Good day all. This is almost a standing headline these days. Yet another Democrat has been arrested on bribery charges. While this isn\u2019t as juicy as the anti-gun Democrat busted for gun running<\/a>, it\u2019s still pretty tasty, especially since it\u2019s the Lt. Govno of New York.<\/p>\n

This is going to be the second high ranking Democratic Communazi driven from office in New York in the last 6 months. The first was our old friend, (If you consider a walking sexually transmitted disease to be an old friend), was Govno Andrew Flaming Cuomo. He\u2019s managed to beat the charges against him so for, however, things aren\u2019t looking so good for the new former Lieutenant Govno, Brian Benjamin. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

New York<\/a> Lieutenant Gov. Brian Benjamin was arrested Tuesday and resigned after being indicted for alleged bribery and other offenses, as part of what federal prosecutors<\/a> say was a “scheme” to get campaign contributions in exchange for a $50,000 state grant. Gov. Kathy Hochul accepted his resignation immediately.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, there is also a small problem with this dirtbag\u2019s resignation. He\u2019s still on the ballot for the Democrat primary election. There appears to be no legal way to remove him either. Here are those details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Gov. Kathy Hochul\u2019s decision to pick Brian Benjamin as lieutenant governor has left Democratic state lawmakers in New York \u201cscrambling\u201d to push a measure that could boot the former second-in-command off the ballot in the upcoming primary following\u00a0his resignation\u00a0<\/a>prompted by\u00a0his indictment for alleged participation in a campaign finance scam<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now the damn fools in New York have to figure out a way to remove this clown from the ballot in case the New York Voters are to stupid to know that they guy is under arrest. Of course, this IS New York, and these are the very same morons who have sent Alexandria Occasional-Cortex back the the house of Representatives even though she helped kill a deal that would have brought in thousands of high paying jobs and needed tax revenue.<\/p>\n

Assemblywoman Amy Paulin told her colleagues on Wednesday that she will \u201csoon be introducing legislation to allow a candidate for office to decline their party\u2019s designation or nomination, and be removed from the ballot, if they are charged with a crime.\u201d\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cA candidate who is charged with a crime prior to the election should be permitted to voluntarily decline the party\u2019s designation or nomination and withdraw their name from the ballot to allow a new candidate to be selected,\u201d Paulin (D-Westchester) argued in an email to Democratic and Republican members of the state Assembly. <\/b><\/p>\n

The bill is part of a desperate Democratic effort to yank\u00a0the scandal-scarred Benjamin\u00a0<\/a>from their ballot to avoid the \u201cdisaster\u201d outcome of Hochul being\u00a0tainted by association<\/a>\u00a0during November\u2019s general election, explained a veteran Democratic strategist. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Democrats are scrambling to clean up the corruption they made by fixing the law, so frankly it will not look like a fix; it will look like more corruption,\u201d said Hank Sheinkopf. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Democrats\u2019 argument is: we have to erase him from existence and get him off the ballot so people forget. Either way, it looks terrible for Democrats \u2014 but it\u2019s worse if he\u2019s on the ballot. <\/b><\/p>\n

He added: \u201cShould he win [the Democratic primary], it would be a disaster for Democrats.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I think this would be a great time for the Republicans to reverse a trend that has been going on since President* Bumbles Dementia was installed into the White house, and have all their members change parties and vote for this corrupt sleazeball. Returning to the original Fox News story<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The indictment also alleges that Benjamin and others worked to “cover up” the plot, engaging “in a series of lies and deception.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

So, standard operating procedures for the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis then? So just what was this criminal mastermind\u2019s cunning, foolproof scheme?<\/p>\n

According to the indictment, from 2019 through 2021, Benjamin carried out the scheme while he was a state senator and a candidate for state comptroller. During that time, Benjamin allegedly solicited campaign donations from and to be raised by a real estate developer, in exchange for appropriating state funds for the developer\u2019s non-profit organization. <\/b><\/p>\n

In order to hide this, the indictment says, Benjamin allegedly falsified campaign donor forms, and in 2021 when he was being vetted for the lieutenant governor job, he falsely stated in that he had never “directly exercised” his authority as an official “concerning a matter of a donor [he] directly solicited.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Republicans see this as a potential way to win the governor\u2019s office and potentially, a number of down ticket races. New York has been particularly hard hit with the tyranny and incompetence of the Democratic Communazi party over the last few years. Add to this all the people with money leaving the state, and taking their money with them has really hit the state budget hard.<\/p>\n

Now, as to removing the former Lieutenant Govno from the ballot, I think they might be able to. When things start blowing up in their faces, the Democrats can move pretty fast. Since they control both houses of the legislature as well as the governor\u2019s office, look for this to be gaveled through with minimal debate on a straight party line vote. I also expect that they will screw it up in some way that comes back and bites them in their collective…ist asses.<\/p>\n
