HelpAbuela,” wrote Walsh on Twitter. <\/b><\/p>\n

Walsh states on the GoFundMe that “One cannot be certain of the cost to repair grandma\u2019s house, but surely most of the work could be completed for the price of AOC\u2019s shiny Tesla Model 3.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s not just sticking the knife in, that\u2019s twisting it, and Mr. Walsh just kept on twisting.<\/p>\n

“As AOC pointed out \u00a0to us, we ‘don\u2019t even have a concept for the role that [incredibly successful children of two American citizens\u2026] play in their families,’ but clearly caring for their own grandparent isn\u2019t part of it,” states the GoFundMe. “Says the congresswoman, ‘\u2026instead of only caring for [my own grandmother] & letting others suffer, I\u2019m calling attention to the systemic injustices\u2026'” <\/b><\/p>\n

“Sadly, virtue-signaling isn\u2019t going to fix abuela’s roof. So we are,” says Walsh. <\/b><\/p>\n

Walsh states that while any amount is appreciated, “the cost of a monthly lease payment on that Tesla is around $499,” referring to the Tesla Model 3 that AOC possesses. In another tweet, Walsh called on Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, and Jeremy Boreing, all of the <\/b>Daily Wire<\/b><\/em>, to match his $499 contribution. <\/b><\/p>\n

I checked the GoFundMe page and they aren\u2019t accepting any more donations, since they\u2019ve raised over $100,000.00. That isn\u2019t just enough to repair the roof and other damages, it\u2019s probably enough to buy the Spoiled Brat\u2019s grandmother a nice new house. I expect it\u2019s now a matter of speaking with AOC\u2019s grandmother and determining how best to proceed. At the very least, I expect she\u2019s going to have major repairs and renovations done to her home. As for her brat of a granddaughter? Once again she\u2019s been shown for the moron that she is.<\/p>\n
