Good day all. There has been a lot of news coming out, what with the Maladministration of President Bumbles Dementia going full totalitarian and ordering everyone to get vaccinated<\/a>. Now he, or the people pulling his strings, have figured out that the thug they wanted to head up the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives wasn\u2019t going to get confirmed, and they pulled his nomination.<\/p>\n

The nominee for the post, David Chipman, has a long and storied history of complete and utter contempt for the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. (It\u2019s come out that he\u2019s not to thrilled with the 1st<\/sup> Amendment either) Had he been confirmed, there is little doubt we would have seen more and more raids against lawful citizens exercising their rights. He was fully on board with banning entire classes of guns and then confiscating them.<\/p>\n

Chipman did work for the BATF, and when he left he went to work for a number of militant gun control organizations as a paid lobbyist. These groups basically wanted all privately owned firearms banned and confiscated. (How they planned on doing that in the face of massive resistance was something they didn\u2019t worry about. \u201cFiddly bits\u201d was not their problem) Yesterday, (September 9th<\/sup>), the Maladministration threw in the towel and announced they were pulling his nomination. Here are the details from American Military News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Joe Biden plans to withdraw the controversial nomination of David Chipman for Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) following bipartisan backlash over Chipman\u2019s gun control advocacy, two people with knowledge of the decision told<\/a> the Washington Post on Thursday.<\/b><\/p>\n

It was surprising that a few Communazis reverted back to their old Democrat selves and hammered on Chipman and his plans to strip people of their guns. Of course, it may be that they were worried about Chipman\u2019s ideas that if you said anything negative about the government, you should be stripped of your rights, your guns and locked up.<\/p>\n

Since his nomination in April, lawmakers have voiced concern regarding Chipman\u2019s work as a paid lobbyist for Mayors Against Illegal Guns, a gun control advocacy group that later combined with Moms Demand Action to create \u201cthe largest anti-Second Amendment advocacy organization in the United States,\u201d Everytown for Gun Safety. <\/b><\/p>\n

Chipman also currently works as a senior policy advisor and paid lobbyist for Giffords: Courage to Fight Gun Violence, another gun-control advocacy group that went as far as filing an amicus brief claiming the Second Amendment doesn\u2019t protect Americans\u2019 right to keep and bear arms. <\/b><\/p>\n

Chipman\u2019s next major issue was showing up on Communist Chinese Television to push his ideas for suppressing the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment.<\/p>\n

In August, video resurfaced of Chipman appearing on Chinese state-run television<\/a> in 2012 to promote gun control efforts, which China may have used to aid its anti-U.S. propaganda efforts.<\/b><\/p>\n

That interview was right after the Sandyhook murders, where someone murdered his mother, stole her guns and shot up a school. What they don\u2019t talk about was some whackjob in China getting into a school and knifing 23 children before he was stopped.<\/p>\n

During his confirmation hearing in May before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Mr. Chipman\u00a0responded<\/a>\u00a0to Senator Ted Cruz\u2019s (R-TX) question on whether the nominee would support a ban on the AR-15, which Cruz referred to as \u201cone of \u2013 if not the \u2013 most popular rifle in America.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWith respect to the AR-15, I support a ban as it has been presented in a Senate bill and supported by the president,\u201d Chipman said. \u201cThe AR-15 is a gun I was issued on ATF\u2019s SWAT team. It\u2019s a particularly lethal weapon and regulating it as other particular lethal weapons I have advocated for.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The AR-15 is NOT what this thug was issued when he was acting as a BATF storm trooper. He was issued an M-16, which is a fully automatic rifle. It\u2019s also not as \u201cLethal\u201d as he claims. It fires a glorified .22 caliber bullet, and there have been many complaints by American soldiers that it just didn\u2019t get the job done. This is why they are investigating going to a larger caliber.<\/p>\n

During a Reddit \u201cAsk Me Anything\u201d (AMA) on gun violence in America in September 2019, Chipman expressed<\/a> his support of criminalizing private firearm sales, a proposal that could become reality after the House passed the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021 (H.R. 8), which expands federal background checks to private transfers.<\/b><\/p>\n

I haven\u2019t heard much about House Resolution 8, and I suspect it\u2019s died in the Senate. Of course, President Dementia, who is rapidly moving to full tyrant, is quite happy with then Stasi like qualities of his now former nominee.<\/p>\n

Despite the controversy surrounding Chipman, Joe Biden called him \u201cthe right person\u201d for the job during a speech on gun violence outside the White House earlier this year. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cDavid knows the ATF well.\u00a0 He served there for 25 years.\u00a0 And Vice President Harris and I believe he\u2019s the right person, at this moment, for this important agency,\u201d Biden\u00a0said<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, and setting fire to children and gloating over it on camera really helped him in the confirmation hearings.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019ve said before: My job, the job of any President, is to protect the American people,\u201d he added.\u00a0\u201cWhether Congress acts or not, I\u2019m going to use all the resources at my disposal as President to keep the American people safe from gun violence.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Even if it means sending out BATFE stormtroopers to crash doors and shoot anyone who resists his plans to \u201cMake America Safe for Progressive Totalitarians. The simple fact of the matter is that the American people have spoken on this subject, and they spoke with their wallets. Gun sales to first time buyers are running in the millions of people. I personally know someone who wants to learn how to use a firearm, (safely), as well as maintain it. (No one thinks about cleaning a gun. It\u2019s a dirty but necessary chore)<\/p>\n

Now we will have to wait to see who President Dementia\u2019s puppet masters will tell him to appoint to replace this failed nominee. I\u2019m sure it will be yet another militant anti-2nd<\/sup> Amendment who won\u2019t hesitate to do a repeat of Waco, Texas. We shall see. In the mean time, rejoice that one of Dementia Joe\u2019s \u201cChoices\u201d has been shown the door.<\/p>\n
