Good day all. With the recent decision by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle declaring that the Centers for Disease Control did not have the authority to mandate the wearing of masks, people and business have been ripping them off and throwing them away. However, it seems that the preeminent legal scholar at the CDC, Anthony Fauci thinks the courts had no authority to issue the order.<\/p>\n

Anthony Fauci has been in the forefront of the whole Covid-19 Panicdemic debacle, starting with paying for the Gain of Function research in a Chinese lab with a poor safety record and ties to the People\u2019s Liberation Army, to the recent calls for mandatory…everything. Now that the Courts have said \u201cNo\u201d to his mask mandates, Fauci felt that he should tell people why he thinks the courts were wrong. Dr. Anthony Fauci suggested Thursday that a court did not have the authority to strike down the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention\u2019s (CDC) mask mandate. <\/b><\/p>\n

The comments from the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases come after a federal judge, appointed by former President Donald Trump, ruled Monday that the mask requirement was \u201cunlawful,\u201d prompting a slew of airlines to drop their mask mandates. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Judge did her job of course, and read the law that Congress passed along with the Constitution. She reached the decision that the CDC had overstepped it\u2019s authority. Fauci the Fascist was not happy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was both surprised and disappointed,\u201d Fauci\u00a0said of the court ruling, \u201cbecause those types of things really are the purview of the CDC. This is a public health issue.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Wrong. The courts are exactly where people go when they see obvious injustice and willful violations of their rights. Fauci, being a totalitarian thug, continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you look at the rationale for that, it really is not particularly firm, and we are concerned about that, about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally a public health decision,\u201d Fauci continued during a CNN+ interview. \u201cThis is a CDC issue, should not have been a court issue.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

CNN+? So who actually saw this interview, outside of the staff that is. Well, it\u2019s good to know that Fauci had a hand in the mercy killing that mess. Maybe if everyone at CNN+ had worn a mask, they would still be in business.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, we are hoping that the inevitable increase in cases which we are seeing are not going to be associated with an increase in hospitalizations,\u201d he said. \u201cSo, all of these dynamic things going on at the same time, it was perfectly logical for the CDC to say wait a minute, we were planning on ending this mandate on a certain date, let\u2019s wait a period of time until May 3, which was a very sound public health decision.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The mandates were supposed to expire quite a while ago, but they kept being reimposed with no actual scientific reasons being involved. There was every indication that the May 3rd<\/sup> expiration date would have been extended yet again. This is why the plaintiffs went to court, to put an end to this travesty.<\/p>\n

In any case, the CDC has told their servants at the DoJ to appeal the decision, and they have, What they haven\u2019t done is ask for a stay of the original order. There are several probable reasons for this. First, they really don\u2019t want to appeal this. Second, they\u2019ve actually read the law and the ruling and understand that Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle was spot on and that they don\u2019t have a case.<\/p>\n

What we are seeing is yet another reason that the Fascist Anthony Fauci not only needs to be fired, he should be investigated for all the things that have happened, including his paying for the Fauci Bioweapon<\/i><\/span> Gain of Function research.<\/p>\n
