Good day all. The Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis have been using the Panicdemic as a tool to basically end the constitutional rights of the American people. With the lock-downs, the mask mandates, and now the orders issued by the meat puppet\u2019s string pullers, President Bumbles Dementia, mandating that businesses force their employees to get vaccinated, or else.<\/p>\n

The order from the maladministration directed OSHA to enforce Dementia Joe\u2019s order that everyone be vaccinated, whether they wanted to or not. If businesses didn\u2019t enforce the mandate, they would be subject to massive fines.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This has already led to mass terminations of workers from their jobs. To add to the tyranny, these workers are being denied unemployment benefits. They are being treated as having quit their jobs voluntarily. This is, a complete load of crap and there are already lawsuits underway regarding wrongful terminations.<\/p>\n

The original order was set to go into effect next year on January 4th<\/sup>. It was immediately challenged in court and a TRO, (Temporary Restraining Order), was issued while the case was heard. Dementia Joe, once again demonstrating his utter and complete contempt for the Rule of law and the Constitution, told everyone to ignore the court and proceed. Here are a few details on this from Fox Business News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

After a Gulf Coast federal appeals court ruled to temporarily halt an executive order from President Joe Biden that instructs OSHA to mandate most employers abide by a vaccination mandate or have their workers face termination, a White House spokeswoman urged businesses to essentially ignore the court and proceed with mandating their employees elect to the injection.<\/b><\/p>\n

The utter contempt for the Constitution, the Law, and the rights of the people by the Communazis and the maladministration is staggering. The recent elections were the Communazis were blown out in Virginia and humiliated in New Jersey should have given them pause. Instead, they are doubling down. The instructions, orders actually, to businesses to fire anyone who refuses to be jabbed was done under the idea that the maladministration would have the TRO canceled on appeal. In another story from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden administration is asking a federal court to lift an order that blocked its rule mandating that larger employers require workers to get COVID-19 vaccines or submit to regular testing. <\/b>The request, filed Monday, <\/b>(November 8<\/b>th<\/b><\/sup>),<\/b> comes after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor<\/a> of a group of businesses to halt the order, citing “grave statutory and constitutional issues.” The ruling put the mandate on hold until pending litigation could be heard. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not according to Dementia Joe and his handlers.<\/p>\n

But the administration claims<\/a> that the companies that won the emergency stay were not claiming a major prospect of harm from the rule until December, arguing that the court should allow the mandate<\/a> to proceed. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Accordingly, there is no need to address petitioners\u2019 stay motions now, and the Court should lift its administrative stay and allow this matter to proceed under the process that Congress set forth for judicial review of OSHA standards,” lawyers for the administration argued in a federal appeals court. <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, any review of the order should be handled by the OSHA judges, not the federal courts. Since OSHA is now owned by the Communazis, they will slow walk any reviews and then rule against business and the people. This is when the maladministration basically told businesses to ignore the court.<\/p>\n

“We think people should not wait,” White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said. “Do not wait to take actions that will keep your workplace safe. It is important and critical to do, and waiting to get more people vaccinated will lead to more outbreaks and sickness. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Department of Labor has a responsibility to keep workers safe and the legal authority to do so,” Jean-Pierre added.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is NOT about workplace safety, and OSHA\u2019s regulatory authority here is very questionable. This isn\u2019t about making sure a fire extinguisher is charged or a safety chain is in place. This is coercing people under threat of their jobs to comply with the orders of the government. Now the Appeals court has heard the demand from the maladministration that they lift the TRO, and they have told President Bumbles Dementia \u201cNo.\u201d Here are the details of this from The Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked Democrat President Joe Biden\u2019s coronavirus vaccine mandate in a ruling late on Friday, calling<\/a> it \u201cstaggeringly overbroad.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The three-judge panel in New Orleans ruled that Biden\u2019s mandate \u201cgrossly exceeds OSHA\u2019s statutory authority,\u201d writing that\u00a0\u201crather than a delicately handled scalpel, the Mandate is a one-size fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing on workers\u2019 varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly \u2018grave danger\u2019 the Mandate purports to address.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect, although I can\u2019t know this, that the judges have also been seeing just how badly the American People, heck, the entire world population, has been lied to regarding the Wuhan Flu. We have a criminal referral of \u201cThe Hero of the Left, Saint Doctor Anthony Fauci\u201d for lying under oath to Congress, and that the virus, even in it\u2019s engineered state, isn\u2019t really any more dangerous then any other cold and flu virus. Most people who catch it, are miserable for a week or so, then they get better. There is also the costs associated with turning businesses into arms of the Gestapo<\/i><\/span> OSHA enforcers.<\/p>\n

Judges Kurt D. Engelhardt, Edith H. Jones, and Stuart Kyle Duncan said that the mandate imposed financial burdens on businesses that could potentially violate the Constitution, writing, \u201cThe Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA\u2019s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Considering how many hospitals, medical centers and others dealing with the healthcare industry are on the verge of shutting down due to lack or personnel, (Forced out by misguided policies), adding on to it the crap that the maladministration wants to impose is going to further damage an already struggling economy.<\/p>\n

Immediately following the release of Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate last week, The Daily Wire was the first major company to file a lawsuit against the Biden administration, as the company noted in a report<\/a>\u00a0on Thursday:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lawsuit does not take a position on whether someone should receive the vaccine or not, only against Biden\u2019s mandate, announced earlier this year and unveiled on Thursday morning. The mandate applies to all companies with 100 or more employees and forces those businesses to police the vaccine status of their employees. The Daily Wire, with over 100 employees, falls under the mandate.<\/b><\/em> <\/b><\/p>\n

The Daily Wire\u2019s lawsuit seeks to overturn Biden\u2019s executive action, arguing that the order is unconstitutional and that the Biden administration violated federal law in drafting it.<\/b><\/em> <\/b><\/p>\n

Jeremy Boreing, co-founder and co-CEO of The Daily Wire, explained the company\u2019s decision, saying,\u00a0\u201cWe\u2019re not the enforcement arm of the federal government.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cForcing Americans to choose between their livelihoods and their freedom is a grotesque abuse of power and we won\u2019t be a party to it,\u201d Boreing added. \u201cWe will not incur the cost of implementing this testing regime. We will not incur the liability of inserting ourselves into the private health decisions and information of our employees. Our company was founded to stand against tyranny, and we will.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

So, basically, they\u2019re saying \u201cLet\u2019s Go Brandon\u201d to the maladministration. The Daily Wire isn\u2019t alone. Half the States are also refusing to comply with this and other dictatorial decrees by President Dementia, and millions of Americans are also saying \u201cLet\u2019s Go Brandon!\u201d to the mandates and are willing to be fired for refusing to take the experimental vaccines.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re also seeing push backs electorally. The recent election saw the Communazis locally getting hammered, and where they were able to hold on to their seats, it was a lot closer than anyone expected. This will probably end up at the Supreme Court, no matter how much Roberts would like to whiff on it. This is a fundamental case pitting the power of the government against the rights of the People. If the courts want to regain their credibility, then they are going to have to be very scholarly and review why the Constitution exists in the first place. It was written to restrict the government, not the people. Some judges get that.<\/p>\n
