Good day all. It\u2019s no secret that Senator Rand Paul and Anthony \u201cFearless\u201d Fauci don\u2019t like each other. Thanks to work done by NGO\u2019s, (Non-governmental organizations), such as judicial Watch and the Blaze, information has come out indicating that Fauci basically lied under oath to the Senate oversight committees.<\/p>\n

Senator Rand Paul has been using this information, along with other documents, to ask some very pointed questions of Fauci. He\u2019s also caught Fauci doing some serious dissembling in his testimony since the Panicdemic was declared. Now, Senator Paul has had enough and has sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Sen. Rand Paul<\/a> requested that Attorney General Merrick Garland criminally investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci over Senate testimony in which President Joe Biden’s chief infectious disease expert said that the National Institutes of Health never funded gain-of-function<\/a> research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which the Kentucky Republican says is a lie. <\/b><\/p>\n

We now know that Fauci the liar did fund Gain of Function research. In one of the few smart things the Great Mistake, Barack Obama, did during his time in office was shut down that type of research. Once the Trump Administration came in, Fauci conned them into allowing it again. It seems he neglected to inform the administration that the money was going to go to China to a lab not known for their safety protocols and that was run by the PLA.<\/p>\n

Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, insists that the NIH grants did not fund<\/a> gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab and has repeatedly defended U.S. funding going to bat coronavirus research in China. But he also admitted that he doesn\u2019t actually know what the secretive Chinese lab has been doing. <\/b><\/p>\n

At issue in Paul’s criminal referral is Fauci’s testimony before Congress on May 11, when he denied<\/a> under oath that the NIH funded gain-of-function<\/a> research at the Wuhan lab. Paul pointed to NIH grants going to the EcoHealth Alliance, which then provided funding to the Wuhan lab that a Trump State Department fact sheet<\/a> contended carried out secretive gain-of-function experiments and worked with China\u2019s military. At the time, Fauci told Paul: \u201cThe NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The problem for Fauci is his email that was accessed under the Freedom of Information Act by The Blaze. Some of it was redacted, but most of it wasn\u2019t and it showed that Fauci knew that the money was going to the Wuhan lab and that Gain of Function research was being conducted. That he used a third party cut out, and that the email shows that he moved to using a telephone indicates that there was a lot more going on then he is admitting to, hence the referral to the DoJ.<\/p>\n

After another back-and-forth with Fauci on Tuesday, during which the doctor repeatedly said the NIH funding approved for the Wuhan lab was not for gain-of-function research, Paul announced<\/a> on Fox News<\/a> that he would be sending a letter to the Justice Department over what he saw as false testimony by Fauci.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fauci is a complete fraud and he knows that the walls are beginning to close in. The only reason he hasn\u2019t been fired or arrested is the stolen election. If the Communazis had not been successful with their election fraud, President Trump would be in his second term right now and Fauci would be on the street, or in a cell. Now Senator Paul is going to try and get the Department of InJustice to actually do their job.<\/p>\n

The Washington Examiner<\/i> obtained the criminal referral Paul sent to Garland on Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI write to urge the United States Department of Justice to open an investigation into testimony made to the United States Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions by Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on May 11, 2021,\u201d Paul wrote to Garland.<\/b><\/p>\n

Good luck with that. Garland is demonstrating that he is just as corrupt as Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch. We dodged a bullet when he was kept off the Supreme Court. There is a lot more detail in the Washington Examiner story and I strongly recommend that you read it and make your own decisions. As far as I\u2019m concerned, there is sufficient information to warrant a criminal investigation, not only for Senator Paul\u2019s accusation of lying under oath, but for potential crimes against humanity. There are treaties in place regarding the development of Biological Weapons and as far as I\u2019m concerned, China broke them and Fauci facilitated the process.<\/p>\n
