Andrew Cuomo who has accused him of groping her while they took a selfie together filed a criminal complaint against him with the Albany County Sheriff\u2019s Office, The Post has learned. <\/b><\/p>\n The victim, who was identified as \u201cExecutive Assistant #1,\u201d\u00a0in Attorney General Letitia James\u2019 sexual harassment report, filed the complaint during a brief Thursday afternoon meeting with the Albany County Sheriff\u2019s Office, which has since contacted the Albany County District Attorney\u2019s office, Sheriff Craig Apple told The Post. <\/b><\/p>\n Now the best news of all in this?<\/p>\n Apple said it\u2019s possible the governor could be arrested if the allegations are substantiated. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe end result could either be it sounds substantiated and an arrest is made and it would be up to the DA to prosecute the arrest,\u201d he said. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cJust because of who it is we are not going to rush it or delay it,\u201d he added. <\/b><\/p>\n If this had happened a few weeks ago, I have little doubt that it would have been swept under the carpet and \u201cExecutive Assistant #1\u201d probably being Epsteined.
