Good day all. One of the things that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, did was appoint a large number of federal judges who actually follow the Constitution. This is a far cry from the losers the prior administration appointed, who have collectively become known as the \u201cObama Judges.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Obama judges, with few exceptions, have ignored the separation of powers, the law and the Constitution of the United States. When President Trump started reversing all the illegal Obama Executive Orders, the Obama judges got in the way and usurped authority they didn\u2019t have. Almost all of their rulings were overturned, with many slap downs coming from the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

Now we have the worst president since James Buchanan appointing judges, and he\u2019s returning to the Obama level of selection. Appointing those who will put politics first and tear up the constitution. The worst nominee to date is currently moving through the confirmation process. Here are the details of how bad she is from the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A left-wing activist with ties to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) nominated by President Joe Biden to be a federal judge has argued photo ID and proof of citizenship constitute \u201cvoter suppression.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Nancy Gbana Abudu, the deputy legal director at SPLC, was picked by Biden in December to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The 11th Circuit covers parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The vacancy came about upon the retirement of Judge Beverly B. Martin \u2014 a President Barack Obama appointee.<\/b><\/p>\n

So President Meat Puppet\u2019s string pullers have decided to replace a bad judge with an even worse one, and one who will be ruling on laws designed to secure the elections and insure that only those who are legally entitled to vote actually do so. That she is also a director at the Southern Law and Poverty Center alone should disqualify her. I won\u2019t even bother with the ACLU.<\/p>\n

In a 2011 interview<\/a> dug up by The Daily Wire, Abudu asserted that \u201c95 percent\u201d of her work with the ACLU at the time involved \u201cvoting rights.\u201d She notably said \u201cphoto ID\u201d and \u201cproof of citizenship,\u201d two long-established requirements to vote, are indicative of \u201cvoter suppression:\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Abudu said her \u201cbiggest concern\u201d as an ACLU attorney \u201cregarding voter suppression\u201d was states \u201cpassing laws requiring voters to have photo IDs.\u201d She slammed South Carolina for not permitting students to show campus IDs to vote, calling it \u201crestrictive.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Campus ID\u2019s are not considered valid ID\u2019s. Try using one to get into a bar or buy beer at a store. The clerk will refuse service. Another reason is voter fraud. You can’t use one to get on a commercial flight or enter a government building. There are documented cases, (With criminal convictions), of students voting in the state they are attending school and also in their home states. Allowing the use of a bogus \u201cCampus ID\u201d instead of an actual ID indicates to me that securing the ballots and making sure that elections are honest isn\u2019t even on this cow\u2019s radar.<\/p>\n

The Biden nominee has continued to argue that various voting requirements are discriminatory. In August<\/a>, Abudu called on the Senate to pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act \u2014 H.R. 4 \u2014 in order \u201cto protect the future of American democracy.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAs HR 4 moves to the Senate, some senators have already committed to doing everything in their power to oppose the bill \u2013 up to and including leveraging a legislative tool popular with pro-Jim Crow senators of the past \u2013 to prevent its passage and to further erode the fundamental right to vote,\u201d Abudu wrote, likening Republicans today to Democrats who upheld laws that discriminated against minorities in the past. <\/b><\/p>\n

This bill, rather than protect the ballots, insure election integrity and upholding the rights of people legally entitled to vote, is designed to do just the opposite. It strips the authority of the states to run elections, as they are entitled to under the Constitution, and completely destroys voting and election integrity. Many of the new laws being put in place are designed to address all the issues we saw with the Tainted Election of 2020. By and large, it\u2019s Progressives, Liberals and Democrats, (But I\u2019m repeating myself), who are opposed to protecting election and voting integrity. (Generally due to cheating being the only way they can win elections)<\/p>\n

In a thematically-similar<\/a> March 2021 writing, Abudu likened efforts by lawmakers to protect election security to efforts to suppress black voters in the 1960s. She slammed Georgia for its \u201cElection Integrity Act of 2021,\u201d which mandates voter ID for mail-in ballots, halts absentee ballot acceptance within 11 days of an election, and restricts third parties from handing out gifts to voters at polling places, among<\/a> other provisions. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, basically, she supports all the things that Democrats have been using for centuries to buy votes and rig elections. Handing out gifts at the polls is considered vote buying and has been illegal for a long time. Of course, it used to be cash. These days it will be little things like food, cellphones, gift cards, etc.<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s judicial pick for the 11th Circuit aligns with the administration\u2019s opposition to election security measures. Upon the signing of the Georgia bill by GOP Gov. Brian Kemp, for instance, the president called<\/a> it \u201cJim Crow in the 21st century.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

There was a small problem with that statement. The new law is actually less restrictive then the election laws in President Bumbles Dementia\u2019s home state of Delaware. In fact voter turnout increased after the new law went into affect.<\/p>\n

In a statement to The Daily Wire, the Republican National Committee (RNC) said voter turnout actually went up in Georgia following the bill, revealing it is not restrictive. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cTurnout in Atlanta\u2019s 2021 municipal elections rose by 17 percent compared to 2017 following the passage of Georgia\u2019s recent election integrity legislation \u2014 clear proof that Democrats are lying about election integrity for political gain,\u201d spokesman Gates McGavick said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Abudu echoed<\/a> the administration\u2019s \u201cJim Crow\u201d sentiment in a June 2020 article. She claimed America is a \u201cseparate and unequal society\u201d and that the criminal justice system \u201cruin[s] people\u2019s lives forever.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Well, the criminal justice does tend to ruin the lives of convicted felons. Of course, most of them don\u2019t bother to vote anyway. I do believe that once the sentence has been completed, there should be a means to restore that person\u2019s rights, but that is something for another day. In the mean time, the best way to not lose your rights is don\u2019t commit crimes.<\/p>\n

She also said laws barring convicted felons from voting are similar to slavery.<\/b><\/p>\n

When you add laws that prohibit people with a criminal conviction from voting, it\u2019s practically the same system as during slavery \u2013 Black people who have lost their freedom and cannot vote. And without access to the ballot, a victim of the system cannot elect the very officials pulling the levers to hire the police, determine which cases are prosecuted and what sentences are imposed.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Perhaps this moonbat might want to reread the 14th<\/sup> Amendment, specifically Section 1.<\/p>\n

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; <\/b>nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law<\/b><\/i>; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.<\/b><\/p>\n

The section that Yaba Daba Abudu needs to review states that: No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. A person who has been convicted of a felony has gone through and received the due process of law.<\/p>\n

If you really want to get nitpicky, (And I do, I do), you could say that both illegal aliens and lawful resident aliens aren\u2019t, in fact, protected at all. Of course, I fully agree that a lawful resident alien, or any individual who has lawfully entered the United States has the same legal protections as any citizen when it comes to trials and such. For illegals? Yeah, they have basically only one right. To be speedily ejected from the United States.<\/p>\n

Ilya Shapiro, vice president of the Cato Institute and director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, told The Daily Wire he thinks Biden has been focused on harnessing the power of the executive branch for \u201cnon-traditional\u201d progressive ends, including for judgeships. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cBiden has focused not only on checking demographic boxes, however, but on nominating public defenders, activists, and others with backgrounds considered \u2018non-traditional\u2019 for federal judges,\u201d said Shapiro. \u201cIt\u2019s good to add different perspectives to the bench, but it also means that many of these nominees are more progressive and ideological than previous Democratic picks.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And that is a problem. It\u2019s also why we keep hearing the Progressive Communazis demanding that the number of Supreme Court justices be increased, and that the new justices basically ignore the Constitution in favor of the Progressive, (Socialist Totalitarian), view of America. In other words, tear up everything that this country stands for.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s patently obvious that this nitwit is utterly unfit to be on the bench. I hope that the committee members who are doing the confirmation reviews really start hammering her on her views. They might try asking her actual questions regarding sections of the Constitution. Putting her on the bench would be a disaster. She will be far worse than any Obama judge with her racist outlook and utter contempt for the Constitution of the United States.<\/p>\n

If enough senators actually review her writings and comments, then she will not be confirmed. You can expect the Communazis in the Senate to back her no matter what. All it will take is to peel off one or two Democrats and her nomination is a dead letter. Of course, we also have to deal with the most useless Republican in the Senate. That moron hasn\u2019t opposed a single judge put up by Dementia Joe. He has actually stated that presidents should be allowed to put whoever they want on the bench.<\/p>\n

That idiot, along with the other TransRepublicans, needs to go sooner rather than later. With his help, Yaba Daba Abudu might just get on the bench, and she has already indicated that she will do whatever it takes to suppress States Rights and make sure that only the Democratic Communazis ever win elections.<\/p>\n
