Governor Abbott, fed up with their antics of the Progressive Liberal cowards, ordered them arrested when they returned to the state and frog marched into the legislature to do their jobs. Now these same whiny crybabies are suing Governor Abbott for \u201cDiscomfort and Embarrassment.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Nearly two dozen Texas<\/a> House Democrats who fled the state last month have sued Gov. Greg Abbott and other Republican officials, alleging that GOP efforts to bring them back to the state Capitol for a special legislative session infringed on their constitutional rights.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n The 22 plaintiffs have been “<\/b>deprived of liberty for substantial periods of time,<\/b><\/u><\/a> suffered much anxiety and distress over separation from their families, and much discomfort and embarrassment,” the complaint filed late Friday alleges.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n If this makes it in front of a judge, I fully expect it to not only be laughed out of court, but that sanctions to be brought against the lawyers bringing it as well as the plaintiffs. They are not being deprived of their liberty, as the two losers currently vacationing in Portugal can show.<\/p>\n If they miss their families, no one is stopping them from returning to Texas. Of course, they will be arrested and shipped off to that horrific Texas Maximum security prison known as \u201cThe legislature,\u201d where they will be required to actually do the jobs they were elected to do.<\/p>\n Abbott, House Speaker Dade Phelan and State Rep. James White are all named as defendants in the case.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n The lawsuit alleges that the three Republicans have “by public statements and otherwise, to attempt to deny, coerce, threaten, intimidate, and prevent” the Democrats and constituents from voting in elections, speaking publicly about their constitutional rights, and their right to not being arrested without probable cause.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n I will state up front that I don\u2019t know the laws of Texas in this circumstance, however, I do believe they can order the arrest of state legislators who refuse to show up for work. I doubt Governor Abbott would order the arrests of the criminals pretending to be elected officials if he didn\u2019t have the authority to do so.<\/p>\n The suit comes after Abbott called for the arrests of more than 50 Texas House Democrats who fled the state in July for Washington, D.C., in a bid to stop a Republican-backed voter integrity bill from passing in a special legislative session.<\/b><\/p>\n The Communazis are dead set on stopping anything that interferes with their plans to rig votes and steal elections. Now one state has had it with corrupt Communazis and is going to put the screw to them for a change.<\/p>\n “Once they step back into the state they will be arrested and brought back to the Capitol and we will be conducting business,” Abbott said last month.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “We have special sessions that last 30 days,” Abbott said. “And the governor calls them, and I will continue calling special session after special session because over time it is going to continue until they step up to vote.”<\/b><\/p>\n Additionally, the Texas Communazis are also screaming \u201cRACIST!!!\u201d over the intention of arresting them and frogmarching them to the Legislature.<\/p>\n The lawsuit also alleges that some of the Democrats were targeted due to race, but did not provide evidence, the Texas Tribune reported.<\/b><\/p>\n For a Communazi, everything is racist if it goes against what they want. The problem is that they\u2019ve been screaming racist for so long and about so much, no one is paying any attention to them any longer.
