Good day all. Since the attempt by the Communazis to centralize control of elections in the federal government, they have started looking toward the Department of InJustice to push their agenda forward. One of these things is preventing the states from moving back to pre-Panicdemic status on how elections are run.<\/p>\n

During the Panicdemic, many states thought it would be a good idea to mail out ballots and set up ways for people to vote so that they wouldn\u2019t risk getting the Wuhan Flu. However, they didn\u2019t bother with actually changing their laws or configuring the ballots so that they would be secured. It was the mail in ballots that appear to have been used by the Communazis to steal the 2020 election.<\/p>\n

Now states are planning on returning to their normal election methods and then moving towards securing the process in the future. We\u2019ve seen how the Department of (In)Justice has been threatening states over their moves to secure the election process, now they\u2019re issuing threats about going back to the way things were before the China Virus escaped the lab in Wuhan. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Biden’s Justice Department<\/a> warned states on Wednesday that they could face legal action in rolling back COVID-era voting procedures.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“The department’s enforcement policy does not consider a jurisdiction\u2019s re-adoption of prior voting laws or procedures to be presumptively lawful; instead, the department will review a jurisdiction\u2019s changes in voting laws or procedures for compliance with all federal laws regarding elections, as the facts and circumstances warrant,” reads a document released by DOJ.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Review what the Garland DoJ is saying. We aren\u2019t talking about states passing new laws, we\u2019re talking about restoring everything to the way it was on January 1st<\/sup>, 2020, before the Panicdemic kicked in. Many states flat out ignored their own laws and changed how voting was to be conducted without bothering to go through the legislative process. Pennsylvania is one of the notable states that did this, with the Communazi Govno and the Secretary of State basically rewriting the election laws by fiat. It was these changes that allowed the Communazis to steal the election. (A number of states are doing audits and they are finding things that are making thinking people go Hmmm)<\/p>\n

The new guidance comes as Arizona audits its 2020 election results and as Congress weighs legislation on the issue.<\/b><\/p>\n

The last thing the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis want is a detailed audit of the 2020 election and a return to the systems that was in place prior to the Great Panicdemic. It made it harder for them to rig the vote tallies.<\/p>\n

In a press release, DOJ said: “The guidance document addresses efforts by some states to permanently adopt their COVID-19 pandemic voting modifications, and by other states to bar continued use of those practices, or to impose additional restrictions on voting by mail or early voting, In addition, this guidance document discusses federal statutes the department enforces related to voting by mail, absentee voting and voting in person.”<\/b><\/p>\n

The Communazis, in their original HR 1. bill to federalize elections, wanted to make it impossible to clean voter rolls or make sure that the person casting a vote was actually entitled to. It also went against the Constitution that puts the responsibility of elections into the hands of the states, not the federal government. The only role of the federal government is to make sure that if a person legally entitled to vote wants to, then he or she can, that\u2019s it.<\/p>\n

Attorney General Merrick Garland also warned that DOJ wouldn’t hesitate to act if they saw states violating voting rights.<\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, he must protect the voting rights of the deceased and those who aren\u2019t citizens. After all, it\u2019s the only way to insure the continued rule of the Progressive Liberal Elite.<\/p>\n

“The right of all eligible citizens to vote is the central pillar of our democracy, and the Justice Department will use all of the authorities at its disposal to zealously guard that right,” she said. “The guidances issued today describe certain federal laws that help ensure free, fair and secure elections. Where violations of such laws occur, the Justice Department will not hesitate to act.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Civil Rights Division added, “Whether through litigation or the issuance of official guidance, we are using every tool in our arsenal to ensure that all eligible citizens can exercise their right to vote free from intimidation, and have their ballots counted.” <\/b><\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t remember, Clarke is a communist who has nothing but contempt for the Constitution and is a flat out racist and Black Supremacist. She is no different in her world view then any Nazi or leader of the Ku Klux Klan. She is a dangerous radical who fully intends to use the DoJ to go after Caucasians, Conservatives, Trump Supporters and anyone who doesn’t toe the Progressive line. She barely made it through the confirmation process and only did so thanks to Kameltoe’s vote.<\/p>\n

I fully expect both Garland and this racist thundercunt to try and impose H.R. 1 on the states by fiat. They\u2019ve already started by going after Georgia and Texas who have passed laws that are securing the election process and actually improving the ability of people legally entitled to vote to do so. What Garland and Clarke want to do is make sure that only the Democrats win, and that the country is turned into a single party state ruled from Washington.<\/p>\n

Without question, they are going to go judge shopping and make sure their cases are heard by Obama judges or other Deep State judges that will not uphold the Constitution. (People like Merrick Garland when he was on the bench) However, we\u2019ve already seen several cases hit the Supreme Court and go against the federal government. With the current makeup of the supreme court, it\u2019s entirely possible that the states will regain the authority taken from them. (See the 10th<\/sup> Amendment)<\/p>\n

What is also happening is that more and more people are in favor of things like voter ID laws, something that the Communazis hate. They all saw the mess the 2020 election was, and regardless of whether or not you believe it was stolen from President Trump, they agree with the idea that we need to make sure that the next election is unquestionably valid.<\/p>\n

One of the things that is giving the Communazis fits is the states, in many cases led by the Republicans in the state legislatures, demanding and getting deep, details audits of the 2020 election. This hasn\u2019t happened before thanks to a consent decree from the 1980\u2019s that prevented the Republican Party from questioning elections. That expired in 2018, and this is the first election where they could make the demands they are. What they are discovering is making the Progressives shake in their Birkenstocks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The results from the first series of audits are just about ready for release. If, as it seems, there was massive fraud, the next step will be criminal investigations. Normally we would see the DoJ handling this, but the States, having been threatened by Garland and the DoJ, might just decide to include them in their investigations, as targets, not as co-investigators.<\/p>\n

Things haven\u2019t been this bad in almost 200 years, and I fully expect them to get a lot worse, up to and including the Department of (In)Justice sending in hundreds of FBI and DHS thugs to arrest the government of a state. (Legislators and Governor) That would almost certainly lead to armed resistance, by State Police, County Sheriffs and the Citizens. I hope that someone in Washington figures out that \u201cThe People\u201d are angry and reigns in the Do(i)J before they do something really stupid…again.<\/p>\n
