Good day all. With the huge amount of incompetence and stupidity of the Maladministration, it was surprising that this story actually made it past the MSM censors. It seems that the Department of Health and Human Services decided to spend $30 million dollars on free crack pipe for junkies.<\/p>\n

The original plan made it into the news last week, (February 7th<\/sup>). However, it was initially missed due to the Freedom Convoy in Canada burning up the news cycles. Then the story broke and the Republicans in Congress went WTF?Here are some of the details from the Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Biden administration is set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Racial Equity? Who the heck came up with that stupidity?<\/p>\n

The $30 million grant program<\/a>, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits\/supplies.” A spokesman for the agency told the <\/b>Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/em> that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The last I heard, the goal was not to enable junkies and addicts substance abuse problems, but to find a way to get them off the drugs and turn them into useful citizens.<\/p>\n

HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores. <\/b><\/p>\n

Do these morons know that the same thing is going to happen with these pipes? It isn\u2019t like they\u2019re going to put them into the dishwasher. They\u2019re going to keep using them until they are unusable.<\/p>\n

Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of “underserved communities,” including African Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons,” as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on “advancing racial equity.” <\/b><\/p>\n

So, a black gay transexual will have first priority when it comes to getting the free drug paraphernalia?<\/p>\n

Democratic-run cities such as San Francisco<\/a> and Seattle<\/a> have distributed smoking kits to residents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And look at just how successful those two paved toilets are. Why people and businesses can\u2019t wait to move into<\/i><\/span> out of them.<\/p>\n

Some local governments, however, have in recent years backed away from their smoking kit programs over concerns they enable drug abuse. Louisville, Ky., for example, allowed convenience stores to sell smoking kits but later banned<\/a> them. Legislators in Maryland ditched their distribution plan after facing backlash from local law enforcement and African-American leaders. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now here is an interesting question. By Dementia Joe\u2019s own words\/actions, this stuff is going to end up in the Americans of African decent community. Those crack pipes are going to need \u201cfuel\u201d to operate and I don\u2019t think that the HHS is going to be handing out free crack.<\/p>\n

This means the addicts are going to need money to pay their dealers. They\u2019re going to get it with theft, robbery, burglary, prostitution, and all sorts of other crimes. Those communities already have enough problems, and it looks like the Racist in Chief is going to make things worse…as usual.<\/p>\n

Shortly after this story blew up in the maladministration\u2019s faces, their paid censors, aka the \u201cFact Checkers,\u201d started trying to \u201cFix\u201d the story. That included the usual \u201cMostly false\u201d ratings they throw out at anyone who posts information that goes against the \u201cOfficial\u201d story. Here are those details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Snopes, a liberal fact-checking site, was mocked by critics this week for rating reporting on the Biden administration’s alleged funding of crack pipe distribution<\/a> to drug users as “mostly false,” while also admitting that “safer smoking kits” were required to be distributed as part of a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) grant.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

In a Tuesday piece claiming news reports “grossly misrepresented” details about the substance abuse harm reduction program, Snopes stuck with its “mostly false” rating by arguing it was inaccurate to say that the distribution of the “smoking kits” was intended to “advance racial equity,” but admitted that the pipes would be distributed with race as “a secondary consideration.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Snopes has always been a water carrier for the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis, and has been caught repeatedly either being flat out wrong or, in many cases, lying through their teeth. This appears to be the second scenario.<\/p>\n

“In 2022, a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services substance abuse harm reduction grant did require recipients to provide safer smoking kits to existing drug users. In distributing grants, priority would be given to applicants serving historically underserved communities,” Snopes wrote in its fact-check. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This was just one of around 20 components of the grant program and far from its most prominent or important one, despite being the primary focus of outraged news reports. The purpose of the program was to reduce harm and the risk of infection among drug users, not to advance racial equity, although that was a secondary consideration,” it added, essentially disproving its own fact-check. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not unexpectedly, people decided that it was time to fact check the fact checker, and did so with great gusto, mirth and hilarity.<\/p>\n

“I don’t understand why fact-checking sites twist themselves into rhetorical pretzels like this,” wrote one critic, while another joked that one needed to “read the fine print” when it came to Snopes’ fact-checking. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Fox News story<\/a> had about a dozen tweets listed of people belittling Snopes. The simple \u201cfact\u201d of the matter is that Snopes is just a propaganda arm of the Democratic Communazi Party. Snopes finally gave up and posted an update to their \u201cFact check.\u201d<\/p>\n

After being pilloried by critics, Snopes oddly updated its fact-check from “mostly false” to “outdated.” It also updated the piece with an explanation to reflect the change. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this should be amusing, much like President Bumbles Dementia blasting out a loud smelly fart and then loading his depends during a state visit.<\/p>\n

“After a wave of grossly misleading news coverage in February 2022, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services stipulated that federal funding would not be used to include pipes in safe smoking kits, as part of a substance abuse harm reduction grant program. This newly-stipulated detail was not originally available, meaning the assertions made in a first wave of coverage had become outdated,” it adjusted its original fact-checking piece to read. <\/b><\/p>\n

Snopes’s updated piece appeared to reflect HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra’s Wednesday statement<\/a> that no pipes would be put into “safe smoking kits.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Speaking of utter incompetents, I had forgotten about Becerra.<\/p>\n

In a press release, Becerra and Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Director Dr. Rahul Gupta said the administration was “focused on using our resources smartly to reduce harm and save lives. Accordingly, no federal funding will be used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to put pipes in safe smoking kits.”<\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, we got caught and now we have to backtrack. I have no doubt that if this hadn\u2019t been discovered, those morons wold have handed out thousands of crack pipes to addicts. What they should be doing is providing those who want to get off crack the tools to do so as well as shutting down the border and blocking supplies from coming in. I would also like to win the lottery and receive a billion dollars tax free. We all know I have about as much chance of that as we do of the maladministration doing anything right.<\/p>\n
