Good day all. Recently, a new law went into effect in Texas regarding abortion. To be honest, I haven\u2019t followed it and I don\u2019t know the details. However, there was a case that went to the Supreme Court to stop the law from going into effect. The court rejected it and the law is now in effect in Texas.<\/p>\n

From what I understand, this law doesn\u2019t actually repeal abortion. What the Supreme Court did was reject a technical aspect of the case, sending it back down for adjudication. Of course, since the Supreme Court didn\u2019t flat out stop the law from going into effect, the usual suspects on the left are once again screaming about \u201cPacking the Court\u201d with \u201cRight thinking justices.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Democrats are reiterating their calls to pack the Supreme Court, demanding action after the court declined to halt Texas’ controversial abortion law on Wednesday, (September 1st<\/sup>). <\/b><\/p>\n

“Republicans promised to overturn Roe v Wade, and they have,” tweeted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez<\/a>, D-N.Y.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Democrats can either abolish the filibuster and expand the court, or do nothing as millions of peoples\u2019 bodies, rights, and lives are sacrificed for far-right minority rule. This shouldn\u2019t be a difficult decision.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Alexandria Occasional-Cortex continues on with being one of the dumbest members of the House of Representatives. She, along with all the other Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis see the courts as their tool on crushing the desires of those deplorable MAGA people in flyover country to actually follow the Constitution. She also fails to consider that the Supreme Court didn\u2019t actually overturn Roe vs Wade.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court did not actually overturn Roe v. Wade. By rejecting the procedural challenge to Texas’ law, it effectively allowed the state to at least temporarily bypass Roe’s limits on abortion bans. The law prevents abortions after a heartbeat can be detected \u00a0\u2013 often considered to take place at five to six weeks of gestational age.<\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve heard, however can\u2019t prove with citations, that if a woman goes in to have an abortion, and actually hears the heartbeat, almost all of them change their minds right there and have the baby instead. I have a vague memory of a law, perhaps in Texas, that would have mandated that a woman listen to the heartbeat prior to undergoing the abortion procedure. As I said, I don\u2019t have any citations so take this with a grain of salt.<\/p>\n

Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., Ocasio-Cortez’s “Squad”<\/a>-mate, tweeted: “In the span of one week the Supreme Court forced 11 million households to face eviction and effectively overturned Roe v. Wade in the middle of the night. This is what far-right extremism looks like. We need to expand the court.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s called upholding the law and the Constitution you Stuttering Clusterfool of a Miserable Failure. Right off the bat, you have the Takings clause of the 5th<\/sup> Amendment, which prevents the Government from talking people\u2019s property without compensation. Most of the people who have decided they don\u2019t have to pay rent, (Therefore can be considered to be stealing the landlords livelihood), are fully capable of paying what they owe. As for \u201cFar Right Extremism,\u201d you are so far to the left that Mao, Stalin and Lenin look downright conservative.<\/p>\n

“There is no middle ground when it comes to fundamental rights and liberties,” said Rep. Mondaire Jones, D-N.Y. “There is only one way to take seriously the threat of the Supreme Court majority and protect millions of Americans. We must #ExpandTheCourt.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And it goes on and on. For decades, the Supreme Court would constantly rule to expand the power of the government and strip away the rights of the individual citizen. The 9th<\/sup> Circus Court of Appeals is by far the worst offender, many times going in direct opposition to the actual wording of the Constitution. They have the distinction of being the most overturned court in America. One of their recent decisions basically tore up the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment, stating that people do NOT have a right to bear arms. (FYI, bearing does not mean pointing anyone, it means carrying them)<\/p>\n

Thanks to the Greatest President in the 21st<\/sup> Century, we now have a majority of justices, (Excluding noted Uniparty spineless squish John Roberts), who actually read the constitution and understand that it means what it says. This is what is driving the Communazis nuts. If the Constitution is upheld, then their goal of totalitarian power is stopped cold. This is why these screaming moonbats are now saying they what to \u201cPack the court.\u201d<\/p>\n

One of the bill’s sponsors, Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., reiterated his call for legislation on Thursday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This Supreme Court abortion ruling cannot be the last word,” he tweeted. “Senate Democrats have the power to fix this problem right now by abolishing the filibuster and passing my legislation to expand the Supreme Court.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Markey is a scumbag. He has never had a real job in the \u201cDreaded Private Sector,\u201d other then driving an Ice Cream truck for a summer. (Probably why he’s “Besties” with Dementia Joe) He\u2019s always been in office or working for someone in political office. He is so out of touch with both the average American, and reality, that it isn\u2019t funny. He is one of the poster children for Term limits.<\/p>\n

His contempt for the Constitution is well demonstrated with his plans to put extremist hard left justices on the bench who will NOT rule per the laws of the land and the Constitution, but as a super legislature, utterly ignoring the Constitution. If they were to actually do this and their packed court started issuing ruling that fly in the face of the Constitution, a civil war would be unavoidable.<\/p>\n

I have no doubt that people like Alexandria Occasional-Cortex and Ed \u201cIce Cream Man\u201d Markey either aren\u2019t even considering this possibility, or they might actually welcome it. If the latter, these idiots might actually think they would win this time.<\/p>\n

They really need to sit down and consider that what they call an insurrection last January 6th<\/sup> was nothing of the kind. The next time, people will bring guns, there will be a heck of a lot more of them, and they will stomp the various city and federal police agencies into paste. If all this happens, (Hopefully it won\u2019t), the Democrat Party will be added to the ash heap of history, right along with other totalitarian regimes, The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Nazi Germany.<\/p>\n
