Good day all. You can always count on the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan to choose the most tyrannical path. The State Politburo is debating forcing everyone to be vaxxed whether they want it or not.<\/p>\n

Recently, the Supreme Court shot down President* Bumbles Dementia\u2019s attempt to force employers to fire anyone who refused to be vaccinated with the experimental and not very effective vaccines allegedly designed to prevent infection from the Fauci bioweapon. Kalifornistan, which likes to see itself as a Freedom, liberty and Constitution free zone has decided to go in the opposite direction. Here are some of the details from Politico<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

California would be the first state to impose Covid-19 vaccine mandates at all workplaces under sweeping new legislation to be unveiled Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

The bill from Assemblymember Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland) comes as Gov. Gavin Newsom plans to release a statewide pandemic exit strategy<\/a> signaling the transition to an \u201cendemic\u201d phase of the public health crisis.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe pathway to endemic, for us to get back to some sense of normalcy, is through vaccines,\u201d Wicks told POLITICO in an exclusive interview. Wicks floated a similar proposal last year but didn\u2019t introduce it. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m assuming this totalitarian bitch thought that the OSHA mandate would do the job. I\u2019m sure she was bitterly disappointed when the court said no.<\/p>\n

Assembly Bill 1993, which would likely take effect next year and levy penalties on employers that don\u2019t comply, is likely to draw criticism from mandate foes \u2014 especially as infection and hospitalization rates driven by the Omicron variant continue to plummet. <\/b><\/p>\n

Obviously, this tyrannical paranoid hypochondriac hasn\u2019t been paying any attention to what has been going on in Canada and other countries around the globe. People have had it with their so called \u201cRepresentatives\u201d ignoring what the voters want.<\/p>\n

The mandate would apply to workplaces of all sizes, as well as contractors, and allow for only medical or religious exemptions. It would require new hires to have at least one dose by their start date, and a second dose within 45 days. <\/b><\/p>\n

Gee, it\u2019s not like employers have an excess of applicants waiting to replace those they will have to fire who refuse to be injected with a drug of questionable safety and efficacy, is it? Forcing this down the throats of businesses is going to cause even more to close their doors and\/or move out of the state.<\/p>\n

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the California Department of Public Health would provide guidance to employers on what constitutes a valid medical or religious excuse. <\/b><\/p>\n

And I\u2019m sure they are very qualified to do so…NOT! I think it\u2019s safe to assume that pack of Communazi bureaucratic scum will determine that there is no such thing as medical or religious exceptions.<\/p>\n

The bill does not yet specify whether workers would need to get a booster shot to count as fully vaccinated, nor does it specify penalty amounts. <\/b><\/p>\n

I expect it will be along the lines of Kalifornistan\u2019s general tax policies. \u201cHow much to you have? You owe 10 times that amount.\u201d<\/p>\n

The measure would remain in effect until the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention determines that vaccines are no longer necessary to protect the public\u2019s health.<\/b><\/p>\n

That won\u2019t happen until either Congress defunds the agency or a new president flat out fires everyone in management. One of the rumored reasons they will never say that vaccines aren\u2019t needed is that they actually get money from Big Pharma.<\/p>\n

Wicks\u2019 bill marks the fourth piece of legislation to come out of the newly formed \u201cvaccine caucus,\u201d a group of seven California lawmakers committed to introducing policy measures that address Covid safety protocols and vaccine misinformation.<\/b><\/p>\n

The problem with their \u201cAddressing Covid misinformation\u201d is that what they are declaring to be misinformation is covered under the 1st<\/sup> Amendment, and has been proving over the last 2 years to actually be correct. However, in the minds of Kalifornia Kommunazis, anything that goes against the decrees of the Ruling Elite is to be banned.<\/p>\n

The other bills that this group has proposed would fit right in with any totalitarian regime. They want to strip parents of any say in their children\u2019s medical care.<\/p>\n

The other bills include CA SB866 (21R), by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), which would allow children 12 and older to receive vaccinations without their parents\u2019 consent. <\/b><\/p>\n

I have no idea of the status of that one, but if I were a parent and stupid enough to be living in Kalifornistan, I would be in a blind rage if anyone stuck a needle in my children without my knowledge, never mind consent. This will not end well if children are harmed by these forced injections.<\/p>\n

Wicks also said lawmakers are considering vaccine-related legislation that focuses on consumers entering businesses.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is right out of the 1930\u2019s Germany where Jews were banned from entering certain places and were forced to wear the Star of David on their clothes. The civil liberties that these fascist scum are moving to crush is going to blow up in their faces. Never mind the potential for violence these actions could cause, it will almost certainly kill off the economy in Kalifornistan once and for all.<\/p>\n

I fully expect these measure to pass and be signed into law. I also expect that the supply chain issues will get even worse as businesses close and truckers simply stop coming into the state. The only way to fix Kalifornistan may be for a President to finally, with the agreement of Congress, (Less the Kalifornistan delegation), to take over the entire state and put it under a governor general. That or simply secure certain parts of the state, (The ports for instance) and boot the state out of the union.<\/p>\n
