Good day all. Have any of you ever heard of Dr. Robert Malone? If not, then you are not alone. Dr. Malone was instrumental in developing the mRNA tech being used in dealing with the Fauci bought and paid for China virus. He is also critical in regards to all the mandates and regulations regarding the Wuhan Flu.<\/p>\n

For this, Big Tech, in the guise of Twitler, has censored what he has to say, banned him and declared him a non-person. Here are some of the details from <\/b>the Epoch Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Dr. Robert Malone, a key contributor to mRNA<\/a> vaccine technology and an outspoken critic of COVID-19 mandates and rules, was suspended by Twitter<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Writing on his Substack page, Malone, who had massed more than 500,000 followers,\u00a0confirmed<\/a>\u00a0that his account was \u201cpermanently suspended from Twitter\u201d and said, \u201cWe all knew it would happen eventually.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOver a half million followers gone in a blink of an eye. That means I must have been on the mark, so to speak,\u201d he wrote on Dec. 29. \u201cOver the target. It also means we lost a critical component in our fight to stop these vaccines being mandated for children and to stop the corruption in our governments, as well as the medical-industrial complex and pharmaceutical industries.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Apparently, the highly trained medical experts employed by Twitler, (OK, you can stop laughing now), took exception to allowing someone who is an actual expert in the field he is writing about not toeing the totalitarian Communazi line that anyone who doesn\u2019t get vaxxed should be rounded up and sent to concentration camps. (Ok, a bit over the top, but looking at Australia, not that much)<\/p>\n

The San Francisco-based social media firm hasn\u2019t issued a public comment yet on why it suspended Malone\u2019s account, or specifically what post drew the company\u2019s ire. Twitter has not responded to a request by The Epoch Times for comment by press time. <\/b><\/p>\n

Nor will they. Big Tech has and will ban people for any reason and good luck getting them to tell you why. There is someone on Faceplant who is regularly banned, sometimes for things he posted years ago. He has set up several alternate profiles that he usually rotates through.<\/p>\n

As one is banned, he moves on to the next until the original profile\u2019s ban is released from the Zuckbook supermax. He found out that he has an actual enemy in Faceplant who will push the ban button for any reason. This is obviously an abuse, but then Big Tech is full of pointy headed Progressive Liberal Whiny Soy Boys and Karens who are easily offended by things like free speech or the weather. I won\u2019t name this person without his permission of course.<\/p>\n

Malone told The Epoch Times on Wednesday evening that Twitter provided him with no advance notice before it handed down the suspension. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past year, I have had a few notices from Twitter that there was a complaint about a post but that no action was taken,\u201d he said. \u201cI received no warning prior to the banning.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

That usually means it\u2019s political, not because of anything like posting obscene images of pedophiles doing criminal pedolike things. (Twitter probably gives those a pass for…reasons) As for why Dr. Malone was banned? He was able to get a screen shot.<\/p>\n

Malone provided the Epoch Times with a screenshot with text from Twitter that reads,\u00a0 \u201cSpecifically, for: Violating our policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19. You may not use Twitter\u2019s services to share false or misleading information about COVID-19 which may lead to harm.\u201d The platform didn\u2019t appear to elaborate further. <\/b><\/p>\n

If there is ANYONE who knows more about the China Virus, other then those who arranged to have it created, (cough Fauci cough), he or she probably agrees with Dr. Malone but has been keeping quiet for fear of deplatforming and job\/credential loss.<\/p>\n

In an interview with The Epoch Times<\/a> earlier this year, Malone said that the immunity conferred by a previous COVID-19 infection is superior to that conferred by the COVID-19 vaccines. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not according to the Centers for Disease Control and Dr. Fascist Fauci. They won\u2019t even talk about it because it might interfere with their drive to inject questionable medications into people.<\/p>\n

People are \u201cfaced with a situation where they had been told that natural immunity was not as protective, that they can\u2019t rely on that; that if you\u2019ve been previously infected, you should still get both doses of vaccine; that this vaccination would provide broad durable protection, it would protect you and it would protect your elders from you potentially spreading disease to them,\u201d he said during the interview,<\/a>\u00a0which was published in September.<\/b><\/p>\n

I was faced with this problem. I believe I contracted the Wuhan Flu early on. I was sick as a dog for a couple of weeks with most of the usual symptoms. (I didn\u2019t lose my sense of taste or smell) When Show Who Must Be Obeyed contracted the virus, she has the exact same symptoms as I did. I had myself tested of course and it came back negative, as I expected it to.<\/p>\n

Twitter has drawn the ire of free speech advocates and Republicans after banning high-profile individuals, including former President Donald Trump. Another prominent critic of COVID-19 mandates, former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson, filed a lawsuit against Twitter earlier this month over its ban of his account months earlier. <\/b><\/p>\n

Berenson, who also operates a Substack page<\/a>,\u00a0alleged<\/a> Twitter\u2019s permanent suspension from the social media platform violated the First Amendment to the U.S.\u00a0Constitution as well as laws in California.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

I can\u2019t speak to the laws in Kalifornistan, however there is a caveat on the 1st<\/sup> Amendment issue. It the subsection of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, specifically the sections regarding being a publisher and a carrier. A publisher could be held responsible for what is published on their site. A carrier is simply acting as a pass through and does not exercise any control over the content, save that which is obviously illegal. (Kiddie porn for instance)<\/p>\n

All the Big Tech platforms claim they are simply common carriers and not publishers, however they also claim that their sites are private entities and they can do what they want. That is the gist of the matter. Big Tech, such as Faceplant and Twitler are trying to have it both ways. This really hasn\u2019t been adjudicated yet, and there is talk in congress of removing that section from the Act. Kalifornistan is a different matter of course.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwitter is indisputably a messenger service. A longstanding California law regulates messenger services as \u2018common carriers.\u2019 This means that they must accept all messages they receive. Twitter thus must accept all tweets it receives. It has no First Amendment rights to refuse them on the basis that it does not agree with them,\u201d Berenson wrote on his page on Dec. 21. <\/b><\/p>\n

I flat out can\u2019t comment on that claim. I simply do not have the legal chops to do so. It will be interesting to see how it goes though. On the other hand, Both Dr. Malone and Mr. Berenson might want to look at moving to the new Social Media platforms that have come online as a direct response to Big Tech\u2019s goal of complete control of what people see. That would be sites like Gab, Parlor GETTR and MeWe.<\/p>\n

These sites have been growing exponentially as people, primarily conservatives, get pushed off the older platforms for having \u201cWrong think.\u201d Parler is such a threat to Twitler that Twitler, Goolag and Amazon conspired to kick them off the Amazon Web Services platform in an attempt to kill them off. I wrote about that earlier this year, and Parler was able to find a new platform, and rewrite their code. (AWS is designed to trap web sites to their platform with specialized coding)<\/p>\n

Eventually, there is going to be a reckoning, and the old line Big Tech platforms are going to get hammered in ways we haven\u2019t seen since the original \u2018Trust Busters<\/a>\u201d went after the old monopolies back in the late 19th<\/sup> and early 20th<\/sup> centuries. Just like the Trusts of old, Big Tech has a good chunk of the Congress in their pockets. However, people like Mark Zuckerberg have made such complete asses of themselves, that those congresscritters are turning on them. Taking down someone who is probably THE expert on mRNA for political reasons is going to bite Twitler right on the butt.<\/p>\n
