Good day all. New York is rapidly sinking into a totalitarian dystopia right out of a bad movie. The Governor recently ordered everyone to wear masks again and was flat out ignored. No one would wear them, business wouldn’t act as “Mask police” and the real police told her to go hump a road cone.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now the state legislature is putting together a bill that will strip the rights from anyone they deem a \u201cHealth threat.\u201d Here are the details from the National Pulse<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

I<\/b>n the next legislative session beginning January 5th, 2022, the New York Senate and Assembly could vote on a bill<\/a> that would grant permissions to remove and detain cases, contacts, carriers, or anyone suspected of presenting a \u201csignificant threat to public health\u201d and remove them from public life on an indefinite basis.<\/b><\/p>\n

Insert something, oh really burning constitution?<\/p>\n

Bill A416 presents a serious risk to the basic liberties of all Americans in the state of New York, including their right to choose whether or not to receive medical treatment and vaccinations related to thus far undetermined contagious diseases. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The bill gives the Governor of New York, his or her delegates \u2013 including but not limited to the commissioner and heads of local health departments \u2013 the right to remove and detain any individuals or groups of people through issuing a single order. The orders only have to include the individual\u2019s name(s) or \u201creasonably specific descriptions of the individuals or groups.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh that is going to be fun to try. They\u2019re doing this in Australia and it\u2019s causing real issues. People are literally being put into concentration camps and there have been escapes. Those break out are treated as convicted criminals even though they have not been convicted of any crimes. Try that here and there will be real resistance.<\/p>\n

The department can decide to hold a person or group of people in a medical facility or any other they deem appropriate. The language is purposefully vague. <\/b><\/p>\n

That means concentration camps and prisons.<\/p>\n

Though the bill attempts to state that no one shall be held for more than 60 days, the language allows for court orders to waive this maximum detention time. After 60 days, the court is allowed an additional 90 days to consider the detention of an individual, a cycle that can last indefinitely per the opinion of the department. <\/b><\/p>\n

Congratulations! You have well and truly entered the Fascist Totalitarian Zone. Would you like some cookies to go with your guard towers, attack dogs and razor wire?<\/p>\n

It goes on to state that the Bill will \u201crequire an individual who has been exposed to or infected by a contagious disease to complete an appropriate, prescribed course of treatment, preventive medication or vaccination,\u201d essentially giving the government the right to detain anyone they want and forcibly vaccinate them<\/b>.<\/p>\n

As the language of the bill refers to individuals or groups who \u201cpotentially\u201d pose a threat, the bill is a preemptive strike against anyone the department believes has the capacity to \u201cpose a threat in the future, such as those refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, they\u2019re going to do a general round up? I doubt they will be stuffed into box cars. The rail lines aren\u2019t that extensive in New York. It will probably be Tractor-Trailer rigs and they will stuff people into the trailers. I wonder if they will also vent the exhaust from the engines into the trailers? I know another political party that did this to people they deemed \u201cUndesirable.\u201d<\/p>\n

The bill has received an overwhelmingly negative response on the NY Senate website<\/a>. Commenters have stated that, \u201cthis is disturbing and sets up a terrible precedent for future law. The governor can basically detain whoever [he\/she] likes on the basis of scanty evidence. This is un-American. It reminiscent of the Soviet Union locking up political opponents on the basis that they were \u201cmentally unstable\u201d. We CANNOT allow this in our state.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Nice of you to notice. Now the question you need to ask is if that female Hitler, Govno Katy Hochul, is in favor of or opposed to this bill? She should be asked point blank if she would sign it if it arrived on her desk. My guess is, considering her history since she successfully deposed former Govno Andrew \u201cFlaming\u201d Cuomo, that she would.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a violation of fundamental human rights. The government should be working for the people, not locking them up without cause.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Now that\u2019s funny! New York is a Blue State and is run by the Democratic Communazi Party. Their contempt for the rights of anyone who doesn\u2019t bend a knee to them is vast and deep.<\/p>\n

Others have noted the similarities between this bill and the Australian response to COVID-19. Australia has built a number of COVID \u201cquarantine facilities<\/a>\u201d that can hold 1000s of people at any given time. <\/b><\/p>\n

I mentioned that earlier. There is one major fly in the ointment. Americans are not Australians. The Aussies stupidly gave up their guns, and have a standard Eurotrash mindset. That mindset is that the government is always right and that people have to follow the governments orders, no matter what.<\/p>\n

Americans are the opposite, although there are a number of morons in \u201cCenters of Higher Indoctrination\u201d who have developed the same mindset. In Northern New York though, they tend to be far more rural and conservative. They also have lots of guns, and many of them are not the .223 semi-automatic BB guns that make Progressives soil themselves. We\u2019re talking guns that can drop a bear at 500 yards and people who have no problem making that shot. If this bill becomes law and they try a Nazi style round up, there will be bloodshed.<\/p>\n

The good news is that it\u2019s highly unlikely for this bill to pass, never mind end up on Govno Hochul\u2019s desk. Even if that Communazi thundercunt did sign it into law, it would be challenged and thrown out as a violation of almost the entire Constitution.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve looked at the bill and it states that it was submitted by M. of A. PERRY. I have no idea who that is, although it appears to be one Nick Perry of the 58th<\/sup> District. If so, he needs to be removed from his seat. However it looks like he is one of the \u201cRuling Elite, and unless he\u2019s been pawing 13 year old girls, he\u2019s probably safe until they carry him out feet first. New York is rotten to the core and it\u2019s bills like this that make real Americans want to saw the state off the continent and ship it to Europe.<\/p>\n
