Good day all. Wretched Gretchen Whitmer, govno of Michigan and one of the worst governors in the United States is, like many of her Democratic CommuNazi compatriots in other states, facing a petition drive to recall and remove her from office.<\/p>\n

In Kalifornistan, the petition drive succeeded and a recall election against Gruesome Gavin Newsom is being scheduled. In other states where a recall is available, there are petition drives ongoing with varying degrees of success. In Michigan, the petitions are gathering steam and Wretched Gretchen has been doing everything she can to suppress them, including going to her pet judges. Her last, desperate attempt appears to have failed. Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) failed to stop a series of recall petitions filed against her after the state Board of Canvassers approved them. Whitmer appealed the approval of seven petitions against her and Lieutenant Gov. Garlin Gilchrist (D), and last week, an appeals court rejected all of her arguments. <\/b><\/p>\n

According to Michigan law, the Canvassers judge a petition\u2019s language and presentation for clarity and factual accuracy. One petition, filed by James Makowski, stated the governor should be recalled because \u201cGretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order 2020\u2013143 on July 1, 2020 closing indoor service at bars.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

That sounds pretty straight forward. Wretched Gretchen shut down bars and restaurants because she\u2019s a petty little tyrant. However, Wretched Gretchen decided that the word \u201cBar\u201d was not clear.<\/p>\n

Whitmer argued \u201cbars\u201d was an ambiguous and undefined term. But the court noted the petition used precisely the same language as Whitmer\u2019s executive order: Its subtitle was \u201cClosing indoor service at bars.\u201d More: <\/b><\/p>\n

The Governor maintains that where \u201celectors are left to guess at [the] type of \u2018bar\u2019 the [p]etition refers to, the [p]etition lack[s] sufficient clarity and is noncompliant with the Michigan Election Law.\u201d We reject this argument. Any person invited to sign the petition would very likely envision a reference to a conventional tavern, where people can purchase and consume alcoholic beverages, when faced with the wording, \u201cclosing indoor service at bars.\u201d This is particularly so when the word is taken in context, used as it is in connection with the related terms \u201cnightclubs\u201d and \u201crestaurants,\u201d strongly suggesting that the term \u201cbars\u201d refers to an establishment, like a nightclub and like many restaurants, that serves alcoholic beverages. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

In another case, Wretched Gretchen argued that the petition should be rejected because the only information was her name and her title, (Technically Governor, but liar, Tyrant and Queen Bitch all would apply, in my opinion).<\/p>\n

The Governor argues that where she was only identified by name and title in the petition form where it called for that information, but [the petitioner] did not repeat her name and title within the wording of the reason for the recall, the petition should have been invalidated. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, the court didn\u2019t fall for that one.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe reject this argument as it is unpersuasive,\u201d the court ruled.<\/b><\/p>\n

Wretched Gretchen\u2019s minions were not happy with the courts letting the petitions move forward, and dropped into full conspiracy mode. According to the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Whitmer\u2019s office responded to the decision by labeling the recall petitions a Republican plot. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe plan to appeal this disappointing decision and we fully intend to beat back these irresponsible partisan attacks against the Governor in the courts, on the streets, or at the ballot,\u201d the governor\u2019s spokesperson told media in a statement. \u201cThis is part of a massive and coordinated attack by Republicans trying to make the Governor fail and our campaign will strenuously oppose these efforts so the Governor can keep saving lives, reopening our economy, and creating jobs.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n
