Good day all. Last week the United States Supreme Court shut down President Bumble\u2019s Dementia\u2019s commands that all businesses must force their employees to get the covid vaccines or be fired. While the maladministration is still looking for some way around this, once company has already put an end to covid testing and vaccines.<\/p>\n

The company in question is General Electric, or as it\u2019s more commonly known, GE. As soon as the ruling was announced, they stopped forcing their employees to be tested or prove they had been jabbed. Here are the details from Legal Insurrection<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

General Electric announced that it has suspended Covid vaccine<\/a> or test requirement for employees after this week\u2019s U.S. Supreme Court ruling. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Boston-based maker of jet engines, wind turbines, and medical scanners confirmed the decision Friday via e-mail. GE is the first major company to announce a halt after the court\u2019s decision to block the centerpiece of Biden\u2019s push to boost COVID-19 vaccinations. <\/b><\/p>\n

GE holds a number of government contracts, so its 56,000 employees in the US originally fell under a separate vaccination mandate for federal contractors. The company paused that requirement in December \u2014 after a federal judge temporarily blocked the rule from going into effect \u2014 and then planned to comply with the vaccine-or-testing mandate for private employers. <\/b><\/p>\n

And now they have put that one into the trash as well. Of course, there are any number of private companies that have drunk the \u201cKool-ade\u201d as it were and are continuing to force their employees to either get the jab or be constantly tested. (Most of them are run by Progressives) They are also seeing a lot of their best people say \u201cFine. You are forcing me to get this thing against my will or I will be fired? Ok. I quit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, just because the Supreme Court has said no to the latest bit of totalitarianism from the Maladministration doesn\u2019t mean they\u2019re going to give up. The Secretary of Labor is planning to force this mandate down companies throats no matter what the court says.<\/p>\n

After the decision came down, Labor Secretary Marty Walsh vowed to use the Occupational Safety and Health Administration\u2019s existing authority to hold businesses accountable for protecting workers against Covid<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cRegardless of the ultimate outcome of these proceedings, OSHA will do everything in its existing authority to hold businesses accountable for protecting workers,\u201d Walsh said on Thursday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that. The whole Coronavirus scam is coming apart at the seams, and the current version is so mild that many people who catch it don\u2019t even know they\u2019re sick. GE, like all manufacturers, needs their workforce actually on site and working. Biden\u2019s illegal mandates have done enormous damage to the economy. Now the Supreme Court, less the three progressive \u201cGovernment over all!\u201d justices, have put an end to them.<\/p>\n

There is also the issue that all these mandates to take the vaccines or else ignores one very big problem. The vaccine aren\u2019t working. They were designed for the version of the China Virus that Anthony Fauci paid them to create. (And then escaped from the lab due to incompetence) Since then it has mutated, and the vaccines aren\u2019t effective against them. Interestingly, it appears that the Omicron variant does provide natural immunity to the other variants. (Fauci and the CDC either deny this or ignore it)<\/p>\n

Most companies are run by people who need their workers both healthy and on site. They have been following all the news on the Wuhan Flu, and understand that, unless you have other health problems, if to contract it, you will feel miserable for a while and then get better. I suspect GE is one of those companies, which is why they were so quick to junk the mandated tests and vaccinations. Of course, if people want to be tested or get jabbed, GE is fine with that as well. That is the way things are supposed to work in the country. A tip of the hat to GE\u2019s management.<\/p>\n
