Good day all. This has basically been a standing headline since 2016 when the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, destroyed the Deep State\u2019s preferred candidates, RINO Jeb \u201cPlease Clap\u201d Bush and Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton.<\/p>\n

So enraged at this \u201cupstart\u201d for daring to actually win the election and keep his promises to the American People that they began what amounted to a coup to get him. This led to two impeachments by the Democratic Communazis of fake charges. They\u2019ve also accused President Trump of instigating the January 6th<\/sup> riot and have used that to go after anyone who supports President Trump.<\/p>\n

This led to the so called \u201cJanuary 6th<\/sup> Select committee\u201d that is \u201cInvestigating\u201d what happened. The committee is nothing more then a star chamber and very questionable regarding it\u2019s constitutionality. This hasn\u2019t stopped the Communazis and their pet Uniparty RINO\u2019s from trying anything to keep President Trump from running again in 2024. Now they are trying to use something that was implemented after the Civil War. (Which the Democrats started). Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A handful of congressional Democrats are investigating whether former President Donald Trump can be prevented from holding elected office again through the application of an obscure portion of the 14th Amendment. <\/b><\/p>\n

Section 3 of the amendment<\/a>, enacted in 1868 and best known for enshrining the Equal Protection Clause, prevents any government official who \u201cengaged in insurrection or rebellion\u201d against the US from holding office again.<\/b><\/p>\n

For the record, here is the text from Section 3:<\/p>\n

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability<\/b><\/i>.<\/p>\n

In the year since the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, a handful of Democrats, constitutional scholars and pro-democracy advocates have been quietly exploring how a post-Civil War amendment to the Constitution might be used to disqualify former President Trump<\/a> from holding office again.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Calls for Congress to take steps to strip Trump of his eligibility, which reached a crescendo in the aftermath of the Jan. 6 riot, have since decreased. But those who remain engaged on the issue say discussions about applying Section 3 of the 14th Amendment have been ongoing. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIf anything, the idea has waxed and waned,\u201d said Laurence Tribe, a constitutional expert at Harvard Law School. \u201cI hear it being raised with considerable frequency these days both by media commentators and by members of Congress and their staffs, some of whom have sought my advice on how to implement Section 3.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Laurence \u201cLost\u201d Tribe, is an idiot, to put it mildly. He is a classic ivory tower intellectual with minimal connection to the real world. Obviously, I have no idea how he responded to the requests from the Moonbats on how they could implement Section 3. If he is in any way an actual scholar of the Constitution, (Which, despite his claims, doesn\u2019t appear to be the case), he would have told them to drop the idea. Of course, the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis have never been known to take a hint.<\/p>\n

An analysis by The Hill found that around a dozen Democratic lawmakers have spoken either publicly or privately over the last year about how Section 3 of the 14th Amendment might apply to those who engaged in insurrection on Jan. 6.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

As you can see, The Hill is one of the progressive propaganda organizations that is wedded to the idea that the few hundred people, most of whom were let into the Capitol by the police, was an attempted insurrection. It wasn\u2019t of course. There is a lot of things in the background about what happened that is being actively covered…up by the House Star Chamber and the MSM. That is being covered elsewhere.<\/p>\n

Among those whose offices have spoken recently with Tribe are Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), who sits on the Jan. 6 House Select Committee; Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), who chairs the powerful House Judiciary Committee; and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.). <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI continue to explore all legal paths to ensure that the people who tried to subvert our democracy are not in charge of it,\u201d Wasserman Schultz told The Hill. <\/b><\/p>\n

This is the same Wasserman Schultz who helped rig the 2016 primaries in favor of Felonia von Pantsuit against Comrade Bernie Sanders, and who also hired a spy ring that had access to the House computer network. No Nads Nadler tried to railroad President Trump in 2018 with hi fake charges regarding a call with the Ukrainian president, and Raskin?<\/p>\n

Raskin, a former constitutional law professor, served as a House manager during Trump\u2019s impeachment trial over his role in the Jan. 6 attack. Days after Trump’s acquittal in the Senate, Raskin discussed the constitutional provision in a press interview, saying Trump was \u201cright in the bullseye middle of that group.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“The point is that the constitutional purpose is clear, to keep people exactly like Donald Trump and other traitors to the union from holding public office,” he told ABC News on Feb. 17, adding that the legal mechanics would require “more research.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I looked up Raskin, and he is a typical totalitarian communist scumbag. Typical of his ilk, he believes the constitution is a \u201cliving\u201d document and doesn\u2019t actually say what it means. I looked up this dirt bag on that web site of all knowledge of high quality, Wikipedia, (OK, you can stop laughing now), and this clown has never worked in the \u201cDreaded Private Sector.\u201d He\u2019s been indoctrinating<\/i><\/span> teaching since he left law school. In other words, he has no clue how things work in the real world.<\/p>\n

We have other idiots who don\u2019t want to bother with congress. They intend to force states to keep President Trump off the ballot.<\/p>\n

Some left-wing groups are also exploring the possibility of applying the amendment without going through Congress. One such group, Free Speech For People, has urged state election officials to apply the amendment if Trump decides to run for president again, which would prevent his name from showing up on ballots.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cJust as states are permitted (if not required) to exclude from the presidential ballot a candidate who is not a natural-born citizen, who is underage, or who has previously been elected twice as president, so too states should exclude from the ballot a candidate, such as Mr. Trump, who previously swore to support the Constitution, but then engaged in insurrection,\u201d the group wrote in a letter sent to chief election officials in all 50 states last summer.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Now what happens if the states, as most but the bluest ones will, tell these bozos to go take a flying fu** at a rolling doughnut?<\/p>\n

\u201cWe intend to litigate this question,\u201d John Bonifaz, the group’s president, told The Hill. \u201cSo if a secretary of state does not follow the mandate of Section 3, the 14th Amendment, we will bring this matter in court.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that! Outside of some Obama judges and a few Biden judges, the courts will laugh your right out the door, and probably hit you for the costs.<\/p>\n

But some scholars think such lawsuits could face serious hurdles and would likely face a challenge in the Supreme Court.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIf a Secretary of State declines to find Trump ineligible, it is far from clear who could challenge that determination,\u201d said Gerard Magliocca, a law professor at Indiana University, who noted that state law varies widely on the issue.<\/b><\/p>\n

One of the major issues that the Progressives, liberals and other morons are refusing to acknowledge is that there was no insurrection. Not one of the political prisoners being held has been charged with attempting to overthrow the government, and there are plenty of recordings of President Trump telling people to be peaceful in their protests. Prior to the January 6th<\/sup> protest, President Trump offered to bring in the National Guard. It was San Fran Nan Pelosi who rejected them. As for the desire to have the January 6th<\/sup> panel in the House declare President Trump ineligible, good luck with that.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce that committee makes clear, as I trust it will, that what took place was indeed an insurrection that triggers Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and that supports criminal prosecution by DOJ of those responsible, it is difficult to imagine this not becoming a logical next step,\u201d Tribe said.<\/b><\/p>\n

There is a reason that Laurence Tribe has the nickname of \u201cLost Tribe.\u201d He really has no idea just how wrong he is about so many things. I\u2019ve mentioned in the past that I once applied for a job at Harvard. I didn\u2019t get it for a number of reasons, most of them involving my skin color and age. (Progressives are the biggest racists and ageists around) I”m now glad I didn’t. It would have been very difficult to remain silent when that idiot made his pronouncements. (I doubt I would have made it past 30 days)<\/p>\n

The House committee is now starting to be challenged in Court. The things they have been doing are extremely questionable under the Constitution, (I wonder, has Tribe or Rankin ever actually read the document they claim to teach about?), and now they have been caught manufacturing evidence and flat out lying about it. What many on the left have forgotten, if they ever knew in the first place, is why the January 6th<\/sup> rally and protests took place. It was the very questionable results of the 2020 presidential election and the high probability that it was stolen by the Democrat party. The Democrats love to say that President Trump didn\u2019t prove his case in court.<\/p>\n

There was just one problem with that claim. The courts refused to do their actual duty and review the information that was being provided. The cases were all thrown out for very questionable reasons. Who knows what might have happened if even one court had said \u201cOk Mr. President. Prove your case.\u201d Well, that is something for another day.<\/p>\n

What is actually going on is the Democrats and their Uniparty RINO fellow travelers are in a blind panic that President Donald Trump will run again in 2024 and win. Donald Trump learns from previous experience, and if he does run and wins, he\u2019s not going to hold back this time. There house cleaning that will happen in the DoJ will be unprecedented, and could end up with the FBI being disbanded.<\/p>\n

All the bureaucracies that worked to stop President Trump from restoring the country are going to be cleared out. We could even see judges being criminally charged with sedition, among other things. (Not for refusing to hear the 2020 cases, for all the other things they did during President Trump’s first term) There is even a good chance that members of Congress will finally be held accountable for what happened with the Antifa and BCLOM riots. (Not to mention a boatload of local officials)<\/p>\n

This is the reason they want declare President Trump ineligible. What they fail to understand is that doing this might just lead to the cold civil war we\u2019re in right now going hot. The Progressives love to project what they are doing on the Center and Right. They fail to understand, time and time again, that if the Right should ever do what they are accused of, it will be the end of the Progressive movement in the United States, along with millions of lives. Personally, I would like to avoid that as most on the Right would. Perhaps someone should tell the Progressives to tone things down. They won\u2019t of course. They truly believe that history is on their side.<\/p>\n
