Thanks to the Communazi Party and President Dementia, millions of criminals have been released into the United States with no way to track them. Theoretically, these criminals can go to court to fight their deportment. Normally, they would get a public defender, or more likely, some leftist lawyer would work pro bono. The problem is the sheer numbers that have been allowed in. President Dementia\u2019s answer? Have the American taxpayers fund more lawyers to allow more criminals to com into the United States. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Biden administration aims to spend millions of dollars to cover the cost of lawyers for migrants who have illegally entered the country, a prospect that has infuriated immigration restrictionists.<\/b><\/p>\n The term \u201cImmigration restrictionists\u201d is a misnomer. Most Americans don\u2019t have any real issue with people immigrating to the United States in a legal manner. What they are infuriated with is the tens of thousands of criminals who ignore out immigration laws and have no interest in assimilating or becoming Americans.<\/p>\n President Joe Biden<\/a> proposed<\/a> in his immigration plan released this week that Congress should make available $15 million to cover the costs of private lawyers for \u201cfamilies and vulnerable individuals,\u201d with another $23 million to cover legal orientation programs administered by the Justice Department. The proposal, first outlined in Biden’s fiscal year 2022 budget, is the first time that an administration has proposed covering such an expense, and the White House has not shared additional information. <\/b><\/p>\n This is just another instance of Dementia Joe\u2019s utter contempt for the people who is allegedly representing, Citizens of the United States of America. This isn\u2019t at all surprising, considering that he\u2019s been taking payments from foreign powers that hurt America, Americans and benefited nations that are hostile to us.<\/p>\n The $15 million in funding would only be enough to cover several thousand people, according to a study<\/a> from the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. Immigration lawyers charge between $150 and $300 per hour. <\/b><\/p>\n Those must be cheap lawyers. When I hired one to assist me with the paperwork to legally have She Who Must Be Obeyed come to the United States, it cost several thousand dollars.<\/p>\n Heritage senior fellow for homeland security Lora Ries last year examined deportation defense costs to provide a frame of reference for asylum cases and found each person spent between $2,000 and $10,000. At the lower end of $2,000 per person, 7,500 migrants would be able to have lawyers. On the higher end of $10,000 per person, just 1,500 people would be covered.<\/b><\/p>\n Asylum. That is one of the most abused tools used by the criminals crossing into the United States. Something like 99% of those claiming asylum don\u2019t actually qualify. In the rare cases that one of these people actually goes to court and goes through the process, their claim is denied and they are ordered out of the United States. Surprising no one, these people disappear into the general population.<\/p>\n Over the past four months alone, 190,000 people illegally came across the southern border<\/a> with a family member, and another 64,000 unaccompanied children arrived in America. The cost to the federal government of providing lawyers for those 250,000 family members and adults, at the $2,000 rate, would be approximately $500 million. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThey talk about providing legal representation to families and vulnerable individuals,\u201d said Andrew Arthur, a former federal immigration judge from the York Immigration Court in Pennsylvania. \u201cWe don\u2019t really know what that consists of, but it could be just families. It could be just women with children. I don\u2019t know. The language is so vague \u2014 it\u2019s problematic.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Problematic? Try flat out impossible. There is also the issue of legality in what Dementia Joe, (Or, more likely, his handlers), wants to do. It isn\u2019t legal.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
