Gardner managed to slime her way to a second term of office last year, however, her incompetence and corruption have turned St Louis into a crime capitol. She goes after innocent people trying to protect themselves, (The McCloskey\u2019s), and politicians she doesn\u2019t like. (The previous governor, recently cleared of all charges) However, her office is a disaster area, understaffed and the people who remain are not all that competent. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Gardner, the first black woman to be elected St. Louis’s<\/a> circuit attorney, campaigned on progressive changes and vowed to go after criminals and hold them accountable. She did flashy interviews on <\/b>60 Minutes<\/b><\/i> and <\/b>Nightline\u00a0<\/b><\/i>and\u00a0grabbed even more headlines when she sued the city, its police union, and five others in 2020 for what she called a racist effort to block her reform agenda.<\/b><\/p>\n Her reform agenda? What reforms? From what I\u2019ve seen, it\u2019s release criminals who are black, punish police and citizens, particularity if they are white and screw up capitol crime cases constantly.<\/p>\n Today, she stands accused by members of the public, her former employees, and a circuit court judge of a dereliction of duty. Her office has been faulted for making egregious errors that led to the dismissal of three murder cases in a week. They’ve also been accused of turning their backs on the families of victims and have been no-shows to multiple court hearings. <\/b><\/p>\n “Kim Gardner is a poor excuse for a prosecutor,” Cierra Moore told <\/a><\/b>KSDK<\/b><\/i>. <\/b><\/p>\n One thing that district attorneys and city prosecutes are duty bound to do is make sure that those accused of major crimes get their day in court. Not just so they can be proven guilty, (or innocent as the case may be), but also so that the victims and their families can see justice being served. Gardner\u2019s ineptness has caused murder suspects to be released.<\/p>\n Moore’s brother, Randy Moore, was allegedly gunned down in 2020 by Brandon Campbell. <\/b><\/p>\n Campbell was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful gun possession. If found guilty, he would have faced life behind bars. But a circuit judge was forced to dismiss the case after a St. Louis prosecutor under Gardner’s watch had failed to show up to three hearings and did not comply with a court order to produce evidence to Campbell’s defense attorney. <\/b><\/p>\n So what happened? Why was the judge forced to let this villain go? The answer will surprise and enrage you.<\/p>\n The assigned prosecutor, Kimberly Arshi, was on maternity leave at the time. However, her electronic signature apparently wasn’t. It was found on nearly 30 felony cases while she was out, including more than a dozen murders, a death penalty case, several assaults and robberies, the <\/b>St. Louis Post-Dispatch <\/b><\/i>reported<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n In the Campbell case, court documents case show Arshi was assigned it on May 17 \u2014 a week after she began maternity leave. <\/b><\/p>\n This wasn\u2019t a surprise illness or accident where the prosecutor is unable to make it to court, this woman was pregnant and Gardner knew when she was going to have to go on maternity leave. They should have started reassigning her cases several weeks before she left the office. This is what is known as a \u201cNo Brainer.\u201d It doesn\u2019t take any intelligence to prepare for this situation. To screw this up so badly requires Mt. Everest levels of incompetence and stupidity.<\/p>\n St. Louis Circuit Judge Jason Sengheiser, who dismissed the Campbell case, issued a scathing rebuke of Gardner’s office. <\/b><\/p>\n “In a case like this where the Circuit Attorney’s office has essentially abandoned its duty to prosecute those it charges with crimes, the court must impartially enforce the law and any resultant threat to the public is the responsibility of the Circuit Attorney’s Office,” Sengheiser wrote in his order<\/b>.<\/p>\n Of course, in the typical Progressive Communazi tradition, Gardner blamed everyone else for her incompetence.<\/p>\n Gardner blamed the dismissal of charges on “internal policies and procedures regarding family medical leave.” She added that “corrective measures are needed to further prevent any future repeat occurrence of the incident in question.” What she didn’t explain was why no one else was assigned the Campbell case. <\/b><\/p>\n My guess would be that there was no one else TO assign to this and other cases.<\/p>\n More than 90 prosecutors have quit since Gardner was elected in 2017. While some left for better jobs, others said it was the dysfunction that drove them out.<\/strong><\/p>\n Former prosecutor Patrick Hamacher, who worked for Gardner, recently broke his silence about his ex-boss. <\/b><\/p>\n “I’m really concerned about what is going on in that office right now,” he told KSDK, adding that if St. Louis wants to become a safer city, changes must be made at the Circuit Attorney’s Office.<\/b><\/p>\n The simple fact of the matter is, the Communazis don\u2019t want a safer city. They want utter chaos, and they way they get it is putting people like Gardner and the moonbat serving as Mayor into office.<\/p>\n One person not willing to weigh in on the accusations against Gardner is St. Louis Mayor Tishaura O. Jones. <\/b><\/p>\n “The circuit attorney is an independently elected official, and she is accountable to the citizens of the City of St. Louis,” Jones said. “I can’t tell her how to run her office, and I don’t expect her to tell me how to run mine.” <\/b><\/p>\n These idiots are flat out incompetent and will always put politics ahead of their duties under the law and the constitutions of the state and country. Most of them are being backed by George Soros and others of his ilk, and their goal is the collapse of the United States, (and the free world for that matter), and the institution of a globalist state ruled by them.<\/p>\n The first part of this is allowing crime to skyrocket and doing nothing to protect the good citizens. In fact, punishing the citizenry if they fight back is very common. (See Kyle Rittenhouse) This is exactly what happened in Germany after WW1 which allowed the Nazis to take power, and we know where that led.<\/p>\n Of course, there are some major differences in the United States that those who think they should be rulers don\u2019t consider. America has had a tradition of vigilantism, and we still see it in the movies. Dirty Harry<\/a>, The Punisher<\/a>, and all sorts of novels on lone or small groups of people deciding that they have no choice but to fight back. We are rapidly reaching that point in the United States, and it will be due to the incompetent idiots like Kim Gardner. I don\u2019t know if there is a way for the state to remove her from office, but if there is, she needs to go.<\/p>\n The governor of Missouri Michael Parson, kept his promise and has pardoned the McCloskey’s. He had made the offer to pardon them last year when Gardner’s office began their blatantly illegal witch hunt, however the McColoskey’s had asked the governor to hold off, since they were ready to fight the felony charges Gardner filed.
