(Or in some cases, having them stripped away by the courts) There are a couple of exceptions to this. Covno Gruesome Gavin Newsom has no intention of giving up his powers.<\/p>\n

Newsom is one of the worst of the Progressive Totalitarian Govnos when it came to suppressing the rights of the people in Kalifornistan. His actions were so bad that he is now going to face a recall election and, with a bit of luck, find himself thrown out of office. This isn\u2019t stopping the tyrannical moonbat. He has announced he will not rescind his emergency orders. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n California<\/a> Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom<\/a> said Friday that he will not rescind his coronavirus state of emergency order on June 15 \u2014 when the Golden State is scheduled to be fully reopened. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThis disease has not been extinguished. It\u2019s not vanished. It\u2019s not taking the summer months off,\u201d Newsom said at an event where he drew 15 winners of $50,000 lottery prizes as part of an effort to encourage residents to get vaccinated. <\/b><\/p>\n State officials say Newsom\u2019s announcement does not affect the reopening timetable. However, it does leave open the possibility that the governor, who is facing a recall election<\/a> in the fall, will reimpose restrictions if he deems it necessary. <\/b><\/p>\n You know he will \u201cDeem it necessary,\u201d and if possible, he will use this to cancel the recall election. Of course, he isn\u2019t going to admit that is his goal.<\/p>\n \u201cThe state of emergency ensures that the state can continue to respond quickly to evolving conditions as the pandemic persists,\u201d Newsom\u2019s office told the Los Angeles Times<\/a> in a statement. \u201cThe governor will end the state of emergency once conditions no longer warrant an emergency response. While the state of emergency won\u2019t end on June 15, we look forward to fully reopening the economy and retiring the blueprint as greater numbers of Californians are vaccinated.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Needless to say, the few Republicans are buying what Numbnuts is selling.<\/p>\n \u201cIf Newsom believes the state is safe enough to reopen, then it\u2019s safe for people to be able to make decisions for themselves without his arbitrary and capricious rules,\u201d said state Senate Minority Leader Scott Wilk. \u201cI believe it is time for him to hang up his crown and restore our democracy. In California, we don\u2019t grow bananas, so there\u2019s no need for a banana republic.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cOther states have been safely open for months, but Newsom refuses to follow the science. It\u2019s time to recall him,\u201d tweeted former San Diego<\/a> Mayor Kevin Faulconer, who is one of the GOP candidates in the recall election. <\/b><\/p>\n It\u2019s time to impeach, convict and then arrest that tyrant. Other states, such as Florida and Texas have fully opened up and they are seeing new cases of the Wuhan Genetically engineered Flu going down.<\/p>\n Republicans have proposed legislation that would strip Newsom of his emergency powers, but it has little chance of passing due to Democrats holding a supermajority in both legislative chambers. <\/b><\/p>\n That is a problem in a One Party State. All the normal checks and balances are gone.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, California\u2019s Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted Thursday to require workers to wear masks<\/a> when in the office unless everyone has been vaccinated against the coronavirus.<\/b><\/p>\n I see someone hasn\u2019t been reading the Fauci emails. Masks are worthless for what they are trying to do, This is just another grab for absolute power by bureaucrats and the ruling elite.<\/p>\n Newsom did not say Friday whether he would uphold or overturn the rule, which takes effect the same day as the planned reopening. <\/b><\/p>\n Uphold the rule? He\u2019s probably going to double down on it and mandate masks everywhere including the home. Newsom is a typical Democrat Governor, in the same mold as Andrew Flaming Cuomo, Phil Murphy, Wretched Gretchen Whitmer and Tom Wolf. The Constitution is \u201cAbove their pay grades\u201d and basically has no meaning to them. It\u2019s time to remove all of these tyrants, by whatever lawful means necessary.<\/p>\n After I wrote this, Numbnuts announced he was rolling back the restrictions.
