Good day all. Lindsey Graham is once again showing people why he can never be trusted. Fresh off his demand that the capitol police open fire on unarmed protesters<\/a> last January 6th<\/sup>, comes more wonderful news from the spineless coward has backed every single judicial nominee put forward by Dementia Joe\u2019s handlers.<\/p>\n

When the Greatest president of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, took office, he had a list pf potential judges to appoint to the federal bench. These judges differed from the usual nominees in that they weren\u2019t swamp dwelling RINO weasels , ala Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.<\/p>\n

These judges actually read the constitution, the Bill of Rights and all the documents written by the authors and founders of the United States of America. They understood that the Constitution was meant to restrict the federal government and basically, means just what it says. It looks like a few duds may have gotten through, but, by and large, they have upheld the Rule of Law and the Constitution of the United States.<\/p>\n

This differs greatly from what we\u2019ve been getting for decades, which culminated with Barack Obama and the totalitarian trash he put on the bench. These judges, in general, believe that the Constitution is at best advisory. Usually we see these Obama Judges ignoring the plain letter of the Constitution completely, considering it to be an obsolete document written by white supremacist slave owners.<\/p>\n

During President Trump\u2019s tenure, we saw him reversing Obama\u2019s Executive orders. The Obama E.O.\u2019s have always been questionable, and many of them flat out illegal and unconstitutional. The problems arose when President Trump started reversing them. The Obama judges ignored pretty much the entire body of law and the Constitution and would issue nationwide orders saying that President Trump wasn\u2019t allowed to undo what Obama did.<\/p>\n

Of course, once the idiot rulings hit hit the Trump appellate judges and the supreme court, they were generally slapped down and in many cases, with a blunt object. Then came the Tainted Election and the installation of the worst president since James Buchanan, (And we still have three years left for Biden and\/or Harris to really screw things up even worse), Dementia Joe Biden, the Senile Pedophile. With Heels Up Harris generally providing the deciding vote in tie breakers, Bumbles Dementia has been matching the rate of President Trump, appointing judges who, if history is any guide, will make the Obama judges look like constitutional scholars.<\/p>\n

Normally, we would expect the Republican to try and mitigate the worst nominees, but it is very difficult when you have the TransRepublicans such as Mittens Romney and the ever so flexible, (It\u2019s easy to be flexible when you are a spineless weasel), Lindsey Graham. He\u2019s voted for every backed just about all of Poopypants Biden\u2019s nominees. Here are the detail from The Hill<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) went viral during the Trump administration, and bolstered his conservative cred, with a fiery defense of then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. But now, he is quietly emerging as one of the GOP’s most frequent supporters of President Biden’s judicial nominees. <\/b><\/p>\n

The evolution is the latest turn for the South Carolina Republican and former Judiciary Committee chair \u2014 regarded by his critics as a political chameleon but one known for his relationships with Democrats and willingness to shift within his own party. <\/b><\/p>\n

If there is one thing you can say about Lindsey Graham, it\u2019s that you can count on him to be a two-faced, backstabbing scumbag who is only interested in his own personal power and privileges. The last thing he cares about are the people who stupidly voted for him.<\/p>\n

Graham\u2019s support for Biden’s court picks comes even as he remains deeply enmeshed with both former President Trump<\/a> \u2014 touting his own judicial nominees \u2014 and faces a GOP base deeply antagonistic toward Biden and congressional Democrats. <\/b><\/p>\n

Graham has always been one to hold his finger up and see which way the wind is blowing. When Dementia Joe was installed as President, Graham couldn\u2019t get down on his knees fast enough and offer to tongue bath Biden\u2019s anus. When President Trump won and was sworn in, at first Graham held back and then saw just how much the Republican base, as opposed to the GOP(e) Neocons, supported him. He quickly became president Trump\u2019s biggest supporter, right up until the stolen election. Then he was back with the Uniparty, demanding that the capitol police gun down unarmed protesters<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe believes presidents who win the election get to appoint judges, subject obviously to extreme cases, and I think he\u2019s following through on it,\u201d said Russell Wheeler, a fellow with the Brookings Institution who studies judicial confirmations.<\/b><\/p>\n

And Graham is an idiot. His job is to vet the nominees, not just rubber stamp them. We\u2019re seeing just how bad the Obama judges are with regards to the Constitution. Most of them should never have been put on the bench. Graham has never been a leader. He is a stereotypical bootlicker. (Or in the case of Poopypants Biden, Ass licker)<\/p>\n

Graham has touted his willingness to support a president\u2019s judicial nominees even if he doesn\u2019t agree with their philosophy, noting he was one of nine GOP senators who voted for Justice Sonia Sotomayor<\/a>\u2019s Supreme Court nomination in 2009 and one of five who supported Elena Kagan<\/a> a year later.<\/b><\/p>\n

And those two have been complete disasters with regards to interpreting the Constitution.<\/p>\n

\u201cSenator Graham has long believed that under the Constitution the president has the right to select judges of their choosing and as long as they are qualified, they should generally be confirmed by the Senate,\u201d Graham\u2019s office said in a statement.<\/b><\/p>\n

Does this idiot even understand the concept of \u201cAdvice and Consent\u201d that is part of the duties of a member of the United States Senate? Who am I kidding? Of course he doesn\u2019t. There are times when a president will nominate someone who is nothing more than a crony who\u2019s job will be to protect the policies of that president. (Mostly Democrats, but on occasion, Republicans. See Harriet Miers) In many cases, this is the only reason the Obama judges were confirmed by the Senate, then under the control of the Democrats.<\/p>\n

Graham\u2019s support for Biden\u2019s other judicial nominees makes him increasingly an outlier within the Senate GOP caucus, where only Sens. Susan Collins<\/a> (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski<\/a> (R-Alaska), two well-known moderates, vote for Biden\u2019s judicial nominees on the Senate floor with roughly the same frequency. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh yes, the RINO sisters. Those two can always be counted on to vote with the Democratic Communazis. Collins may be safe for now, but it looks like this is the end game for Murkowski. She\u2019s managed to enrage pretty much everyone in the Alaskan Republican Party…again. She\u2019s probably going to lose the primary, again, but this time there won\u2019t be enough write in votes to save her this time.<\/p>\n

As for Lindseed Grahamnesty, he managed to con his way back into office in in 2020. I gather the Deep State decided he was worth saving, so they didn\u2019t hand the election to the Communazi candidate. Granted, since this is South Carolina, it may have been rather difficult to rig that election. Still, there is some hope that in 2022 the midterms will be an electoral massacre of the Communazis, RINO\u2019s and TransRepublicans.<\/p>\n

Then some real, read blooded Americans can come in and lay down the law. (That would be kicking Graham off the important committees) This may be a forlorn hope, but you never know. As it is, the citizens of South Carolina need to start holding that useless git\u2019s feet to the fire and start asking him some very tough and pointed questions. Perhaps they can force him to resign from office and seek new opportunities in management in some Charleston Fabric Store.<\/p>\n
