Good day all. As of this moment, it looks like the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis are going to have their proverbial heads handed to them in the 2022 midterm elections. This will mean that both the Senate and House will flip back to the Republicans.<\/p>\n

What is even worse, from the progressives point of view, is that a fair number of these people will be MAGA hat wearing, Trump supporting deplorables.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is something that, in what passes for their brains, will not pass muster. If, as expected, there is a virtual slaughter at the polls, the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, (Formally the Democrat Party), intends to go to their pet judges and have the GOP winners prevented from taking their seats. Here are the details from Blaze Media<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Marc Elias, one of the most prominent Democratic lawyers in the country, is predicting<\/a> that Democrats will attempt to prevent some duly-elected Republican House members from serving, and that they may even attempt to file litigation to prevent some Republican members from serving. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As we always say, if the Communazis can\u2019t win honestly, they will cheat. I am interested in just what they plan to bring before a judge. (Probably an Obama judge too)<\/p>\n

Elias served as the general counsel for the failed Democratic presidential campaigns of both John Kerry in 2004 and Hillary Clinton in 2016. He is a former partner at Perkins Coie, the Democrat-aligned law firm that was heavily tied to the now-discredited Steele memo that served as a pretext much of the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s connections with the Russian government. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Oh this guy is a real prince. Just from that resume alone, he should be cooling his heels in a nice, uncomfortable supermax prison.<\/p>\n

His prediction, therefore, is more than idle speculation, and may in fact be a trial balloon for an actual Democratic strategy. <\/b><\/p>\n

We need to shoot that trial balloon down in flames, with live ammo.<\/p>\n

On Twitter earlier this week, Elias said, “My prediction for 2022: Before the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress. We may even see litigation.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Section 3 of the 14th<\/sup> Amendment? Let me take a look and see what that is all about.<\/p>\n

Section 3<\/b><\/i>.<\/b> No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. <\/b><\/p>\n

Section 3 of the 14th Amendme<\/a>nt, which was passed during the post-Civil War reconstruction period, was designed to prevent officeholders under the former Confederate States of America from serving in the United States Congress. It states that, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress… who…. shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against [the United States].”<\/b><\/p>\n

Well that makes sense. The Democrats back then decided to secede from the union, and then did something really stupid. They opened fire on Fort Sumter. So how is this apply to the coming election blowout in 2022?<\/p>\n

Elias’ tweet seems to imply that Democrats may attempt to remove Republicans from their seats on the basis of having supported the riots on January 6th, during which pro-Trump protesters stormed the Capitol in an attempt to prevent the certification of the Electoral College vote. <\/b><\/p>\n

That protest was not an insurrection. If it were an actual insurrection, it would have been thousands of people moving into the Capitol and they would have been armed to the teeth. Shortly thereafter, the surviving capitol police would be running for their lives and members of congress would be decorating lamp posts. That is how an insurrection actually works.<\/p>\n

What actually happened is a few hundred people got into the capitol, were unarmed, and with few exceptions, pretty much acted just like tourists. The only shots fired were the ones that one of the thugs calling themselves police fired into an unarmed woman, killing her. It\u2019s already been determined that there was no coordination, no plans and as of late, a lot of people looking at the FBI as instigators of this.<\/p>\n

The tweet by Elias, as expected, garnered many responses. One, from Dan Gainor, pretty much summed up what the Democrats attitude is to the election.<\/p>\n

Marc is admitting Dems can’t win the election. So now he wants to cheat. Democrats are the real insurrectionists. Just like last time. <\/b><\/p>\n

I looked at the Dan Gainor\u2019s twitter feed on this subject. A few moonbats came in and, of course, said it was an insurrection. However, when others pointed out little things like the protesters talking to the police, how the police let them in, and everyone taking selfies, those people went away.<\/p>\n

However, the idea that the Communazis would try to use Section 3 of the 14th<\/sup> Amendment is not new. They\u2019ve been looking at trying to get Lauren Boebert thrown out of the house, claiming that she was working hand in glove with the \u201cInsurrectionists.\u201d The House January 6th<\/sup> committee has been abusing their authority to get President Trump\u2019s supporters, and recently let slip that they are trying to get President Trump arrested.<\/p>\n

This is the mentality of the Democrat Party. Do whatever it takes to gain, maintain and increase the power of the Democrat party. The problem with this is that if, by some miracle, they do prevent the Republicans from taking their seats, the insurrection they\u2019ve been claiming will actually start. This might be something these idiots actually want to happen, thinking that they will win. They won\u2019t of course, and in the end, it will be the Democrat party that is declared the insurrectionists and the survivors banned from holding any office.<\/p>\n

Of course, this is way out there stuff, and a long way from even potentially happening. First, we have to have a fair and honest midterm election. Then, once the Democrats and a few of their RINO Uniparty friends are crushed at the polls, then moonbats like Marc Elias will have to go into court and convince a judge to do something incredibly dumb. Even Obama judges will hesitate at trying to overturn an election on something as bogus as this. Still, we must thank Marc Elias for giving us the heads up that the Democratic Communazis are getting their cheating machine serviced. Now we can keep an even closer eye on them.<\/p>\n
