Good day all. The Maladministration of President Joe \u201cBumbles Dementia\u201d Biden is being seen as one of the most Fascistic administrations since Franklin Delano Roosevelt\u2019s, albeit, completely incompetent. One of the things Dementia Joe\u2019s handlers have done is issue mandates ordering people to wear masks and get injected with the seemingly ineffective Covid-19 vaccines.<\/p>\n

This has led to numerous court challenges, and they have not been going President Dementia\u2019s way. The latest is from Texas where a federal judge ordered a halt to the Idiot\u2019s latest mandates. Here are the details from the Post Millennial<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Texas leaders on Friday scored a massive victory against the Biden administration\u2019s mask and vaccine mandates after a judge in the US District Court – Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division, ruled for a halt in the conditions for funding for Head Start programs, which is ostensibly designed to provide education-related services to low-income children. <\/b><\/p>\n

Apparently, the maladministration had hidden deep in the Head Start program was an order that everyone on staff was to be vaxxed and all children would be masked. Once this was discovered, Texas went to court to put a stop to this tyranny.<\/p>\n

Per the ruling, Texas leaders including Gov. Greg Abbott argue that the Act \u201cdoes not authorise such mandates, that irreparable injury would result from them that [the Department of Health and Human Services] failed to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act in adopting the conditions, and that the mandates violate various Constitutional doctrines.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The court agreed with these arguments, finding that there is a likelihood the mandates do not fit within the Head Start Act\u2019s authorisation and that the mandates are \u201carbitrary and capricious,\u201d so it has preliminary enjoined their enforcement across Texas. <\/b><\/p>\n

Both Governor Abbott and the State Attorney General, Ken Paxton took victory laps. It hasn\u2019t ended with Texas. Another Federal Judge in Louisiana has also ruled that the mandates are unconstitutional. Here are some of those details from the Journal Gazette<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Joe Biden cannot require teachers in the Head Start early education program to be vaccinated against COVID-19, a Louisiana federal judge has ruled, handing a victory to 24 states \u2013 including Indiana \u2013 that had sued the federal government. <\/b><\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty wrote that the Biden administration unlawfully bypassed Congress when ordering that workers in Head Start programs be vaccinated by Jan. 31 and that students 2 years or older be masked when indoors or when in close contact outdoors.<\/b><\/p>\n

Doughty, an appointee of then-President Donald Trump, wrote that the separation of powers is crucial to the country’s founding and quoted former President Ronald Reagan, who said \u201cthe nine most terrifying words in the English language are, ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIf the executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make laws, then this country is no longer a democracy \u2013 it is a monarchy,\u201d Doughty wrote in the opinion, which was released Saturday. <\/b><\/p>\n

With few exceptions, his selections to the federal bench have been instrumental in restoring the constitutional government that Washington wants to see abolished.<\/p>\n

There is no word yet on whether or not the Bumbles Dementia Maladministration will appeal this to the Supreme Court, (I think that\u2019s the next level), however, if they do, given the current makeup of the court, it\u2019s very likely that Dementia Joe Biden\u2019s style of \u201cRule by Decree\u201d is going to be hammered down and hard.<\/p>\n
